The stepfather of Louis Tomlinson's baby mama has a big problem with a One Direction fan whom he claims posts lies about her, Louis and their child.

Briana Jungwirth's stepdad, Brett Clark, sent a letter to the woman who owns a few 1D fan sites accusing her of defaming Briana, Louis and 11-month old Freddie ... and he's threatening a lawsuit.

Clark says the woman insults Briana's hair, calls her a gold digger, and worst of all, re-posted another fan's theory that the real baby daddy is the stepdad.

The woman who runs these 1D fan sites answered Clark's threat by saying he's the harasser. She says she has a right to express her opinion -- First Amendment and all -- so if he wants to sue he can knock himself out.

Conor Kennedy -- grandson of Robert Kennedy and Taylor Swift's ex -- probably wishes he could "begin again" after getting arrested early Thursday morning after a bar fight.

Cops say Kennedy was throwing punches in the street and rolling around on the ground outside Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Aspen. Kennedy told officers the fight started after the other guy called his friend the f word.

According to the police report Conor was struggling with an officer who tried restraining him.

The scuffle went down around 1:30 AM ... Kennedy was cited for disorderly conduct and released without bond. He's due in court on Feb. 22.

Conor apologized to the cop after he was arrested.

Kennedy dated Taylor Swift in 2012 ... when she was all about Hyannis Port.

Run-DMC's accusing Walmart and Amazon of slapping the group's famous logo on the products the superstores are hawking.

The Run-DMC brand has filed a lawsuit that says the mega retailers are advertising, selling, manufacturing, promoting and distributing multiple products with the logo, making people believe the group is behind the merch.

According to the lawsuit, the products include glasses, hats, t-shirts, patches, wallets and numerous other items. Run-DMC claims the giant retailers have been in bed for years with several other companies -- which it's also suing -- for straight-up stealing the logo.

Run-DMC says its logo is incredibly valuable, pointing to a $1.6 million agreement with Adidas. And that's why Run-DMC's asking for $50 million in damages.

We've reached out to Walmart and Amazon, so far no word back.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are officially single ... and he agreed to let her say, "I left you!"

Halle and Olivier filed for divorce at almost the exact same moment back in October 2015 ... she filed as the petitioner and he also filed as the petitioner seeking a divorce.

Under California law only one person can be the petitioner, and Olivier agreed to give Halle the honor.

Under the settlement, they will share physical and legal custody of 3-year-old Maceo.

For some reason, they decided to only deal with the custody issues and the property settlement is still unresolved. It's weird, because our sources say there's a prenup so there shouldn't be big issues.

Halle and Olivier married in 2013.

10:13 AM PT -- Trey Songz was just arraigned. He stood mute, so the court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, and the judge set his bail at $25K. He has not yet been released.

9:54 AM PT -- The Wayne County Prosecutor has charged Trey Songz with assaulting a police officer causing injury, and aggravated assault. He's expected to be arraigned this afternoon.

Trey Songz made good on a threat during a Detroit concert Wednesday night ... and it landed him in jail.

Someone at the Joe Louis Arena apparently told Trey his set was going too long, but he wasn't near ready to leave. In fact, he dared them to cut his mic, promising retaliation if they did.

Well, they did and he did. Trey started destroying everything in sight, hurling objects in the air. A cop who tried subduing him was hurt after being struck by debris.

Trey was arrested for resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property.

Moby's had it with an obsessed fan whose behavior went from bizarre to threatening.

Moby filed legal docs claiming a woman named Kelly Lord went ham last week by threatening to "f****** destroy" a car belonging to one of Moby's houseguests.

Lord confronted the houseguest and berated him ... claiming she found a condom in the bushes and demanded to know if he was throwing them in Moby's yard.

Moby says Lord asked the houseguest which car belonged to him because she was going to destroy it. Moby says a short time later his assistants found her hiding in the bushes ... they confronted her and she told them she was killing spiders. She's also taken mail from his mailbox which is a federal offense.

JonBenet Ramsey's older brother just followed through on his promise to sue CBS for insinuating he killed his sister ... and he's gunning for $750 million.

Burke Ramsey just filed suit against the TV network for its special about JonBenet earlier this fall, where some experts openly theorized that Burke had taken a flashlight to his little sister's head.

He's reportedly asking for $250 mil in compensatory damages and $500 mil in punitive damages.

You'll recall ... Burke already sued one of the experts CBS used on their special, Dr. Werner Spitz, for $150 million ... to which Spitz responded by saying he should be allowed to speculate about who killed JonBenet.

Burke's attorney at the time, L. Lin Wood, previously told us he was planning to sue CBS on his client's behalf. It's unclear if he's repping Burke for this suit.

CBS had no comment.

The comedian pled no contest to assault and battery charges for allegedly punching a woman in a Studio City restaurant back in July. Katt also paid a $390 fine to avoid a 3-day jail stint.

We broke the story ... Katt allegedly attacked a woman after he felt she disrespected him. Cops noticed visible injuries on the woman, so they cuffed him and hauled him in.

Katt's also on 5 years probation in a separate Georgia case involving guns and drugs ... in which he also pled no contest earlier this month.

Lil Wayne, Chris Brown and other big names were booked to perform at several concerts ... that is, if you believe the promoter, but a new lawsuit claims it was all a scam.

Roberto Warnert just filed suit against Red Entertainment Group for allegedly promising to get Weezy, Breezy, Enrique Iglesias and will.i.am to perform for several concerts in Dubai a few years ago, only to come up empty handed each time ... while collecting HUGE deposits along the way.

Warnert claims he paid Red Entertainment $150k to book Weezy at first in 2011, but then had to scrap that when Red allegedly said they couldn't get him. Warnert then says he paid out similar deposits for Chris, Enrique and Will ... but he says they couldn't deliver on any of 'em.

The deposits were allegedly never returned in full, and now Warnert is gunning for $300k he says he's owed.

Queen Latifah joins the growing number of crime victims ... her car stolen by thieves who had a penchant for punch.

The incident went down days before Xmas in Atlanta. Latifah's security guard took her 2015 Mercedes S63 to a gas station. As he stood by the tank and gassed up the whip, a BMW pulled up and the next thing he knew someone jumped inside, started the ignition and took off.

Latifah, who was not in the car, was especially worried about a contract that was inside a Tumi bag that was tucked away in the truck.

Cops sent out an APB and they actually found the Mercedes in an apartment complex. There was only slight damage to the car, but the thieves left behind lemonade and fruit punch bottles inside the car.

As for the Tumi bag ... it had been ransacked but the bad guys didn't take the contract.

Cops are looking at surveillance video, which could help them nab the thieves.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of the terrifying 2015 standoff between ex-NFL player Ray McDonald and the mother of his child ... video that was at the center of his domestic violence case.

The woman who plays "Supergirl" is super over her marriage ... and just filed to divorce the former "Glee" star she married back in 2013 ... TMZ has learned.

Melissa Benoist just filed court docs seeking to end her 4 year marriage to Blake Jenner ... who played Ryder Lynn on "Glee" after winning the role on Oxygen's "The Glee Project."

Both 28-year-old Melissa and 24-year-old Blake later got roles on CW's "Supergirl" -- where Melissa plays the main superhero ... and Blake appeared on 2 episodes.

In the court docs, Melissa cites "irreconcilable differences" for the split -- and wants to block the court's ability to dish out spousal support to either of them.

They have no kids ... so no issues there.

One last thing, she wants to change her legal name back to Melissa Benoist ... and drop the Jenner thing for good.

Seems to be the only person in Hollywood who doesn't want to be a Jenner these days.

Young Thug got chauffeured around Hollywood like a big shot this summer, but stiffed the limo company like a bum ... according to a new lawsuit.

Hollywood Stars Limousine just filed suit against the Atlanta rapper for allegedly skipping out on a fat bill for rides they say they gave him ... to the tune of $18,676.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Hollywood Stars claims they drove Young Thug and some of his guests around for a total of 11 times this year -- with 10 of those happening in June.

The company says they gave Thug plenty of time to pay, but claims he told 'em to kick rocks. Now, Hollywood Stars wants a judge to make him pay back their dough in full.

Paul Wall and Baby Bash came face-to-face with a judge for their latest drug charges ... and it looks like excuses are already flying for why their systems might be doped up.

During the preliminary hearing Tuesday, a judge ordered random drug and alcohol testing for the pair, and told them to stay clean as the case moves along ... according to court docs.

Problem is ... Paul told the judge he'd instantly test positive for THC, codeine, hydrocodone and Ativan, with his attorney citing medication Paul takes as the reason. The judge didn't buy it though, and asked them to prove it with a prescription. Baby Bash admitted he'd test positive for weed.

Meanwhile, prosecutors alleged they had between 4 and 400 grams of a controlled substance on them at the time of the arrest. Neither artist entered a plea Tuesday, and an arraignment was scheduled for later in January.

We broke the story ... the 2 rappers were charged last Friday for possession of marijuana and intent to sell -- felonies under Texas law. Baby Bash also told us that he and Paul had dabs on the menu at their party, which instantly put them into felony territory.

History seems to be repeating itself here ... the hip-hop stars were also busted together for weed in 2011.

Justin Bieber doesn't want the media getting its mitts on his upcoming deposition video, so he wants its release blocked ... because if it's good enough for Trump ...

The case was filed by an ex-neighbor, who claims Justin terrorized him in 2014 in his Calabasas neighborhood ... egging his house and even spitting on him.

The neighbor is so pissed off lawyers believe the depo will become a spectacle and it's unfair to put it out in the world. Besides, Justin says the lawsuit for emotional distress is BS, and he's already paid the guy $90k for the egging damage.

Justin's lawyer actually cited Trump's order of protection in the Trump U lawsuit, saying sometimes privacy in lawsuits is a good thing.

Trevor Eyster -- the actor who played Sponge on the 90s sitcom "Salute Your Shorts" -- can breathe easy around the holidays ... the D.A. decided not to charge him with criminal threat

Trevor got into an argument with his aunt's caregiver back in November, apparently believing the caregiver was doing a crappy job. The caregiver claimed Trevor demanded he take a hike and threatened him with a gun.

Law enforcement sources tell us Trevor was arrested for making felony criminal threats.

According to the D.A. ... during the course of the investigation, cops found inconsistencies in the caregiver's story. The caregiver apparently refused to ante up the threatening texts.

What's more ... Trevor had NO criminal record while the caregiver has priors for elder abuse. The D.A. declined to file, citing lack of evidence.
