Shia LaBeouf got crazy cheers and hugs just a couple hours after his arrest ... as he returned to the scene of the alleged crime.

When he got out of jail he went straight to the "He will not divide us" protest webcam, and you'd have thought he just won a war.

Mind you, this was the wee hours of Thursday morning ... so not a ton of people there to welcome him, but you can't say this Shia lover ain't enthusiastic.

George Jung is on his way back to prison for violating his parole.

The ex-drug smuggler was sentenced Wednesday for making an unauthorized trip to SoCal. Jung pleaded with the judge, but still got slapped a 3 month sentence. He was being transferred Wednesday from Sacramento to a Nevada prison.

Kurt Cobain's daughter doesn't trust her estranged husband with one of her father's famous guitars ... and she's asking a judge to help her get it back, stat.

Frances Bean Cobain filed docs, obtained by TMZ, asking the court to force Isaiah Silva to return the 1959 Martin D-18E acoustic, which she says he's been holding onto since she filed for divorce last March. The six-string is the legendary one Kurt played during Nirvana's "MTV Unplugged" ... and it's been a heated point of contention in the divorce.

Isaiah insists Frances gifted it to him, and therefore it's his to keep. Frances says there's no way she'd ever have given him such a "priceless family heirloom."

She's asking the court to allow her to inspect it to make sure Isaiah's kept it in cherry condition -- and she wants him to hand it over to an art shipping company for safekeeping ... until the guitar battle's resolved.

The judge still has to rule on her request.

Oscar De La Hoya was arrested for DUI in Pasadena, CA Tuesday night ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 43-year-old was pulled over for speeding in a Land Rover around 2 AM and during the stop, officers suspected he was drunk.

We're told Oscar bombed a series of field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. He was cited and released to his manager.

Earlier in the evening, Oscar was seen at multiple bars in the area, including Barney's Beanery in Old Town Pasadena where he posed for a pic with a fan.

Oscar has struggled with substance abuse for years -- and has been to rehab for alcohol and drug issues in the past.

Kylie Jenner's using her considerable social media capital to settle a potential legal war with the makeup artist who claimed KJ stole her photos to promote her brand.

We broke the story ... Vlada Haggerty threatened to take action against Kylie for ripping off her work. Vlada's lawyer claimed Kylie Cosmetics had a "history of taking Haggerty's original dripping lip art and passing it off as Kylie's."

The threat was enough for Kylie's legal team to swoop in, resolve the matter and now Vlada's getting something way more valuable than cash. Kylie's started plugging Vlada's signature makeup looks on her Instagram page. 84 million pairs of eyes checking out her work!

Kylie's camp had no comment.

Jennifer Lopez is without protection today from a man who has allegedly been stalking her a long time.

A judge just dismissed a request for a permanent restraining order against Tim McLanahan, whom J Lo's security team claims has been following her from Vegas to Los Angeles, showing up at her L.A. home and sending her unwanted gifts.

Turns out Lopez's security team handled the restraining order business, and we're told they decided to not even show up in court Tuesday because they felt it would be useless, since they couldn't find McLanahan to serve him with legal docs. And that's why the judge dismissed the case.

Lopez had a temporary restraining order against the guy, claiming she was in fear for herself and her twins, but the order expired.

What the security team didn't know is this: if they couldn't find McLanahan to serve him, there's a process by which the judge could allow her team to publish a notice in a legal newspaper ... that would do the trick.

Had that happened, she probably would have won the permanent restraining order, and if McLanahan showed up on her property or within 100 yards of her again, they could have gotten him arrested.

The head of one of the largest police groups in the country is calling out Roger Goodell -- saying he has "zero confidence" the NFL commish will punish Pacman Jones for wishing death on a Cincinnati cop.

12:59 PM PT -- Pacman's lawyer Tim Schneider tells TMZ Sports he believes the NFL star was thrown out of the casino under suspicious circumstances.

Schneider says Pacman had been gambling loudly with friends for several hours -- and losing -- and the casino had no issue.

It was only when Pacman's luck began to change that his volume became a problem.

Schneider says when Pacman was asked to leave, he did so without incident and says, "No charges came about as a result of the incident."

Pacman Jones was kicked out of a Cincinnati casino for berating staffers and patrons in the hours before he was arrested at a Hyatt hotel on January 3 ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Cincinnati PD has confirmed Jones was "acting disorderly" at JACK Cincinnati Casino and was asked to leave. Security and police escorted the NFL star out of the building.

One witness tells us Jones had verbally attacked employees at the casino and had an altercation with a casino patron who was trying to record the incident on his cell phone.

We're told Jones also went off on a police officer who responded to the scene and was "fired up" as he left the premises.

Of course, Jones later went to a nearby hotel where he was arrested for allegedly getting physical with a hotel security guard.

When cops arrived at the hotel, Jones continued his aggressive behavior and told the arresting officer "suck my d***" and "I hope you die."

Jones issued a statement saying he was embarrassed by the arrest video and is taking anger management courses.

We reached out to Jones' rep for comment about the casino incident -- so far, no word back.

It's not the first time Jones has been booted from a casino -- he was kicked out of the Hollywood Casino in Indiana in 2015 after going off on casino staffers.

Shia LaBeouf's round-the-clock webcam protest of President Trump has a new viewer ... the NYPD.

Shia's group chants of "He will not divide us" have been drawing crowds outside NYC's Museum of the Moving Image since Friday afternoon -- at times there are several dozen people there joining in the action.

We noticed an NYPD van was also on the scene Monday, and cops tell us it's gonna be that way for a while. We're told at least one unit will be stationed at the protest, mostly for crowd control.

There's another potential issue -- haters looking to start trouble with Shia. On Sunday, he came dangerously close to getting physical with one such person.

Former "Survivor" contestant Michael Skupin is now a registered sex offender, and on his way to prison for possession of child porn and running a Ponzi scheme.

Skupin -- who's been sentenced to up to 4 years behind bars -- is being transferred Monday to Michigan State Prison after being convicted last month.

Once Skupin gets out, some of his supervision conditions include ... no contact with any minors, staying 1,000 feet away from all schools, no owning or using a computer and random drug and alcohol testing.

As we reported ... law enforcement found Skupin's child pornography when cops were investigating his involvement in a Ponzi scheme.

1:07 PM PT -- Soulja pled not guilty and will be back in court next month.

Soulja Boy is now facing a felony for the guns police found in his house during his December arrest ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County D.A. just slapped him with 2 felonies -- possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was also charged with a misdemeanor for receiving stolen property ... cops say one of the guns in Soulja's house was reportedly stolen from a cop car.

The assault weapon charge is for a Mini Draco AR-15 ... which is illegal for anyone to possess in California.

Donald Trump was just slapped with his first lawsuit as president, for allegedly violating a clause of the Constitution which prohibits federal office holders from making money off of foreign powers.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington just filed the suit, claiming Trump continues to make money from foreign government through his various business ties.

The examples in the lawsuit include leases held by foreign governments in Trump Tower, room reservations in Trump's D.C. hotel and payments from foreign governments to rebroadcast episodes of "The Apprentice" and 'Celebrity Apprentice.'

Trump has disassociated himself with his businesses ... his sons are now running the show. But the group suing says that's not good enough and Trump is still reaping the profits.

7:55 AM PT -- CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta just tweeted, "POTUS has resigned from his businesses, according to WH Strategic Comms director Hope Hicks."

Teairra Mari just had her Uber beatdown case dropped ... because the driver refused to take the stand.

Prosecutors moved to dismiss 3 charges against the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star for allegedly beating the hell out of a driver and stealing his charger ... the judge agreed and tossed the case.

More good news for Mari ... according to court docs, her $26k bail money was returned. You'll recall ... Mari was a wanted woman this past summer when she was a no-show in court, but she got her act together and surrendered to cops.

As for why the driver flaked ... Mari's attorney, Lonnie Brandon, tells us the driver knew his story wouldn't hold water.

TMZ Sports has obtained photos of the blunts that got Green Bay Packers WR Geronimo Allison arrested back in September ... and we gotta say, dude needs some work on his rolling skills.

Allison was pulled over for speeding in Wisconsin back on Sept. 4 and during the stop, the cop smelled marijuana. He searched the car and boom ... blunts.
