Kim Kardashian looked tired as she finished her 2nd day of testimony in the Paris robbery case.

TMZ broke the story ... a French judge traveled to NYC this week to take her testimony and try and ID the men who broke into her apartment and stole $5.6 mil in jewelry.

Her bodyguards made a lunch run. Here's something interesting. Is she allowed to buy lunch for the judge?

Kim will finish up her testimony Friday. She will not be subject to cross examination by lawyers for the alleged robbers. That's the way they roll in France.

Judge Joe Brown's long divorce battle's finally seen its last day in court ... he's officially single.

Joe's patience might have paid off ... because he's making off nicely. He'll keep a Tennessee home, a Porsche 911, Range Rover, Land Rover and Jeep ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Joe also keeps the leather reclining chair ... a bachelor must.

But he doesn't get off scot-free ... Joe's gotta pay his ex, Deborah Herron, $2,219 a month in spousal support ... and she gets to keep a Lance Armstrong spin bike, stair climber and the Bowflex.

Frank Ocean's being sued by his father who says his son smeared his good name by claiming he was a bigot.

Calvin Cooksey filed the defamation lawsuit over a Tumblr post Frank wrote last summer in the wake of the Orlando massacre. In the post, Frank accused his dad of using a homophobic slur years and years ago ... when Frank was a kid.

Frank recalled, "I was 6 years old when I heard my dad call our transgender waitress a f****t as he dragged me out of a neighborhood diner saying we wouldn't be served because she was dirty."

Calvin calls the story BS and says it's damaged his financial opportunities in film and music.

He wants his son to fork over $14.5 million in damages.

Calvin also sued Russell Simmons in 2014 for claiming he was a deadbeat dad. That lawsuit was for $142 million.

Tyson Beckford pulled a gun on a process server, but he says there's a very good explanation ... the guy was scary and aggressive as hell, and he wore an eyepatch.

Flashback to last Thursday, when a guy knocked at Tyson's Miami apartment door at around 9 in the morning. When Tyson answered, the guy says he identified himself and explained he was there to serve him with a lawsuit, in which Tyson was sued for allegedly failing to promote and market his Beckford Bar exercise equipment.

The process server says Tyson slammed the door in his face, but the guy made it clear the actor/model was officially served and he was leaving the papers at the front door. The guy says the next thing he knew, Tyson opened the door with gun in hand, ordering him to leave the building.

Tyson tells TMZ, yes, he pulled a gun, but he lives in a secure building and without any advance warning, someone started knocking at his door. When Tyson answered, he saw "a very large white guy with an eyepatch."

Tyson says the guy refused to ID himself, so he tried closing the door but the guy got super aggressive and tried pushing the door back open. Tyson says he felt threatened, so he pulled a gun to get him to leave the building. BTW, Tyson adds he has a concealed weapons permit.

We're told the process server did not file a police report.

The man who shot and killed NFL player Joe McKnight has been indicted for 2nd degree murder ... officials in Louisiana announced.

Ronald Gasser, 55, was arrested on December 5 and booked for manslaughter ... following a road rage incident that led to the death of the former USC star.

Now, after further investigation by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office in collaboration with the D.A., a grand jury has hit Gasser with the more serious charge of 2nd degree murder.

As a result of the indictment, the judge raised Gasser's bond from $500K to $750k.

Nicki Minaj is about $200k worse for wear after a burglary at her L.A. mansion ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 11,500 sq. ft palace was totally trashed on the inside. The suspect or suspects knocked over and flipped furniture and items all over the house ... almost as if they were frantically looking for something.

They were successful. We're told the burglars made off with a ton of jewelry and other property, and there were clear signs of forced entry in spots around the house.

Other sources connected to the case tell us the damage looks like this was personal. They vandalized certain items in the house ... destroyed picture frames, perfume bottles, furniture ... and even cut up Nicki's clothing.

Nicki's team reported the burglary earlier this week. She was out of town. We're told police are looking for any surveillance video of the culprit, but as of now ... no suspects.

Stevie J's failure to pay child support just smacked him in the face, and wallet -- the judge is ordering him to pay $1,304,835.86 ... and that's getting off easy.

Stevie was forced to fork over the dough to wipe the slate on back child support owed to a baby mama. He'll also be on probation for 3 years, unless he pays off the $1.3 mil sooner than that.

Stevie made quite the impassioned plea to the judge, saying -- "I accept full responsibility for not fully financially supporting my children when I was younger, but I've stepped up to the plate now and I fully support my children not only financially, but they are the closest individuals to me."

TMZ broke the story ... federal prosecutors wanted Stevie to do hard time after grossly falling behind on his payments.

Ex-MMA fighter Jason "Mayhem" Miller is officially off the hook in his domestic violence case -- after a jury found him NOT GUILTY of beating up his ex-girlfriend.

The trial was intense -- with Miller acknowledging he got into multiple physical altercations with his ex, Anna Stabile ... a MMA fighter he had been training.

In fact, Miller testified in court that Stabile tried to hit him with a choke that he taught her -- but she couldn't execute the move because her legwork was "sloppy."

He also claimed the two had a very bizarre and kinky sex life involving threesomes, golden showers, choking and more.

Essentially, Miller argued that he was the real victim who was simply stuck defending himself from a trained fighter with a violent streak. The jury bought it.

It's a big deal for Miller -- he was facing more than 5 years in prison if convicted.

Kim Kardashian is in New York City right now, chitchatting with the judge in the Paris robbery case ... offering up a blow-by-blow of what happened when she was bound, gagged and stripped of her jewelry.

We've learned the judge and attorneys in the Paris robbery case are in a room with Kim, who is identifying the men who broke into her Paris apartment last October.

As TMZ reported, the French system is vastly different from the U.S. justice system ... judges in criminal cases have the discretion to travel to alleged victims and interview them, especially in high-profile cases. What's more, the alleged victim is not required to undergo cross-examination.

Our sources say she brought her 2 children with her to NYC, but Kanye didn't come. She's worried it would be too stressful on him and she feels she's strong enough to handle the situation on her own.

17 people were arrested in the sweep, but Kim would only be able to ID -- either partially or fully -- the 2 men who broke into her apartment and held her hostage during the robbery.

Bethenny Frankel now has a powerful weapon in her arsenal in her post-divorce war ... there's a restraining order against ex-hubby Jason Hoppy.

The order was issued in conjunction with Hoppy's arrest Friday for stalking and harassment. He confronted Bethenny at their child's school, allegedly saying, "I will destroy you."

We've learned the restraining order requires Hoppy to stay clear of Bethenny's home, Bethenny's school, and place of business.

The order also requires Jason to stay radio silent ... no communication with Bethenny.

The only exception for Hoppy is if a judge allows him access at the various locations to facilitate the custody arrangement.

There's one kind of vague part of the order ... Jason is not permitted to have any "third party contact." Although the order does not specify the identity of third parties, it's safe to assume it includes Bethenny's boyfriend, Dennis Shields, who was with Bethenny when Jason got arrested.

Jason Hoppy screamed, "I will destroy you" at Bethenny Frankel outside their daughter's school ... prompting NYPD to bust him for harassing and stalking her.

Bethenny's ex allegedly went off on her earlier this month at 6-year-old Bryn's school in Manhattan. According to police, Bethenny reported the incident on January 17 ... and also told police Hoppy was bombarding her with hundreds of abusive emails, phone and FaceTime calls.

According to the complaint ... Hoppy approached Bethenny and her boyfriend that morning and said, "There's nothing you can do to stop me. You'll be sorry. You've been warned ... she's pure evil."

Cops arrested him Friday afternoon at his NYC apartment.

According to the NYPost, she said Hoppy has been on the warpath since November.

Derek Fisher told police someone broke into his L.A. home and stole more than $300,000 worth of valuable jewelry ... including his 5 NBA Championship rings ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the NBA legend reported a burglary at his home Monday morning -- telling police he left the home at 7:30 AM and when he returned 3 hours later, it was clear someone had been inside.

We're told officials believe the perp got into the house through a side door -- and went for his jewelry. Among the stolen goods was Fisher's 5 NBA rings he won during his run with the Lakers. They're each worth a ton of cash.

Our sources say other jewelry was taken as well.

The LAPD is currently investigating. So far, no arrests have been made.

Dr. Luke is FURIOUS after finding out Kesha texted Lady Gaga alleging he raped another artist ... and now he's fighting back.

Dr. Luke filed docs asking a judge to let him add a defamation claim in his legal war with Kesha after he says his team found out she texted Gaga alleging there's another rape victim.

In the docs, Dr. Luke says the text is proof Kesha's on a "malicious campaign to destroy" his reputation and career. To be clear, the texts in question don't specifically name Dr. Luke but he believes the insinuation is far too clear.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences gave a man who beat cancer a heart attack when they fired him ... according to the ex-employee.

The man claims his cancer treatment forced him to go on disability from July 2015 to March 2016, but he returned to work when his cancer went into remission. He says the HR supervisor was cool with him working from home if he needed to for pain management.

He says a new supervisor took over in April 2016 and turned his work life upside down. In a lawsuit, he says the new HR honcho gave him a hard time when he tried to work from home, and ignored his doctor's notes requesting flexibility.

Eventually, he says he was fired by email and was so upset ... he had a heart attack on the spot. He's now suing for disability discrimination and wrongful termination.

Kim Kardashian will never get the jewelry that was stolen from her in Paris ... because almost all of it was melted down.

Paris law enforcement confirms to TMZ ... one of the thieves in the October robbery confessed everything but the ring was melted down ... because the robbers felt they'd be caught trying to sell the pieces.

According to Le Monde newspaper, the melted down bling was worth somewhere between $26k and $30k. Pretty shocking since the value of the melted down jewelry was $1.6 million.

As for the $4 million ring ... it's still intact, but law enforcement tells us there's almost no chance of finding it. As we reported, police believe it went almost immediately to the Belgium black market.

Former "Rent" star Daphne Rubin-Vega is having a serious case of deja vu -- she's beefing with her real-life landlord for raising her real-life rent.

In a lawsuit, Daphne and her husband say the landlord's bypassing rent control laws, and annually jacking up the monthly rent on their NYC apartment. They were paying $1,800/month in 1997, but say they shelled out $5,141.28/month in 2016.

It's gotta feel familiar for Daphne who, as Mimi Marquez in the original "Rent" cast, struggled to survive in NYC. She's suing for damages and wants a judge to rule her apartment building should be subject to rent control.

Remember the love? Apparently not in Daphne's crib.
