Prince's new album won't see the light of day if his estate gets its way -- and the legal battle's already resulted in the new music getting removed from iTunes and Apple Music.

The "Deliverance" album vanished from Apple's platforms Wednesday around 3:30 PM PT. When you search for it on iTunes it shows no results for Prince, and Apple Music says the album is "not available." It was #1 on the pre-order chart.

Meanwhile, Prince's estate went into court Wednesday asking a judge to block the album's release ... in conjunction with a lawsuit it filed against the producer behind the EP.

Apple itself wasn't named in the suit, but seems like it's waiting for the legal dust to settle. We've reached out to Apple, but haven't heard back.

Google Play has also pulled it, while Amazon still has it up for pre-order, but you don't immediately get the title track ... like you previously could on Apple.

Malia Obama's day at the office was interrupted by a guy asking her to marry him ... and her Secret Service agents took him into custody because he has a sketchy history with the White House.

Law enforcement sources confirm 30-year-old Jair Nilton Cardoso was detained after he showed up on April 10 at the Weinstein Company offices in Manhattan where Malia is interning. We're told the man held a sign up against an office window that read, "Will you marry me?".

Agents kicked him out, but 2 days later he showed up again outside another building where Malia was working. This time agents recognized him as a guy who'd attempted to get into the White House multiple times.

We're told Malia never felt threatened because her agents were there and, as one source put it ... "she didn't want to make a stink" about the situation. Agents interviewed Cardoso, determined he needed psychiatric evaluation and took him to a hospital.

Von Miller has been reunited with his Super Bowl 50 helmet -- the helmet that was allegedly stolen by the same crooked Mexican media reporter who jacked Tom Brady.

FBI agent presented the helmet to the Denver Broncos superstar on Wednesday -- and it's clear Miller was excited to get it back.

As we previously reported, officials recovered the helmet from the home of Mauricio Ortega -- who allegedly snuck into Super Bowl locker rooms over the years and stole memorabilia including two game-worn Tom Brady jerseys.

Rapper Kevin Gates better learn to get cozy in his cell because a judge just DENIED him bail ... meaning he'll remain behind bars.

Kevin had a bond hearing Wednesday at the Bridgeview Courthouse in Illinois but the judge said no dice on bond in his weapons case.

He'll remain at Kendall County Jail. It's unclear why he was denied bond.

You'll recall the rapper came THIS close to tasting freedom in Florida after completing his sentence there for kicking a woman in the face at one of his shows back in 2015.

But he was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the weapons case as he was being processed out of jail.

Jackie Warner got a lecture from a judge Wednesday about taking Rx pills and driving, but she insists what happened on a West Hollywood street had NOTHING to do with abusing her Ambien prescription.

Jackie and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, were in court Wednesday morning and pled not guilty to DUI. The fitness star crashed her car into a pole and then tried to leave, clipping a police car.

The judge told Jackie a condition to her bail was that she could not drink, take pills and then drive. That seems to talk past Jackie's point ... that she took an Ambien and remembers nothing about getting in a car without pants and driving until she crashed.

Karreuche's manager Jacob York calls Geragos' claims laughable ... telling us it's insane to think Karreuche would take legal measures against Chris just for press. York adds, "please don't use Karreuche's name to distract from your client's current negative issues ... let's handle it in court."

Chris Brown is the victim of a bunch of thirsty people who make fake allegations to make themselves more famous, and Karrueche Tran is on that train ... so claims Brown's lawyer.

Karrueche's restraining order hearing was put off again Wednesday because she still hasn't been able to locate Brown to serve him with legal docs. Tran claims Chris has punched her, pushed her down the stairs and threatened to shoot her.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ her claims are bogus, adding, "A lot of people use Chris to enhance their profile."

Geragos says Karrueche's restraining order case is "doomed to failure."

As for why Geragos hasn't simply accepted service on behalf of Chris, he says, "I'm not here to help anybody increase their profile for self-promotion."

Aaron Hernandez died innocent of murder, despite the conviction for which he was serving a life sentence.

It may be technical, but it's true. Aaron was convicted in 2015 of murdering Odin Lloyd. He was serving a life sentence when he was found hanging from his cell early Wednesday morning.

Under Massachusetts law, when a person dies while a criminal case is on appeal, the death effectively erases all the criminal proceedings ... it's as if Aaron was never arrested, never tried, never convicted.

The logic is that a person is not only entitled to a fair trial, they're entitled to appeal a conviction, and the process is not cemented until the appeal process is exhausted.

Aaron Hernandez's attorney, Jose Baez, tells TMZ Sports there were NO signs the ex-NFL star was suicidal in the days leading up to his death -- and now he's calling for a full investigation.

"We are shocked and surprised at the news of Aaron’s death," Baez tells us.

"There were no conversations or correspondence from Aaron to his family or legal team that would have indicated this scenario was a possibility."

"Aaron was looking forward to an opportunity for a second chance to prove his innocence. Those who love and care about him are heartbroken and determined to find the truth surrounding his untimely death."

"We request that authorities conduct a transparent and thorough investigation. The Baez law firm will participate in its own examination into the tragic events and will update the media and public on its finding when it becomes available."

Aaron Hernandez killed himself in his Massachusetts prison cell late Tuesday night using a bed sheet, this according to prison officials.

The 27-yr-old ex-NFL star had just been acquitted in a double murder case on Friday and his lawyer Jose Baez had told TMZ Sports he believed Hernandez had a real shot at getting a previous murder conviction overturned.

But Wednesday morning, officials at the maximum security Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Massachusetts found Aaron dead in his cell.

"Mr. Hernandez hanged himself utilizing a bed sheet that he attached to his cell window," a rep for the Massachusetts Department of Corrections said in a statement.

"Mr. Hernandez also attempted to block his door from the inside by jamming the door with various items."

Officials say Hernandez was discovered at 3:05 AM on Wednesday morning, and they tried to save his life. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead at 4:07 AM.

A prison official told local news there does not appear to be a suicide note at the scene.

Aaron is survived by his 4-year-old daughter.

FYI, the Souza-Baranowski CC is considered one of the most high tech maximum security prisons in the country with hundreds of security cameras installed all over the facility.

Officials say they're investigating -- we're guessing there will be TONS of security footage to go through.

Hernandez was serving a life sentence for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd. He had also been on trial for killing Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado near a Boston nightclub in 2012 but was found not guilty of murder in that case.

Prince's estate is going after the producer who released 5 new tracks, saying he has absolutely no right to do so ... according to a new lawsuit.

The estate says George Ian Boxill signed a confidentiality agreement when he recorded the tracks with Prince between 2006 and 2008 that says all recordings "would remain Prince's sole and exclusive property."

According to the suit, Boxill also agreed he "would not use any recordings or property in any way whatsoever." Obviously, the release of the "Deliverance" EP would violate that agreement.

The estate says it demanded Boxill return the recordings back in March, but he flat-out refused. It says the release of the music hurts its business interests. According to the docs, the EP "deprives Prince (and now the estate) from choosing what is released to the public and when."

The estate wants the recordings returned, and to block the release of the new music. One song is already available for purchase on iTunes, 4 more are supposed to be available on Friday, the anniversary of Prince's death.

Chris Brown's gonna take a huge hit if a Tampa club has its way -- it wants the singer to give back the $30k it paid because he bailed on his appearance after allegedly punching the club's photographer.

Club sources tell us CB was hired to perform for an hour but stayed only 5 minutes.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris and his entourage got into an all-out brawl after the singer became enraged photos were being snapped. The photog's adamant he was just taking crowd shots.

The club concedes Chris could have bounced and kept the money if he felt unsafe, but the club says he started the fight so he had couldn't have been that scared.

The club's reached out to Chris' camp for the loot but so far no word back. Sounds like this will be the latest CB lawsuit.

Drake is the latest celeb whose home was burglarized, but the criminal's booty totaled around $10 in water and soda.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a member of Drake's crew walked into the house at 10:30 PM on April 3 and found a 24-year-old woman in one of the bedrooms, wearing one of Drake's hoodies.

The cops were called, and the woman told them she had permission to enter, which she did not. She then confessed to pilfering Pepsi, Sprite and Fiji water. Drake wasn't home at the time.

It's unclear how the woman got inside the house or how long she was in the house. There were no signs of forced entry.

The lady was arrested and charged with felony burglary. It doesn't matter whether $100,000 in jewels were stolen or just a couple of sodas -- if she enters illegally and takes stuff -- it's a felony.

The guy who subs in for Zac Efron's ass has some serious issues with his ex, who says he's harassing and threatening her ... according to legal docs.

Jordan Scott has been Efron's stunt double in "Dirty Grandpa," "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates" and "Neighbors 2" -- but his baby mama says he's been total a**hole to her. She filed for a restraining order, saying he's strangled her and broken cell phones so she couldn't call for help. She also claims he's harassed her and her new boyfriend.

According to the docs ... Scott agreed to stay away from her, and only gets supervised visits with their kids. He's also agreed to submit to a substance abuse evaluation, but is not admitting any of the allegations are true.

We reached out to Scott ... he had no comment.

Katt Williams is dodging jail time for the alleged robbery of paparazzo in Bev Hills by copping a plea.

The oft-arrested comedian plead no contest Monday to felony 2nd degree robbery in the case involving his buddy Suge Knight. The duo were accused of confronting a female photog back in 2014. She was recording them, when they got pissed and allegedly jacked her gear. Much of the incident was captured on camera.

Katt was immediately sentenced to 3 years probation, and 54 weeks of anger management classes.

Suge's case is still pending. Plus, he's got bigger fish to fry right now, legally speaking.

The photographer Chris Brown allegedly punched in the face says the beatdown was so brutal he's missing work, prepping for a lawsuit and pressing charges with cops.

Bennie Vines tells us his busted lip is just one of several injuries he got when the fight broke out. TMZ broke the story ... Vines says Brown "sucker punched" him, and beat him to a pulp after he snapped a few pics early Monday morning inside a Tampa nightclub.

Vines says he's pissed because he was basically assaulted for doing his job. He filed a police report, and cops are now investigating Brown for battery -- but Vines says that's just the start.
