Lindsay Lohan Rehab for Meth and Bipolar Disorder
TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan will be treated for addiction to methamphethamine and bipolar disorder during her court ordered 90 days in rehab.
According to a source familiar with Lindsay's case, methamphetamine and opiates are her "drugs of choice".
Methamphetamine -- also known as crystal meth or simply meth -- is a highly addictive stimulant and opiates, generally, have more of a downer effect.
Morningside Recovery -- the Orange County, CA rehab LiLo is scheduled to enter -- lists opiate and methamphetamine detoxification among its specialties. As TMZ first reported, sources say Morningside was not on the list of facilities recommended by court appointed psychiatrists.
We're told Lindsay will begin her rehab stint almost immediately after getting out of Lynwood Correctional Facility.
UPDATE: Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley says, "I have never seen any psych report concerning Ms. Lohan which references a 'bi-polar' diagnosis or an addiction to 'methamphetamine.' I think this is a total fabrication."
One important note ... it has been widely reported that Lindsay takes the prescription drug Adderall, which is an amphetamine. Experts in the field of rehab and addiction tell TMZ there is a difference between amphetamine and methamphetamine.
We're told it would not be common for a rehab facility to consider Adderall and methamphetamine the same drug.

Why Rachel Uchitel Ran From Rehab -- Dad's Death
The issue that drove Rachel Uchitel to run away from rehab had nothing to do with Tiger Woods -- instead it was an intense talk about her father's death.
Sources closely connected to the production of "Celebrity Rehab" tell TMZ that Rachel's breaking point came during a recent one-on-one therapy session where the main topic was her dad.
We're told Rachel's father died of a cocaine overdose in his 40s, and Rachel was 15 at the time.
Rachel split from Dr. Drew Pinsky's facility in Pasadena and stayed at a Beverly Hills hotel for one night -- and, according to our sources, she only came back the next day because her 'Rehab' castmates called and urged her to rejoin them.

'Apprentice' Star to Uchitel: Beg Trump to Take U Back
Rachel Uchitel may still have a chance to redeem herself with Donald Trump after screwing herself out of a job -- but according to one savvy "Celebrity Apprentice" alum ... she'll have to get on her knees and beg first.
TMZ spoke with Claudia Jordan on her way out of Rihanna's blowout after party at Drai's in Hollywood last night ... and she was pretty blunt about Uchitel's decision to join "Celebrity Rehab" over "Apprentice" -- telling us, Rachel "messed up."
But all's not lost -- in Claudia's opinion, Rachel can still "call up Donald and beg him to hire you."
The key word there is "beg."

Rachel Uchitel in 'Rehab' -- Look Ma, No Pills!
Less than a week into rehab, Rachel Uchitel has kicked her addiction to prescription pills -- not because Dr. Drew is that good ... but because she never was addicted, according to sources.
Rachel started taping "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" this week, and sources close to the production say she never really had a pill popping problem -- instead, we're told, Rachel is getting "genuine treatment for emotional issues."
It's unclear what's at the root of those "issues," but it doesn't take a PhD to make a diagnosis.
One source adds Rachel isn't just collecting a paycheck -- "She's taking it seriously, and getting as much out of this as the cast members who are dealing with drugs or booze."
Good luck Dr. Drew.

Rachel Uchitel -- Pick an Addiction, Any Addiction!
Rachel Uchitel must have picked "pill popper" out of the "Pick Your Addiction" hat -- because just a few days ago, she was telling people she didn't have any addiction of any kind.
Sources close to Rachel tell TMZ she was telling people in private -- as recently as Friday -- that she didn't have a problem with prescription medication. The one addiction Rachel would admit to? Married men.
The only cure for that is ... a sense of decency.

Rachel Uchitel & Dr. Drew -- Don't Get a Room!
In order to woo her onto "Celebrity Rehab" to help kick her fame pill addiction, Dr. Drew Pinsky met with Rachel Uchitel at the L'Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills on Friday night.
As we reported earlier, Rachel -- who has a crush on the Doc -- initially turned down an offer to be on "Celebrity Rehab" but relented once Drew met with her ... and after producers doubled her salary to around $500K.
Extending her 15 minutes is just 12 steps away.

Rachel Uchitel's New Crush -- Dr. Drew
Rachel Uchitel won't just be fighting the urge to pop pills on "Celebrity Rehab" ... she'll also be fighting the urge to keep her hands off her latest crush, Dr. Drew Pinsky.
In fact, we've learned -- it's Rachel's infatuation with Drew that led to her decision to do the reality show.
Sources tell us after Rachel initially turned down "Rehab" -- Dr. Drew wanted a personal sit-down to change her mind ... and she only agreed to the meeting because she says she has a mad crush on him.
So, now Drew has Rachel where he wants her ... and Rachel's got Drew right where she wants him.
Rehab just got way more complicated.

Trump to Rachel Uchitel -- Beat It!
Rachel Uchitel has been fired by Donald Trump before she was officially hired, because Trump tells TMZ he's pulling his offer for her to do "Celebrity Apprentice."
TMZ broke the story ... Trump offered her a spot on the next "Celebrity Apprentice." A few minutes ago we told Trump that Rachel agreed over the weekend to go on "Celebrity Rehab." Trump's reaction: "It's a terrible decision. We have zero interest in her now."
Trump thinks Rachel will regret her decision. "Look at what 'Celebrity Apprentice' did for Piers Morgan. He's getting Larry King's job. She made a bad mistake."
The Donald was also quick to point out that it was Rachel who approached him in the first place, not the other way around.
Trump's final shot: "'Celebrity Apprentice' is a huge show and 'Celebrity Rehab' is not. I have 10 people who want to be on the show for every slot that's available. I'm moving on."

Rachel Uchitel Goes to 'Rehab' ... for a Price
Tiger Woods' mistress numero uno Rachel Uchitel is heading to "Celebrity Rehab" -- but TMZ has learned the show resorted to drastic measures before she agreed to check in.
Sources connected to the production tell us Uchitel had originally turned down the show -- but after producers DOUBLED their offer and Dr. Drew personally paid Uchitel a visit, Rachel changed her mind.
We're told Uchitel will make around $500,000 for her stint on the show.
A rep from VH1 claims Uchitel is hoping to kick an addiction to pills.
We're told it's unclear if this will affect Uchitel's offer to join Donald Trump on "Celebrity Apprentice."
The network claims Uchitel will be joined on the show by supermodel Janice Dickinson, actor Jeremy London, musician Leif Garrett, oil heir Jason Davis, ex-reality star Jason Wahler and singer Keyshia Cole's mother.

Jeremy London -- Needs More Than 'Celeb Rehab'
Jeremy London has checked into Dr. Drew's rehab facility -- and according to a source there, it's gonna take more than the 21 days of "Celebrity Rehab" to get him back on track.
We're told Jeremy and his wife Melissa -- who is also checked in -- are going through serious withdrawals. According to a source at the rehab center, the staff there is looking into a treatment program that would last 3-6 months after "Celebrity Rehab" ends.
The consensus of the staff ... London is beyond the kind of help "Celebrity Rehab" can provide.

Jeremy London's Bro: 'Celeb Rehab' Is a Bad Move
Jeremy London's identical twin brother Jason is worried his flesh and blood inked a deal with "Celebrity Rehab" for all the wrong reasons -- possibly focusing on fame rather than recovery.
Jason (right) tells TMZ, "Of course it is my wish that my brother gets the help that he needs. I truly wish that his motivations for doing this show were to actually admit that he has a problem, take the help, and get his life back."
He adds, "Unfortunately, it does not appear that his motivations are such, and it's going to be a public forum instead of a private intensified rehabilitation. This concerns me. All I can do is hope."
Jeremy hitched his wagon to Dr. Drew's reality show earlier this month -- and will get a reported $40,000 for his trouble.

TMZ first reported ... there's concern among Lindsay's friends that she's off the rails and can't handle the next two weeks of freedom, before turning herself in to serve her jail sentence.
Michael says he wants Lindsay in rehab and then ... before July 20 ... he'll ask the judge if she'll suspend Lindsay's jail sentence.
Problem is ... the judge has already said Michael doesn't have legal standing in the case.

'Celebrity Rehab' Tries to Net Jennifer Capriati
The people behind "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" have their sights set on former tennis star Jennifer Capriati and are willing to pay a pretty penny to get her to sign ... TMZ has learned.
Sources say "Rehab" producers are in talks with Capriati -- who accidentally overdosed on prescription meds last month -- and are willing to pay her top dollar to make her their ace in the hole for the upcoming season.
Although nothing is set in stone right now, we're told Capriati would be the big star the show desperately needs, since it's only landed B-teamers like Tila Tequila, Shauna Sand, and Jason Wahler.

Beresford-Redman Claims Shrink's a Media Whore
The ugly battle between the families in the Bruce Beresford-Redman case just got uglier -- now BBR is accusing his former sister-in-laws of trying to force his two children to see a shrink who does not shy away from the camera.
BBR, along with his mother and father, filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which they object to a bid by his murdered wife's sisters to replace his children's therapist with Dr. Charles Sophy, a prominent Bev Hills children's shrink.
BBR's family cites Sophy's website, which contains "a seven minute media reel with clips from Dr. Sophy's multiple media and television appearances on shows such as Vh1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, Vh1's Sober House, The Today Show, Larry King Live, CNN, Fox 11 News, Rachael Ray and Access Hollywood among others."
The docs go on: "Dr. Sophy's website also features a link for 'Celebrity Rehab' where he is shown interviewing a celebrity at the Pasadena Rehab center."
And there's this ... "The actual media reel shows Dr. Sophy commentating on Jon & Kate, the Jackson children, Balloon Boy and Heath Ledger's death."
Bruce's dad, David, says in his declaration, "The fact that Carla and Jeanne [Monica's sisters] would even suggest Dr. Sophy as the children's therapist shows what little regard they have for best interests of the children."
BBR claims the therapist who is currently seeing his children is doing a great job.
