You know the back story ... Leah was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma back in June and doctors said she had a 50/50 chance to live.

Despite the fact he wasn't supposed to make the team, the Bengals signed Devon to a contract so he would continue to get health insurance to cover Leah's medical bills.

Leah's been fighting like hell ever since ... and Wednesday, Devon announced the tide has turned in her favor.

"Today we received news from Leah's oncologist that her cancer, stage four neuroblastoma, is officially in REMISSION! After 296 days of daydreaming about what it would feel like to hear the doctors say my daughter is in remission, I finally know the feeling."

"When I look at my daughter all I can do is smile and hug her."

"I'm so proud and blessed to call her my daughter. She has made an impact on me and on the world, at the age of four, that I can only wish to make in a lifetime."

Thank you to my family and friends for the support through all those tough days. Thank you to everyone who has sent a letter to give Leah and our family motivation to keep fighting, a toy that helped Leah get through her days in the hospital, and more importantly a prayer that helped God hear our cries for healing."

He added, "Thank you to the Bengals for taking on my situation and standing by me and my family and for helping to raise money to fight pediatric cancer."

"Leah is not done with treatments yet. She still needs more to make sure the cancer cells do not return and to build back up her immune system and other damage from the chemo but I know my little warrior will get through it!"

Pacman Jones Off the Hook ... In Casino Ejection

Pacman Jones will NOT be charged with a crime for his role in a late-night casino incident back in February ... after prosecutors say he couldn't have been more cooperative with police.

We broke the story ... officers responded to a "disorderly person" at the Hollywood Casino in Indiana after an incident with a casino employee.

But officials tell TMZ Sports ... while he definitely WAS causing a disturbance that night, he cut the crap when cops arrived to the scene and left the casino without further incident.

"He exited. No one got hurt. He did cooperate by leaving. Given all that – we didn't feel it appropriate to charge him," prosecutor Aaron Negangard tells us.

Case closed.

Devon Still's Ex Child Support War Is Over 'We're Working Together'

Devon Still's ex is waving the white flag in their fight over child support -- telling TMZ Sports the two sides have reached a financial agreement that's in the best interest for their daughter Leah.

The Cincinnati Bengals player -- whose 4-year-old daughter is ferociously battling cancer -- had been at odds with Leah's mother ... who claimed Devon wasn't living up to his end of a "voluntary" child support arrangement they struck over the summer.

Leah's mother, Channing Smythe, claimed she needed the cash for living expenses ... saying she couldn't work because caring for Leah is a full-time job in itself.

But now, Channing says the two sides were able to work out their money issues -- telling us, "He is helping me out financially" ... noting that Devon is still playing a huge role in parenting Leah.

"I am very happy that we are working together for Leah."

As for Leah, Devon says she's been unable to shake the cancer -- but says, "We are going to keep faith and keep fighting no matter what. #LeahStrong #BeatCancer."

T.J. Houshmandzadeh I Would've DESTROYED Richard Sherman

Richard Sherman would've had "no chance" of stopping T.J. Houshmandzadeh when the receiver was in his prime ... so says T.J. himself.

The former Cincinnati Bengals receiver was outside Greystone this weekend when we asked if he thought Sherman could've shut him down ... like he shut down Michael Crabtree in the NFL playoffs.

Watch the clip -- you can tell T.J. respects Sherman ... but still dishes out some quality smacktalk.

Bengals Star DUMP ETIQUETTE Don't Crap Until AFTER the Maid Leaves

The 23-year-old defensive stud just faced that exact situation in his home ... tweeting:

"I gotta take a big ol s**t but my cleanin lady still here. And she super nice so I dont even wanna do her like that by tearin up the bathroom."

Way to do her a solid, man.

Adam 'Pacman' Jones Not Guilty Vindicated in Woman Punching Case

Adam "Pacman" Jones was found not guilty today of punching a woman at an Ohio nightclub ... and surveillance video of the whole confrontation may be what saved his frequently arrested ass.

A judge ruled in Jones' favor in the misdemeanor assault case stemming from the June 5 incident ... where he appeared to punch, or at least slap, the alleged victim as she stood in an outdoor area of the club.

But the attorney for the Cincinnati Bengals cornerback argued Jones was only acting in self-defense because the woman had hit him with a beer bottle.

The surveillance video clearly shows her making the first move -- and although prosecutors claimed Jones started everything by calling the woman and her friends "fat and ugly" ... that wasn't enough to convict.

Translation -- the judge told the woman to follow 3rd grade rules: Sticks and stones ...

Pacman Jones Makes It Rain With The Homeless Still Owes $11 Mil to Strip Club Shooting Victims

Good News -- Adam "Pacman" Jones dished out a bunch of $100 bills to homeless people yesterday.

Bad News -- He still owes more than $11 million to the victims of a 2007 strip club shooting that left 2 men wounded, 1 of whom was paralyzed from the waist down.

The Cincinnati Bengals defensive back tweeted about his good deeds ... writing, "I just give 15 homeless people a 100 next I'm pay for 15 mothers bills that's in need."

He added, "That's what I'm doing for birthday. CauseI'mblessed."

It's a great gesture ... we support helping the homeless ... but there's a reason the Nevada court ordered Jones to fork over millions to the shooting victims -- they need $$$ too.

In fact, just last year, a lawyer for one of the victims told a media outlet he was happy about the ruling because the victim could use the money to buy better medical equipment.

Of course, the strip club incident is infamous -- a scuffle broke out after Pacman "made it rain" and someone in his entourage fired gunshots that struck two bouncers.

Jones denied having a role in the shooting -- but nevertheless, he's still on the hook -- and sources tell us he has yet to settle his debt.

Adam 'Pacman' Jones Arrested Allegedly Ripped Cops During DUI Stop

Adam "Pacman" Jones -- aka the NFL's version of DMX -- was arrested again, this time during a DUI stop where he wasn't even the suspect ... for once.

Jones was the passenger in a car Ohio State Patrol pulled over early Monday morning -- and he reportedly mouthed off to officers while they were conducting a field sobriety test on the woman was driving.

The Cincinnati Bengals' star cornerback was arrested for disorderly conduct and released. The driver was also arrested for OVI ... operating a vehicle impaired.

Jones has a string of legal issues -- 8 arrests since entering the league 2005 -- and could be suspended by the league or the team for this latest one.

Most recently he was caught on surveillance cameras hitting a woman outside a nightclub back in June -- and already has an Oct. 7 court date for that case.
