Huckabee Rips Natalie Portman Over Pregnancy
Fox News host Mike Huckabee claims Oscar winner Natalie Portman is a bad role model for America -- all because she got knocked up before marriage.
Huckabee went on a radio show Monday and said, "One of the most troubling things is that people see a Natalie Portman or some other Hollywood starlet that boasts of, hey look, we're having children, we're not married, but we're having children and they're doing just fine."
Portman is engaged to her baby daddy -- co-star Benjamin Millepied.
Huckabee -- a Republican who could make a run for the White House -- added, "There aren't really a lot of single moms out there that are making millions of dollars each year by being in a movie"
"I think it gives a distorted image that not everybody hires nannies and caretakers and nurses. Most single moms are very poor, uneducated, can't get a job, and if it weren't for government assistance, their kids would be starving to death and would not get healthcare."
So far, Portman has yet to respond.
Weinstein Bros Accused of Sabotaging Alien Movie
Two MAJOR movie executives were so against putting Kevin Bacon in one of their flicks ... they paid the actor $25,000 so he would go away ... so says a new lawsuit.
It's just one of the allegations made by the director and a producer of the animated flick "Escape from Planet Earth" ... a movie about aliens escaping from Area 51 ... which was supposed to be made by The Weinstein Company. The movie was never completed.
According to the lawsuit, the Weinsteins -- who also executive produced "The King's Speech" -- were "out-of-control" ... and ran the project into the ground. Among the allegations:
-- The Weinsteins often issued "incessant, incoherent, and even contradictory notes" about the movie and forced the writer to re-work the script 17 times.
-- Harvey Weinstein paid Kevin Bacon $25,000 NOT to be in the film ... despite the fact that Bacon previously agreed to take a role for $50,000 ... all because Weinstein felt $50,000 was too much to pay Kevin Bacon.
-- The Weinsteins kept 200+ animators on payroll doing nothing because they couldn't get the script locked (see above).
The two men behind the lawsuit, producer Brian Inerfeld and writer/director Tony Leech claim the Weinsteins also tried to bully them out their lucrative contracts ... which could have paid the two an estimated $50 million if the movie had been a hit.
Denise Richards: Charlie's Too Risky for Our Kids
Denise Richards will not let her two kids near Charlie Sheen because she thinks it's just too risky ... sources tell TMZ.
Denise, we're told, is "disgusted" with Charlie and the way he's living, and believes he would put 6-year-old Sam and 5-year-old Lola at risk.
Denise thinks Charlie is unstable, but also thinks the goddesses should not be anywhere near her kids -- partly because of allegations that at least one of them may be using drugs.
We're told Denise believes Brooke Mueller's allegation that on the way to the Bahamas, Charlie told everyone he "violently" hated Denise and was going to have her hair shaved off.
We're told the day before Charlie allegedly made that comment, he had asked Denise to sit for a photo shoot with him, their kids, Brooke and her kids, along with the goddesses -- and she refused.
We're told Charlie went ballistic at her, sending her vicious text messages, so she believes Charlie was in a state of mind to make the head-shaving comment.
As one source says, Denise just doesn't trust Charlie.

Brooke to Charlie: The Deal's Off!!!
Sources connected with the negotiations between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller tell TMZ ... the custody deal they tentatively agreed to is OFF ... because Charlie just can't stop his media blitz.
Charlie tweeted a short time ago he and Brooke reached a verbal deal that would have restored the custody arrangement the two of them struck in their divorce settlement.
But sources tell us ... the first term in the deal was that Charlie not talk to the media about the agreement. We're told Brooke's lawyers are scratching their heads in amazement that Charlie immediately violated that term by tweeting about it and talking about it on a Philadelphia radio station.
We've also learned ... the verbal agreement is not as Charlie stated -- in other words, it's not restoring the custody agreement they agreed to in the divorce. Sources tell us ... the deal required that when Charlie had the twins a monitor would be present.
As for the goddesses, we're told although Brooke does not want them banished from the house, she will not allow them to become mommy #2 and 3.
So it's Charlie's move now ... and it's likely they'll all be in court on Monday.
Stay tuned.

Brooke Claims Charlie Sheen Sent Anti-Semitic Text
Brooke Mueller claims Charlie Sheen recently sent her a scathing, anti-Semitic text about his manager, saying "I must execute mark b [Mark Burg] like the stoopid jew pig that he is."
Sources say Charlie sent the text last week, after firing Mark ... but before rehiring him.
The text was quoted in Brooke's declaration in support of her request for a restraining order.
Charlie tells TMZ he did not send the text, saying, "I busted Brooke a year ago sending text messages from my phone to family members to cause discord. Both Natalie and Rachel (aka, the goddesses) will testify they observed Brooke with my phone on that day." Charlie adds, "I have to believe the text about Mark Burg is a repeat performance."
Mark Burg tells TMZ, "Charlie Sheen's ex-publicist, Stan Rosenfield, is Jewish. Charlie Sheen's entertainment attorney, Jake Bloom, is Jewish. Charlie Sheen's litigation attorney, Marty Singer, is Jewish. Charlie Sheen's divorce attorney, Mark Gross, is Jewish. I've known him for 13 years. I don't believe that he actually sent that text."

Sheen Allegedly Wanted Associates Killed

Brooke also says Charlie "spit on my feet. He also punched me in the arm."
According to the docs, Charlie allegedly told Brooke he wanted her to give him back $20,000 a month in child support payments -- "untraceable cash to knock off a few people because the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished."
As for Charlie threatening to cut Brooke's head off and put it in a box -- something we reported last night -- Charlie allegedly said, "If you are having this conversation taped, then consider it done.

Sheen's Kids Removed After Alleged Death Threat
A judge temporarily stripped Charlie Sheen of custody of his twin sons Tuesday, after Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration in which she alleged Charlie said, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom" ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... Brooke's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys -- Bob and Max -- to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect.
Police removed the twins from Charlie's house late Tuesday.
According to legal docs, Brooke also claims ... on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke's eye.
Today's hearing was held without notice to Charlie -- his lawyers were not present.
Brooke's lawyer confessed to the court ... Brooke is currently in a "day treatment" facility for substance abuse. She says she will see the kids for around 4 hours a day while the TRO is in effect and her mom will provide care for the rest of the day.
Sources tell TMZ Charlie's team is furious that the order was issued and plans to go to court tomorrow in an attempt to undo it.
Charlie tweeted Tuesday night, "My sons are fine ... My path is now clear ... Defeat is not an option!"
UPDATE: Charlie was just live on "Today" where he said he didn't say those words, adding "it's colorful ... that's a good one I guess. If you spend enough time around me you can formulate things and make it sound like it could have come from my mouth, but you can do that watching reruns."
He also looked at the camera and sent out a message directly to Brooke, saying "I'm sorry you felt this had to be done in this way, but this does not display any responsible parenting."

Charlie Sheen Sued in Conspiracy Case
Charlie Sheen has yet another problem ... he's going to be sued for allegedly derailing an attempt to replace Charlie with his estranged uncle on "Two and a Half Men."
The suit claims Charlie and his dad, Martin Sheen, along with his mom, Janet, conspired to "interfere and restrain" Chuck Lorre from replacing Charlie with Joe Estevez -- Charlie's estranged uncle.
The suit claims the plan was either to have Joe replace Charlie or appear in a spin-off of the sitcom, titled "Uncle Joe."
And the suit claims, Charlie, Martin and Janet also conspired to kill a proposed reality show titled "About the Sheens."
The plaintiff in the case is attorney Ed Meyer, who worked as Joe's manager -- Joe is not a named plaintiff. Meyer tells TMZ he was Joe's business partner in the reality show. Meyer says he's now estranged from Joe.

Charlie Sheen Demands Apology from Jewish Group
Charlie Sheen claims he doesn't hate Chuck Lorre because of his "Jewishness" ... he hates him for other reasons ... and now Sheen is lashing out at a Jewish org. for insinuating he's an anti-Semite.
Sheen is still FURIOUS with the Anti-Defamation League for saying the actor exhibited "borderline anti-Semitism" when he referred to the "Two and a Half Men" creator by his Hebrew name Chaim Levine.
Now, Sheen's lawyer -- legal pitbull Marty Singer -- has fired off a letter to the ADL demanding a retraction ... because Sheen's only intention was to "address the man rather than his television persona."
In the letter, Singer points out that Chuck has referred to himself by the name Chaim on a vanity card back in February ... a vanity card in which Charlie claims Chuck writes about "a lifetime of distancing himself from Judaism."
In fact, Team Charlie insinuates the ADL should denounce Lorre for acknowledging his "disdain for the Jewish religion."
Calls to the ADL have not been returned.
