Officials: Chi Chi Robbery Was An Inside Job
The brazen gun-slinging robbery at golf legend Chi Chi Rodriguez's house wasn't just extremely premeditated, it was an inside job -- this according to investigators.
Authorities in Guayama, Puerto Rico tell TMZ they believe they can prove an employee at Chi Chi's compound slipped the robbers a key to the house before it all went down.
We're told two of the suspects were charged this morning with several crimes -- including robbery, illegal possession of a weapon and burglary. Bail for the men has been set at $350,000 each.
As TMZ reported, 74-year-old Chi Chi and his wife were robbed in their own home at gunpoint last month -- and the thieves made off with over $500,000 in money and belongings.

Los Angeles Mayor Gets Restraining Order
TMZ has learned Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa just got a restraining order against a man who threatened to "take him out."
According to docs obtained by TMZ, Daniel John Molnar called the Mayor's Office last Thursday and said, "The Mayor knows who I am. The Mayor is talking a lot of s**t. You tell him that I'm going to take him out."
We're told the Mayor's Office used caller ID to find the 46-year-old Molnar, who lives in the mid-Wilshire area of L.A. He was arrested 3 hours later and charged with making criminal threats.
We're told the L.A. County District Attorney decided today it would reject the criminal case, on grounds of insufficient evidence. As a result, Molnar was released.
The L.A. City Attorney's Office got a restraining order today on the Mayor's behalf, which orders Molnar to stay 100 yards away from the Mayor's home and City Hall. He's also prohibited from engaging in any communication with the Mayor or his staff.
In his his declaration, the Mayor wrote, "I believe the threats uttered by Daniel John Molnar to be credible, and am concerned for the safety of the employees of my Office, myself and my family when Daniel John Molnar is near."
Gary Coleman Don't Pull the Plug on Me!
TMZ has obtained legal documents signed by Gary Coleman in 2006 in which the actor specifically directed that he did not want anyone to pull the plug on him ... if he was ever in that situation.
The documents were ironically filed by Shannon Price -- Gary's ex-wife -- the person who authorized doctors to take Gary off life support last month. Price has filed the docs in an effort to be granted control over the disposition of Gary's body.
Among the documents filed today by Shannon is a health care power of attorney which Gary filled out in 2006. Under the heading "Instructions for Health Care" -- Gary checked a box titled "Choice to Prolong Life" which states, "I want my life to be prolonged as long as possible within the limits of generally accepted health care standards."
The other option Gary had -- "Choice Not to Prolong Life" -- was left unchecked.
In the docs, Shannon explains her decision to end Gary's life saying she was "forced" to pull the plug. She does not explain why she felt forced.

Judge Pastor also set Murray's preliminary hearing date for August 23.

Lindsay Lohan Crisis Deepens Without Hired Help
The woman who just quit Lindsay Lohan was not just an assistant -- she was her lifeline -- and LiLo's friends are worried this is the beginning of a total unravel.
Friends of Lohan tell us Lindsay is going to have a hard time finding anyone reliable to sign on, and without an assistant she will never keep the appointments that could make the difference between freedom and jail.
For starters, Lindsay is legally prohibited from driving and relies on her assistant to take her here and there -- including her alcohol ed courses.
We're also told Lindsay is incredibly disorganized and can't function without someone leading her by the nose. She seems incapable of scheduling meetings, doctor's appointments, or work projects.
Bottom line ... for us an assistant is a luxury. For Lindsay it's make or break.

Sheriff Won't Budge in Charlie Sheen Plea
Charlie Sheen is going to have a hard time nabbing the plea deal he thought he was getting, because we've learned the sheriff ain't budging ... and Charlie could end up working at a dump.
Sources at the Pitkin County Sheriff's Department tell TMZ .. Sheriff Bob Braudis still insists he never signed off or gave permission to give Charlie work release. We're told the Sheriff is pissed at a local reporter who wrote that Braudis confirmed that Charlie would be able to smoke during work release. Sheriff Bob says he was misquoted.
The Sheriff, we're told, is letting the Jail Administrative Officer, Beverly Campbell, run the show. Sources say Bev is clear -- Charlie is not eligible for work release.
If he serves time, the only way he can get out during the day is under the Useful Public Service program (UPS). The way that works -- each day Bev gets hundreds of emails from businesses and organizations in town, including the dump, the landfill and the hospital. She decides each day where inmates eligible for UPS will go.
Theatre Aspen is on the list. But good luck with that one.

'Mad Men' Star Leaves Scene After 4-Car Wreck
"Mad Men" star January Jones allegedly slammed into three parked cars and left the scene.
LAPD tells TMZ January was driving a Range Rover around 9 PM last night when she allegedly lost control, hit the other cars and caused some major damage. We're told a witness reported the accident to police and claimed that January fled on foot after saying, "I can't deal with this commotion."
Police tell us that while officers were on scene investigating January returned and claimed she fled because paparazzi were trailing her.
January was not cited or arrested, but her car was impounded and police have launched an investigation. Police say no alcohol or drugs were involved.
As for why paps might have been trying so hard to get a shot of Jones -- photos of her doing a "walk of shame" were all over the Internet yesterday, showing her arriving home in a taxi in the same dress she wore to an event the night before (Below).
UPDATE: Police tell TMZ Jones told them she was at The London West Hollywood Hotel watching the Lakers lose and then drove home. She says several paparazzi started following her and she lost control of her car and struck 3 parked vehicles. Jones says the photogs were harassing her so she left her license and walked a half a block to her home and called 911. The dispatcher told Jones cops had just arrived on scene so she returned. We're told there will not be a hit-and-run investigation.
And cops say they did not administer a field sobriety test because there was no evidence of alcohol.

Dr. Murray Targeted By California Medical Board
The California Medical Board wants a judge to order Dr. Conrad Murray to stop practicing medicine ASAP -- in order to "protect California's citizens."
While Murray is already prohibited from administering "deep anesthetics" -- including propofol -- the Board has filed documents last week in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming those restrictions are "insufficient under the circumstances of this defendant's behavior."
In the docs, the Board states, "It is not just his 'prescribing' practices that are in question, but his fundamental judgment and skill as a physician."
The Board is requesting an order that Murray, "cease and desist from the practice of medicine" until his criminal trial regarding MJ's death reaches a conclusion.
