Justin Bieber's problem with sizzurp had early warning signs ... but no one picked up on them.

We went back and looked at this photo ... taken last month. You see a skate ramp in Justin's backyard, covered in spray paint.

Check out the reference to "double cup," with a styrofoam cup next to it. Double cup is code for lean mixed with double the amount of codeine.

As we first reported ... we've learned Bieber has been deep into the lean game lately -- it's codeine and promethazine mixed with Sprite and a Jolly Rancher. Bieber's also been abusing Rx drugs, as well as booze and weed.

Trace Adkins went nuts on an impersonator during a cruise BECAUSE it was the last straw ... we're told this guy has been a thorn in the country singer's side for YEARS.

The look-alike -- Michael Larsen -- has been following Trace around the country since 2007, sometimes having the audacity to sign autographs, pretending he was the real deal.

Our sources say the tipping point was the cruise to Jamaica. We're told Trace had no idea the guy was on the ship for the first two days. The singer was blindsided and angry when he walked into a bar on the ship and saw Larsen.

Trace has told his people ... he just had it with the guy but probably could have contained himself, EXCEPT for the fact that he was wasted.

Adkins -- who had been 12 years sober -- left the ship after it docked in Jamaica ... and is now in a rehab facility.

Playboy playmate Cassandra Lynn had indulged in large amounts of cocaine and booze before she was found dead in a bathtub ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell us ... Cassandra had flown to L.A. on January 14 and was the guest of a celebrity photographer. We're told Cassandra complained when she landed she was not feeling well.

The photog took her to a fitting and then a photo shoot in the afternoon and she continued to complain she wasn't feeling right.

Sources say they went to the photog's home in the early evening and partied. According to our sources ... the photog told law enforcement they had sex and did large amounts of coke and guzzled lots of champagne.

Their party ended at around 11 PM.

We're told at some point early the next morning the photog woke up, went to the bathroom and saw water running onto the floor. He then discovered Cassandra in the bathtub, pulled her out and attempted in vain to resuscitate her.

Joe Jonas has found a new gig after the dismantling of his band ... he drives a fancy cab.

Joe has been officially certified by Uber to drive drunk and sober people alike through the streets of L.A.

Our sources say ... Za has an open pass to stay in Bieber's Calabasas mansion ... and he has no intention of leaving.

Shia LaBeouf was conciliatory and remorseful after he headbutted a guy in a London pub, claiming he's just like the next guy with faults and all, adding, "I'm super normal."

LaBeouf got into a nuclear argument with the other bar patron Thursday night in the London pub, Hobgoblin.

After the fight, LaBeouf reiterates the fight was over his girl's mom. You hear him say he gets angry when "people s**t on my girl's mom."

LaBeouf, who appears drunk, rambles on about himself with a woman in the pub -- saying how "normal" he is.

It's the new normal.

Recovering addict Lindsay Lohan is taking steps to ensure she stays clean and sober ... she's put herself up for hire to spend evenings in bars and nightclubs.

Sarcasm aside -- we've learned LiLo has hooked up with some Londoners with connections to the city's hottest clubs and other night spots ... and they've negotiated deals for her to make tens of thousands of dollars in appearance fees.

We're told Lindsay has already made some appearances and more are scheduled ... she's pulling in between $5K - $15K per appearance.

She claims she's stone cold sober ... in the middle of these boozefests.

So Oprah, looks like she took your advice, right?

CeeLo Green has a secret weapon in his felony drug case -- his hired gun Blair Berk.

CeeLo made it clear as he walked into the courthouse today for a boring hearing ... he has the best lawyer in L.A.

Truth be told ... Berk (above, in black dress holding door) lives up to the hype ... having repped just about every celeb with legal troubles -- from Robert Downey, Jr to Lindsay and Britney.

Justin Bieber is worried about what cops are going to find on his cell phone, but we're told his issues involve nakedness and drugs ... not so much eggs.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... when they searched Justin's house Tuesday, they seized his cell phone ... took it right out of his hot little hands. Sources say cops are interested in texts that could incriminate him. Cops want to see if he texted someone after the fact and bragged about the egging. One law enforcement source called it a "text high 5."

Sources tell us ... he's concerned more about drug discussions and references. Even if cops find drug references, Justin's in the clear given there's no physical evidence -- nonetheless J.B. is afraid it will leak out.

We're told he's also concerned that there are naked photos in his phone, although we don't know if they're action shots, selfies, etc.

And we're not even going to mention bad grammar.

Lil Za thinks he was arrested during the raid at Justin Bieber's house because he was the only black guy in sight.

Za -- who was arrested for felony drug possession Tuesday -- just tweeted, "Some stuff I've done has been wrong yes. but look at the position I'm in and the color of my skin. Cocaine? Really?"

Truth be told ... cops think it's Molly ... a form of Ecstasy.

It's unclear if Za is saying he was singled out because he's black or that cocaine is a "white guy's" drug.

Playboy Playmate Cassandra Lynn was found dead in her friend's L.A. home Wednesday ... and police are investigating the death as a possible overdose, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told Lynn's friend found her floating in a bath tub. The friend then called police, reporting a possible OD. When paramedics arrived they could not revive her. Foul play is not suspected.

Lynn -- Miss February 2006 -- was 34.

Cassandra was pretty active on Twitter ... her last real tweet was three days ago.

Her Twitter updated automatically with her horoscope ... her latest reads: "Unspoken obligations prevent you from doing what you wish today ... No matter what you do now, you might not feel completely fulfilled. Working harder isn't the answer, but neither is escape." Eerie.

Country singer Trace Adkins fought himself on a cruise ship Monday -- or at least he may have thought he was fighting himself -- because it seems Trace was really wasted and he just checked into rehab.

Sources tell TMZ ... Trace was headlining a country cruise headed to Jamaica. He was in the bar when something happened between him and a Trace impersonator who was doing Karaoke. Trace -- who had been sober for 12 years -- had fallen off the wagon and got into a physical fight with the impersonator.

We're told once the boat docked in Jamaica ... Trace jumped ship. We're told he's now in rehab.

A California appeals court just formally and forever shut down Conrad Murray's contention ... Michael Jackson killed himself by self-injecting that fatal dose of Propofol.

Murray had appealed his manslaughter conviction with a kitchen sink of arguments, including MJ accidentally offing himself. The California Court of Appeal has ruled ... Murray's theories are just that -- theories. The court went on to say the evidence was plentiful ... that he did the deed.

The judges noted incredulously ... Murray's fingerprints were all over the Propofol bottle and they said he acted like a guilty man when cops showed up ... by lying to them. They also zeroed in on Murray cleaning up the scene after the fact.

Even though Murray has served his sentence ... the appeal was important. If he won he could have made a credible pitch to regain his medical license.

Lloyd's of London has dropped its claim that it doesn't have to honor a huge insurance policy on grounds it was never told Michael Jackson was a drug addict ... and we've learned Lloyd's has now agreed to a payout.

Lloyd's filed a lawsuit claiming it did NOT have to honor the policy it issued to cover losses from the failed "This Is It" tour. Lloyd's felt it had been deceived because no one ever disclosed Michael had serious drug problems.

The case just settled and we know ... Lloyd's has paid something to settle. We're told it's not the full $17.5 mil under the policy. We do not know the amount ... just that it forked over money.

The reason a payout is so important -- Lloyd's essentially folded on its fraud claim.

There must be something in the water in Sherwood, Arkansas -- TMZ has learned, another star from TLC's "Cheer Perfection" reality show has just been arrested ... this time for drug possession.

As we reported, one of the show's moms Andrea Clevenger was just arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly raping a 13-year-old boy.

Now, less than a day later, Cheer Time Revolution co-owner Ronald Dunlap has been arrested for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the Sherwood police report, Dunlap and CTR coach Ryan Dahl (who doesn't appear on the show) were popped around 1AM this morning after an officer claims he found them inside Dahl's car, which reeked of pot.

When confronted, the officer claims Dunlap and Dahl 'fessed up to smoking weed and were placed under arrest. The officer claims he also found a glass pipe in the vehicle. Dunlap has since been released. Dahl is still in custody.

Ronald's wife and CTR co-owner Alisha Dunlap is NOT happy either -- she tells us, Ronald and Ryan are both currently suspended from the gym, which has a zero tolerance drug policy.

Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.

The former "Black Ink Crew" receptionist who claims in a lawsuit she was roofied on the show is a DRUNK and a LIAR ... so says the owner of the tattoo shop.

TMZ broke the story ... Alex Estevez sued producers of the VH1 reality show, claiming someone connected with production roofied her on the set back in 2012. She says she blacked out and acted the fool, but producers made her look even worse in the editing ... she thinks she came off as a slut.

But shop owner Ceaser -- whom Alex tried to seduce during the episode in question -- isn't buying it ... telling us, Alex was 100% under the influence of alcohol and nothing else ... and it was her own doing

He adds, "Ain't no one give her s**t. She was drunk off Henny. You can see from her behavior no one gave her any drugs, or tried to make her anything she's not."

As for the slut allegation, Ceaser says, "You don't have to give a slut drugs to do what she naturally does."
