Kiefer Sutherland didn't just drink while filming -- "24" co-star Giles Matthey says ... he drank BIG ... which is interesting in the wake of Freddie Prinze, Jr.'s recent rant.

Giles played Jordan Reed on the latest season of the hit show and was known to partake in an adult beverage or two (or 3 or 4) with Kiefer. When we caught up to him back in May, Giles said there's no hops or barley on Jack Bauer's party menu -- only WHISKEY.

"No beers for him," Giles tells us.

This comes on the heels of former "24" star Prinze going off on Kiefer yesterday -- as we reported ... Prinze claimed Kiefer would regularly show up on set drunk and was so unprofessional Freddie almost quit acting altogether.

Cool thing is -- this video was shot two months ago, so Giles wasn't reacting to recent events.

Gotta give it to Kiefer, though ... when he goes hard, so does everybody else -- he's well known for ringing the bell and hooking up the entire bar.

Freddie Prinze, Jr. believes alcohol made Kiefer Sutherland impossible to deal with on the set of "24" ... but a key Fox source tells TMZ Freddie's claims are BS.

Sources connected with Freddie tell TMZ ... the actor claims Kiefer would regularly show up on set drunk ... sitting in his trailer often for hours, as everyone waited. The sources say it messed with the lives of the family of cast and crew.

Freddie, we're told, claims Kiefer was temperamental and got people fired he didn't like, yet "24" producers consistently cow-towed to him ... as one source put it, "All they did was keep rewarding him."

Our sources claim Freddie was groomed to take over the series but it became such a nightmare for him he bailed.

Keifer's rep tells TMZ, "Kiefer worked with Freddie Prinze, Jr. more than 5 years ago, and this is the first he has heard of Freddie's grievances." The rep adds, "Kiefer enjoyed working with Freddie and wishes him the best."

A Fox official tells TMZ ... Kiefer was "nothing but professional during the run of the show and is beloved by cast and crew." The honcho adds, "It's so out of left field, 5 years later."

The official goes on, "We wouldn't have done another '24' if Kiefer were anything like Freddie described."

Slash was once so desperate to get laid ... he and a girlfriend drugged her mother, and then had sex right next to her while she slept -- and best of all ... he was 13.

The guitar god made the confession when we asked him about the craziest place he's ever banged ... fully expecting some story about life on the road during the Guns n' Roses heyday.

We definitely were NOT expecting this pubescent/criminal tale.

A Keith Urban concert devolved into a drunken mess Saturday night ... with dozens of people being treated by medical personnel for alcohol issues ... and a number of others being arrested.

Urban was playing at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, about 30 miles south of Boston. According to local police and fire officials, 46 people were treated and 22 taken to local hospitals ... mostly due to drinking. Things were so bad, officials had to activate "a phase one EMS plan" ... which included ambulances from five surrounding communities.

People were so drunk at the show ... 50 people were taken into protective custody for their own good and many others arrested ... all for "alcohol-related issues."

Florina "Flo" Kaja is still a 'Bad Girl' to cops in NY, where she got busted for DWI and drug possession -- but not before she tried to dupe 'em with the oldest move in the book ... TMZ has learned

Kaja -- from Season 4 of "The Bad Girls Club" -- was stopped by cops in Yonkers, NY on Monday night for making an illegal U-turn. According to police, she appeared to be under the influence ... acting erratic and fidgety.

Cops say they found a bag of weed and another substance they believe to be cocaine. Officers say Flo also gave them a fake name, which -- as every delinquent teen knows -- NEVER works.

Flo's been charged with possession of a controlled substance and DWI -- and cops say she also had an outstanding warrant for harassment.

Yeah, she bad.

"Bio-Dome" star Dara Tomanovich was arrested for DWI in New York ... and she may have tried to get out of it by name dropping ex NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

Dara -- who played one of the hot female scientists alongside Kylie Minogue -- reportedly crashed her Porsche in Manhattan earlier this month ... and when cops showed up, she was stumbling around while reeking of booze.

Page Six reports Tomanovich said she was friends with Bloomberg and could get the officers fired or transferred.

The actress then allegedly failed two breathalyzer tests -- she blew .159 and .112 -- and was subsequently taken into custody. She was charged with DWI and released without bail.

All he wanted was a hot cup of Oprah Winfrey's signature tea, but a Starbucks customer claims his came with a heavy dose of heroin and a barrage of racial slurs -- this according to a lawsuit so outrageous, it's hard to take seriously.

Vernon Charles Allen Merriweather says he ordered Oprah's Chai tea last Fall in Buffalo, NY -- and noticed the staff added hallucinogenics, heroin and Ambien ... according to the Federal lawsuit.

Merriweather also says when he applied for a job (during a different visit) at the Starbucks -- he was told, "We don't hire n******" -- and the baristas called themselves an Aryan nation.

Just in case you're still taking the suit seriously -- VCAM's tea was allegedly spiked 6 months BEFORE Oprah Chai tea even debuted! Yeah.

Scott Disick returned to the scene of the crime last night with a wine glass in hand as he partied with French Montana and Fat Joe at J.Lo's 45th birthday bash.

Interesting that Lord D posted the pic himself. We can't tell what's in the glass, but it seems Scott has gotten over the night of severe boozing in the Hamptons about a month ago that sent him to a hospital with alcohol poisoning.

As we told you ... that incident got Scott on the wagon -- sources told us he hadn't had a drink since.

Amy Winehouse's fans are marking the 3rd anniversary of her death by trashing her lawn with cigarettes and empty booze bottles ... and Amy's mom tells TMZ it's a fitting tribute.

Janis Winehouse says she's totally cool with the random drug and alcohol paraphernalia littering Amy's old house ... in addition to leaving posters, graffiti, candles and photos.

Hordes of people have visited the house at 30 Camden Square in London -- where Winehouse died of alcohol poisoning in 2011 -- leaving beer cans, empty bottles of Jack Daniels, Smirnoff and packs of smokes.

Janis -- who runs an anti-drug and alcohol foundation with Amy's dad -- says she's not upset by the homage ... in fact, it makes her happy that Amy's fans still care.

Ray J is being accused of sexual assault not for grabbing a woman's ass at a Beverly Hills bar ... he allegedly grabbed her boob in front of witnesses.

TMZ broke the story ... Ray J was at Side Bar May 30th at the Beverly Wilshire hotel. He got in an altercation at the bar, was thrown out, the cops came and Ray J allegedly went nuts, kicking out a police car window and spitting on an officer. He's been charged with 4 misdemeanors, including assault and battery and sexual battery.

The sexual battery is curious. The Beverly Hills PD told TMZ the day after the incident ... Ray J did not commit a crime when he touched a woman. We were told he touched her butt and cops said it was "incidental."

But now law enforcement sources say they've found "new evidence" ... although it's weird that it's new. We now know multiple witnesses -- staff and patrons -- say they saw Ray J grab a woman's boob in the bar and now cops believe prosecution for sexual battery is appropriate.

One witness says Ray J came into the hotel "wacked out on something" and pushed an 8-year-old in the lobby as he made his way to the bar.

We're also told both the lobby and the bar are filled with surveillance cameras. We're told there are so many cameras in the bar everything can be seen -- they can even zoom in on a tab.

Ray J's arraignment is set for Friday. He is not required to be in court.

The coroner has made it official ... Peaches Geldof died from a heroin overdose.

The levels of heroin in Geldof's body were in a "fatal range," and puncture wounds were found on her elbows, wrists and thumbs.

According to police, the heroin found in her home the day of her death tested 61% pure. Typical street heroin is 30%.

Geldof's husband, musician Thomas Cohen, has said Geldof was trying to kick her drug habit and had been taking methadone for 2.5 years.

The 25-year-old Geldof was found dead in her home on April 7.

Shia LaBeouf has a dangerous addiction to the bottle ... and Brad Pitt may be the cure.

The two are set to co-star in the upcoming World War II blockbuster "Fury" and Shia could use all the help he can get to handle the stress from his first worldwide media blitz since "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" in 2011.

We're told he's taking his outpatient alcohol treatment program seriously. But there's something more ... the thought of embarrassing Brad is especially sobering for him.

His recent run of drunken debauchery is well-documented ... picking a fight outside a strip club, banned from an L.A. restaurant for pissing on it, and booted from a Broadway show.

Justin Bieber's raging house party this weekend can be summed up just by watching this video ... first a bunch of hot chicks walk in ... followed a short time later by the police.

TMZ broke the story ... cops showed up to Bieber's crib on Saturday night at at 8:30 PM, 12:50 AM, 1:50 AM and 3:00 AM ... all because of noise complaints.

Bieber's neighbors are pissed because the party left the rooftop deck in shambles and one person says he observed "bimbos lining up to do drugs in the lobby bathroom" -- something we can't verify.

Bella Hadid -- the 17-year-old daughter of Yolanda Foster -- who appears on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- was arrested early Tuesday morning for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Bella -- whose stepdad is legendary music producer David Foster and whose dad is Mohamed Hadid -- was driving on PCH at around 4 AM when she allegedly blew through a stop sign and almost collided with an L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. patrol car.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Bella was pulled over and the deputy detected a strong odor of alcohol.

Bella blew a .14 -- which approaches double the legal limit -- but because she's a minor it's even worse. She can't drive with ANY alcohol in her system.

It gets worse. Bella was driving on a suspended license.

She was arrested and ultimately released into the care of her famous stepdad.

Justin Bieber's trail of liquor and litter at his Beverly Hills condo has set his neighbors off ... and now we know the cops have talked to them about placing the singer under citizen's arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... cops came to the condo 6 TIMES over the weekend -- 4 times for excessive noise in the middle of the night. Bieber partied hard -- 75 guests on Saturday night and 20 on Sunday.

The pictures on the rooftop deck tell only part of the story. People in the building tell TMZ ... the hallways and elevators reeked of pot. And several guests say drug use was obvious.

One person says, "There were bimbos lining up to do drugs in the lobby bathroom."

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops have spoken to residents, Bieber and his management to resolve the situation.

We're told police informed residents cops can't make an arrest for a misdemeanor if they don't see it happen ... but the residents can take matters into their own hands by placing Bieber under arrest.
