Dwyane Wade: 'Foreplay' Lawsuit Is Total BS
Dwyane Wade claims he's "saddened" and "shocked" by a new lawsuit filed by his estranged wife -- in which she claims the NBA star is damaging their children by engaging in "sexual foreplay" with his new girlfriend in public.
The woman behind the lawsuit is Siohvaughn Wade -- the mother of Dwyane's two sons. Siohvaughn just filed a new lawsuit, on behalf of the two minor children (an 8-year-old and a 2-year-old) -- claiming Wade has engaged in "extreme and outrageous conduct" with his new GF Gabrielle Union in front of Wade's two children.
But Wade tells TMZ, "I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union."
Wade adds, "I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination."
Wade concludes, "My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being.”
UPDATE: TMZ just spoke with a rep for Gabrielle Union who also rejects Siohvaughn's claims -- and apologizes to the court system for having to deal "with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need."

Seagal Witness: Steven Never Touched Accuser
Ray Charles' granddaughter is under attack from the legendary singer's former band member -- a man who claims he can prove Blair Robinson never had an inappropriate encounter with Steven Seagal.
TMZ spoke with Damien Ross -- a longtime friend of Ray's who claims he set up a meeting between Blair and Seagal at a Memphis hotel back in 2004, so Seagal could interview her for a personal assistant position.
As we previously reported, Blair signed a sworn declaration in support of Kayden Nguyen's lawsuit against Seagal -- in which Blair claims Seagal followed her to her hotel room and expected "sexual favors." Blair claims she told her mom about the encounter and left the next day.
But Ross claims Blair never had a hotel room where Seagal was staying -- and insists he was present with Blair during her entire 10-15 minute encounter with the actor. Ross also claims Blair and Seagal were never alone.
Seagal's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "Ms. Robinson was never employed by Steven Seagal and never received any compensation from any entity even though she claimed to have worked more than six years ago for my client."
Paula Deen: You Defamed Me, And I'm Rich
Paula Deen's good name has been slandered, and she's filthy rich -- this is what TMZ has learned from a lawsuit filed by Paula Deen Enterprises.
It seems the Food Network star made a deal with Celebrity Chefs Tour to do cooking demonstrations before live audiences in various cities. Short story: Paula's company claims the $150,000 advance she was supposed to get bounced, and after waiting for full payment she walked away, claiming Celeb Chefs Tour breached the agreement.
Paula claims Celeb Chefs Tour defamed her by making it seem she bailed for no good reason.
But here's what's interesting: Aside from the $150,000 advance, Paula's deal would have guaranteed her $130,000 for each event which featured her in two culinary performances.
She wants more than a million bucks for the hassle.
Michael Jackson Estate Inks Record, Record Deal
TMZ has confirmed the Michael Jackson estate has signed the biggest deal ever in music -- worth up to $250 million with a guarantee of $200 million.
The estate made the deal with Sony Music Entertainment -- the contract is for 10 projects over seven years.
One album will debut in November, which contains never-before released recordings. We're told Jackson left enough material for at least three albums of fresh material.
A source tells TMZ the royalty rate on foreign sales is the key to the deal -- and 2/3 of the sales of MJ records traditionally have been outside the U.S.
And we're told Sony gets a two-year extension for the right to distribute the Michael Jackson catalog -- to 2017.
The deal has nothing to do with The Beatles' catalog -- it's all about MJ original recordings.
The agreement was brokered by John Branca and John McClain, executors of the MJ estate.

Sean Penn Close Encounter At Academy Awards
There are reports swirling that Sean Penn had a confrontation last night with "The Hurt Locker" producer Greg Shapiro -- who happens to be the current BF of Sean's estranged ex Robin Wright. We've been making calls and here's what we know ...
First, reports that Sean was kicked out of the Governors Ball are not true because Sean was never there in the first place -- by his own choice. We've also confirmed Sean was not banned from the ball.
But Sean and Greg were in the same room with each other at one point in the night -- as reported by E!'s Marc Malkin -- and it was all because of Sandra Bullock.
After Sean presented the Best Actress award to Sandra, both presenter and winner are supposed to go to an elevator which takes them near the press room. We're told Sandra lingered around backstage for a little while -- so Sean went to the elevator by himself.
After Sean emerged from the elevator and was waiting around for Sandra, a group of people from "The Hurt Locker" came up in the elevator right after the Best Picture announcement -- Greg Shapiro was in that group.
We're told Sean was nearby when Greg got off the elevator -- but we spoke to several people who say there was no fight. One insider tells us, "I didn't see it happen ... something could've happened, but if it did, it was minor and only lasted a second."

Maria Shriver -- Sweet Street Justice!
Not to be outdone by hubby Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver broke two more road rules yesterday, but again she got off scot-free.
The rebellious First Lady of California was walking out of Peet's Coffee in Santa Monica when a vigilant parking enforcement officer noticed her meter had expired. The officer pulled out his rusty, trusty "auto-cite" device to ticket the vehicle, when suddenly one of Maria's security dudes ran up to him, flashed something at the officer and did some fast talking.
In the end, the officer backed off without writing a ticket. Maria then got in her SUV, took off her glasses and began eating her muffin as the expired meter continued blinking.
Oh, and there's this .... she drove off without securing her seat belt.
A Santa Monica police official tells TMZ writing a parking ticket is "discretionary." He also said if Maria was on official business she'd be exempt from parking laws, provided she had a placard on the dash. We saw no placard and -- last we checked -- eating a muffin is not official business.
UPDATE: A Santa Monica police official now tells TMZ the parking enforcement officer was about to write the ticket when a man walked up to the officer and said he was a member of the CHP Dignitary Protection Unit. The CHP guy then said he understood the officer had a job to do but the dignitary would be gone in less than 5 minutes. At that point the parking enforcement officer backed off, but issued a warning.
As for Maria then getting in the SUV, eating a muffin and driving off without her seat belt, the parking official says his officer didn't see that.
We contacted the CHP -- they have no comment on the situation.

Sean Stewart Wrecks $200,000 Bentley
The bad news: Rod Stewart's son Sean just wrecked a Bentley Continental GTC worth about $200,000.
The good news: It was a rental.
We're told Sean wrecked the Bentley on Sunset Blvd., near Boa Steakhouse. It happened at around 3 PM PT. He was renting the expensive ride from Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car for $2,500 a day.
The rental place tells us they don't sell coverage on high end vehicles ... so it looks like Sean may be in the hole anyway.
UPDATE: A rep for Sean tells us he was a passengerin the car and a female was driving at the time. We're told she lost control and hit the curb.
Rabbi: Jane Fonda Supports Destruction of Israel
An Oscar-winning rabbi is condemning the actions of Jane Fonda, Danny Glover and Eve Ensler -- claiming their decision to boycott the Toronto International Film Festival is "an attack on the heart and soul of Israel."
It's all over a program featured in the festival called "City to City" -- which honors Tel Aviv's 100th anniversary by spotlighting 10 Israeli films.
Fonda, Glover and Ensler have decided to boycott the festival and signed their name to a letter sent to festival officials -- a letter that claims Tel Aviv was built on "thousands of destroyed Palestinian villages" and that the program "ignores the suffering of thousands of former residents and descendants."
Now, Rabbi Marvin Hier of the Simon Wiesenthal Center is blasting the the actors -- and everyone else who signed the letter -- claiming "Whoever would sign on to a campaign like this would support the complete destruction of Israel."
Hier -- who's won two Academy Awards for documentaries -- added, "People who support letters like this are people who do not support a two-state solution. By calling into question the legitimacy of Tel Aviv, they are supporting a one-state solution, which means the destruction of the State of Israel."
"I applaud the organizers of the festival for celebrating on the 100th anniversary of Tel Aviv. If every city in the Middle East would be as culturally diverse, as open to freedom of expression as Tel Aviv is, then peace would long have come to the Middle East."
UPDATE: Jane Fonda just issued the following statement to TMZ:
"I, in no way, support the destruction of Israel. I am for the two-state solution. I have been to Israel many times and love the country and its people."
Kanye's $100,000 Rap Attack On TMZ
Kanye West has learned how not to make friends and influence people -- at least the people who will decide if Kanye goes to jail.
West absorbed himself in a freestyle rap Wednesday night in NYC, going off on TMZ for the "confrontation" at LAX where he smashed our camera light to the ground and his bodyguard broke a still camera last year. Kanye has been charged with criminal battery, vandalism and grand theft.
During his show he sang: "Who doesn't think it's illegal, TMZ? And I have to pay $100,000 to the photographer that said I broke his arm, but I was just breaking your f**king camera, I wasn't tryin' do you no harm."
Not only was Kanye's rant a bad move given there are charges pending .... he's also wrong. If we got a check for $100,000, it blew off the doorstep ... we haven't gotten a penny yet, and all we want is for him to fix our light. We're told the still cameraman -- who doesn't work for us -- hasn't gotten a dime either.

'Real Housewife' Kim NeNe Choked Me Twice!
It's gonna be a rough season of filming -- "Real Housewife of Atlanta" Kim Zolciak is saying NeNe Leakes got a hold of her throat not once, but twice during their now infamous confrontation.
We just got off the phone with Zolciak, who supplied some unknown details about the widely reported throwdown between her and her co-star. Kim says Bravo suggested the two meet up that day to hammer out their issues -- but instead of working anything out, Kim just got choked out.
Zolciak also says she lost her breath for a minute and a half as NeNe choked her ... the first time. Moments later, according to Kim, NeNe went for the neck again -- and producers had to step in to safely escort Kim to her car. That's when Kim filed a police report.
Taking one for the team, Kim says she didn't file a restraining order so filming of the show could continue. She tells us "Violence is unacceptable, this has definitely changed my life. I wish NeNe would be humble enough to apologize."
When asked about the incident Tuesday night in NYC, NeNe denied the choking incident ever happened.

Michael Phelps is Back ... And So is the 'Buzz'
Michael Phelps is back in America's good graces after setting a new world record this week -- too bad a highly ironic advertisement on Subway's website keeps rehashing Phelps' pot smokin' past.
A rep for Subway tells us we have the bong wrong idea -- saying it's just an unfortunate coincidence, adding the Fresh Buzz site has been around for 3 years.
By the way, Phelps says when he gets the munchies, he goes for the meatball sub with jalapeno -- no word if he likes it toasted.

Burglar Jacks the Keys to Paulina Rubio's Casa Paulina Rubio's Casa
Mexican pop superstar Paulina Rubio's Miami home was broken into this weekend -- and the alleged burglar only took two very important things ... her house keys and a remote control to her front gate.
According to the official police report, cops "noticed doors to the home wide open ... and footprints within the home" at around 9:30 Saturday night. The report says Rubio was out of town at the time.
The docs say cops couldn't tell if anything was actually stolen from the residence, but were later told the keys and remote control were missing.
Due to the creepiness of the break-in, a watch order has been placed over the property -- and cops are waiting to get their hands on a copy of Rubio's surveillance tapes.
Larry Flynt Gets Over Blown
All you pornography addicts can rest easy -- Larry Flynt is doing just fine.
TMZ has learned that dire reports circling the web about the Hustler king's trip to the hospital last night were a tad exaggerated. According to Flynt's people, he had some minor stomach problems and went to his doctor for a quick "in and out" checkup.
He's currently back at home enjoying Father's Day -- probably in a very wholesome and solemn way.

Jacko Postpones Shows Blame Game Begins
You can't say you didn't see this coming -- Michael Jackson has already postponed his first four London concerts ... and the finger pointing has already begun.
Jacko's first show has been pushed back 5 days to July 13 and the other 3 were postponed until March of 2010. On the record, concert promoters are saying it's because they need more time to set up the complex stage -- but that's not what we heard.
Sources close to the situation tell us Jacko is pushing back the dates because he's physically unable to get through an entire show.
Guess we'll have to wait until July to find out ... unless he blows off those dates too.

Beyonce's Keepin' It Real ... Expensive
So much for doing it for the fans. Tickets for Beyonce's four night "intimate" appearance at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas are going fast -- but only to rich people. Fans have to buy their tickets along with a two night stay in the hotel -- packages range from $450 and $850 per person -- and that's just for starters.
If that's too rich for your blood and you want to skip the hotel, a limited number of tickets are selling for $250, $500, $750, and $1000 (again, per person).
Our source at the Wynn tells us that ticket-only seating cannot exceed 1% of total ticket sales. That means in the 1500-seat Encore theater, only 10-15 tickets will be available without hotel fees.
FYI ... the world record for the number of people stuffed into a phone booth is 22.

Tracy Morgan's Fishy Fire
Sources tell TMZ an apartment belonging to "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan caught fire early this morning ... and the source of the fire was a bunch of fish.
We're told the fire started after a light bulb in one of Tracy's fish tanks busted, which ignited the blaze. ALL OF THE FISH SURVIVED!
The fire did extensive damage. We're told Tracy was home at the time but, like the fish, he wasn't injured. FDNY responded three minutes after getting the call at 8:34 AM.
