Shane Sparks: The D.A. Stood Me Up!
"America's Best Dance Crew" judge Shane Sparks had a date in court today in Los Angeles for his child molestation case -- but the D.A. bailed on the arraignment and the judge was pissed!
The judge still gave the D.A. until next Tuesday to file a response to Sparks' motion to dismiss the case.
Outside court, Sparks was confident he'd beat the rap and "take over the dance world" soon.
The case was continued until March.
UPDATE: We spoke to D.A. who missed the hearing, who said she had another case at the same time and it's all just a misunderstanding.

Audrina's Obsessed Fan Arrested at Her Home
The guy Audrina Patridge got a permanent restraining order against last year was arrested this morning after he allegedly showed up to her Los Angeles home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ someone inside Audrina's house called 911 after Zachary Loring allegedly started pounding on her front door and ringing the doorbell. We're told Audrina was home at the time of the incident.
Loring was in possession of a large knife when he was arrested, according to law enforcement sources.
We're told cops showed up to Audrina's place and arrested Loring -- who was booked for felony stalking and misdemeanor vandalism. Loring is in custody and being held on $160,000 bail.
Back in September, Audrina claimed Loring kept showing up to her house and giving her creepy poems and drawings -- including one of a woman being hanged.

Nas has just pled not guilty to contempt of court, in what has become a bitter divorce case between him and Kelis.
In court this AM, Kelis' lawyer alleged Nas owes more than $200,000 in child and spousal support, along with attorney's fees.
Kelis' lawyer had filed a contempt motion earlier because her estranged hubby refused to pay up ... today, through Nas' attorney, the rapper pled not guilty.
A contempt hearing will be held next month. If convicted, Nas could go to jail.

Paparazzi to Tiger Woods -- We're Shuttering
We just called multiple paparazzi agencies who have camera people on the ground in Orlando, and they are all of the same mind, in spite of what Tiger Woods said: They will absolutely continue photographing Elin Nordegren.
One agency put it this way: "He dug his own grave. It became a huge story because of him."
As for taking pics of the kids, the agencies all said the focus is Elin -- although they say the prize shot is now Elin and Tiger together.

Crisis Manager -- Tiger Woods Rambled
One of the biggest crisis managers in America says Tiger Woods' address was a great 5 minute speech ... problem is it lasted 13 minutes.
Michael Sitrick, who has repped Rush Limbaugh, Paris Hilton and lots of other celebs in crisis, thinks, "There were good points in the speech but you had to wade through so much to pick them out."
Sitrick thought the most effective moment for Tiger was when he hugged his mom, which Sitrick says, "showed a genuine, human side."
Uber-publicist Howard Bragman -- who repped Isaiah Washington during his ordeal -- tells TMZ, "He didn't forget to apologize to anyone. Today was Yom Kippur for Tiger!"

CPA -- Michael Jackson Stiffed Me
A CPA claims Michael Jackson stiffed him for years over a $60,000 fee ... this according to a new creditor's claim obtained by TMZ.
Diane Williams filed her claim in the Michael Jackson Estate case, alleging she prepared Michael's 2006 tax package and never got paid for it.
Williams submitted emails showing she was promised Michael would pay the money by July 25, 2008 but never got the dough.
Apparently there was a falling out that led Jackson to Williams, because on August 16, 2006, Michael Jackson personally signed a letter requesting that the prior accountants "cease and desist from signing for my certified mail..."
Jackson also wrote he did not want the prior accountants to open his letters or legal documents in the future.
Judging from the signature, Michael, who always had a flamboyant signature, was pissed.
Kevin Smith -- Too Big to Fly Commercial
Kevin Smith ain't gonna settle for another airline diss -- we've learned he just canceled his United Airlines flight to New York City and opted for a private jet ... the seats are smaller, but you don't get kicked off the plane.
To be fair, United didn't boot Kevin -- Southwest did.
We're told Kevin is taking a corporate jet to NYC -- probably Warner Bros. because he's going there to promote "Cop Out."

Tiger and Elin Leave House Together
Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren just left the family house and drove separately to the home Elin is renting nearby ... witnesses tell TMZ.
As we first reported, Elin came to the family house this AM. Tiger hadn't left the house today until a few minutes ago, when he drove away in a white SUV. Elin followed behind in the red SUV and they drove to the home Elin is renting in the nearby development.
It's yet another piece of evidence that there is some solidarity between Tiger and Elin. This morning Elin was decked out in Nike -- the sponsor that stood behind Tiger.
Who knows ... they could work this out.

Tiger Woods' Street on Lockdown
Tiger Woods' street is abuzz with activity: Elin was there, security is all over the street -- there's even a jet ski patrol in the lake behind the house ... sources tell TMZ.
Elin showed up in the AM, took the dogs for a walk over to the bungalow she and Tiger own. And get this: You know the androgynous person Tiger was running with yesterday? He was following behind Elin in a golf cart.
Two black SUVs have been stationed at the end of Tiger's street and there's a jet ski patrol person in the back lake doing circles behind Tiger's house.
Tiger hasn't left the house today -- at least, so far.

Tiger Woods Screws the Paparazzi
It was the holy grail -- the most sought after image in the world -- but when the first image of Tiger Woods was released through Getty Images yesterday, the move blocked the paparazzi from their million dollar shot.
TMZ has checked around with some major paparazzi agencies, who tell us the first picture of Tiger could have scored them more than $1,000,000 in worldwide distribution profits.
But when the image was released through Getty Images -- a non-paparazzi, subscription-based photo agency -- the value of the photo plummeted ... as most major media outlets got the pic essentially for free as part of their deal with Getty.
FYI -- Just 24 days before the shot was taken, Getty had announced a "multi-year" deal with the PGA, in which both sides touted the move as a "strategic partnership." Turns out, they were right.
We called Getty for comment -- but they're on lockdown.

Chris Brown -- How Dirty Did He Get?
Chris Brown will face an L.A. judge today -- a judge who wants to know if Brown got his hands dirty enough to satisfy his probation on that felony assault conviction in the Rihanna case.
Our sources say Judge Patricia Schnegg has been skeptical about the type of community service Brown has been performing in Virginia. She wants to make sure it's true hard labor.
Brown and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will go before Judge Schnegg at 2 PM PT today ... and we're told they're armed with a list showing Chris got plenty dirty performing his community service -- one of Chris' specialties ... cleaning brush off Virginia highways.
We'll be live streaming in court.

Red Alert for Tiger Woods Mea Culpa
The golf course where Tiger Woods is expected to make a statement Friday is putting together a serious battle plan to keep spies, poachers and other no-goodniks away from the event.
TMZ has learned the staff at the TPC Sawgrass golf course in Florida has a 4:30 AM call time on Friday so they can get an early start on transforming the links into the safest place on Earth.
Sources connected to the event tell us the staff has been instructed to move all golf carts from underneath the clubhouse by 5:30 AM to clear a landing pad for Tiger's convoy.
We're told officials believe Tiger will arrive in a fleet of black SUVs sometime before 11 AM when he is scheduled to speak. Tiger's crew will drive underneath the clubhouse presumably so he can move about freely without worrying about interlopers seeing or hearing anything Tiger doesn't want people to see or hear.
We're told local police officers will be on site during the event -- some of the cops will be in plain clothes.
It seems Tiger plans on having complete control of the situation -- as we previously reported, he's not even taking questions.

Palin Wants CNN to Spill Beans on Levi Johnston
Britstol Palin apparently thinks her baby daddy, Levi Johnston, is a big fat liar ... and she's subpoenaing CNN and Playgirl to prove it.
The lawyer for Sarah Palin's kid is scoffing at legal docs filed by Levi's lawyer -- docs claiming Levi made but a pittance over the last few years and should not have to pay $1,688.42 a month in child support - which is what Bristol wants.
Levi says the best he's done in the income department so far is last year -- claiming he made approximately $101,000. Apparently Palin's not buying it, because her lawyer
to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and National Enquirer, asking for hard figures on how much they paid Levi.
And there's what Palin's lawyer believes is a smoking gun. Levi claimed in legal docs that he made no more than $10,000 a year prior to 2009. But in the new docs, Palin's lawyer attached Levi's pay stub from 2008, showing he raked in $18,594.50 from one employer - a construction company in Alaska.

Nixon to Beyonce's Dad: I'm No Knowles
The baby boy Beyonce's dad, Mathew Knowles, may or may not have sired definitely doesn't resemble him in one major way: The kid has baby mama Alexsandra Wright's last name.
There's no mention at all of Mathew on little Nixon's birth certificate -- the box titled "NAME OF FATHER" is blank.
So for now Nixon won't have Mathew's last name -- except on the $8,200-a-month child support check Mr. Knowles must pay.
A DNA test is scheduled for March 1.
