Model vs. Abercrombie Claims Masturbation Shoot Was A & F's Fault

Published | Updated

A dude who worked at an Abercrombie & Fitch store claims the company referred him to a modeling agent who got him to strip down and masturbate in order to take "relaxed" photos -- this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Benjamine Bowers alleges in the suit he worked at an A & F store last year, when the company's casting director referred him to a modelling agent named Brian Hilburn. According to the complaint, Hilburn got Benjamine to fly to Jackson, Mississippi for a photo shoot.

The suit claims during the June 17, 2011 shoot, Hilburn convinced Benjamine that he needed to display a relaxed look for his modeling portfolio, and the best way of achieving that look was to masturbate in front of the camera, so the photog could capture his expression immediately after orgasm. And for good measure, Hilburn allegedly told him the drill was to do the whole thing in the buff.

Benjamine says he was a trooper and took matters into his own hands during the shoot. But Ben says after he masturbated, Hilburn exposed himself and commented on the relative size of their penises.

Benjamine feels used and believes the photos were never intended to help his career ... but just to give Hilburn a cheap thrill.

Benjamine is suing A & F and Hilburn for $1 million.

We contacted Hilburn ... He had no comment.

Madonna When in Rome ... Flash Your Ass!

After flashing her nipple in Turkey the other day, Madonna continued to strip down on the latest stop of her body part peep show tour by showing off her mother-of-four butt in Italy on Tuesday.

While performing her hit song "Human Nature" again, the Queen of Pop unzipped her pants and exposed her lacy thong-clad 53-year-old taut backside to the crowd at Rome's Stadio Olimpico.

With controversial swastika references, Lady Gaga jabs and plenty of MILF nudity, Madge's MDNA tour has something for, er, everyone.

Rihanna It's Nippy Out in New York!

Published | Updated

As if she couldn't be any more overexposed, pop diva Rihanna decided to let it all hang out and roamed the streets of New York City in some sort of a see-through, pink, lacy, strapless bra top thing on Monday afternoon.

The 24-year-old "Birthday Cake" singer kept the wardrobe malfunction sexy lingerie as outerwear theme and even rocked what appears to be some sort of ruffled slip as a skirt.

When you're as cool as RiRi, anywhere can be a Victoria's Secret runway.

Metta World Peace I Look Good in a GRIZZLIES Jersey

Published | Updated

It's either a sign of respect ... or a sign that he wants out of L.A. ... but Los Angeles Lakers star Metta World Peace donned a Vancouver Grizzlies jersey this weekend while rapping in Canada.

A couple of noteworthy points -- first, the Grizzlies left Vancouver in 2001 and moved to Memphis.

Second, the bar where Metta was rapping is located in Vancouver.

Still, an interesting move, considering Metta is in the middle of a 5-year $33 million contract he signed with the Lakers back in 2009 ... and when a team's paying you $33 MILLION ... you don't put on another team's uniform.

So, we gotta ask ...

Drake I Don't Have the Phantom Rolex

Published | Updated

There's no way in hell Drake took the $30k missing Rolex in NYC ... he claims his version came directly from Rolex, not some jeweler in midtown -- this according to sources.

Manhattan lawyer James McMillan filed a lawsuit in New York, says the NY Post, claiming his $30k Rose-Gold Rolex Presidential watch with a diamond bezel went missing from a midtown jeweler last year. McMillian claims the jeweler wouldn't return the watch and eventually sold his Rolex to rapper Drake.

But sources close to Drake tell TMZ ... that claim is total BS. We're told the rapper does own a Rose-Gold Rolex -- which can be seen on the cover of his album "Take Care" -- but is adamant he bought it directly from Rolex himself.

Our sources say Drake NEVER received a watch from the midtown jeweler named in the case.

Kanye West Limited Edition Nike Kicks Going for $80,000 Online

The official price tag is a mere $245, but bids for Nike's new Air Yeezy 2 sneakers -- designed by Kanye West himself -- have already topped $80,000 on the Internet.

The Air Yeezy 2's don't drop until Saturday -- but people have been camping outside sneaker boutiques across the country for over a week, hoping to get a pair of the shoes ... which Kanye's been rocking for several months now.

But a lucky few were able to pre-order the kicks -- and some of these people have already pre-listed them on eBay. The online auctions range in value -- but one has already reached $89,100 ... FOR ONE PAIR!!!

The last time people went this nuts for sneakers was last December -- when Nike released a new edition of the classic Air Jordans.

And don't forget last September -- when Nike released a remake of the famous Marty McFly shoes from "Back to the Future." Those shoes sold for a measly $37,500 at a charity auction in L.A.

Oh my god. Shoes.

Paris Hilton Sleeping with the Enemy

Paris Hilton has figured out a way to settle a nasty lawsuit with a lingerie company -- she's going into business with them ... TMZ has learned.

Le Bonitas -- an Italian lingerie company -- sued Paris last year, claiming the heiress dragged her heels in approving designs, costing them 200k. For her part, Paris countersued for $1.5 mil, which she says she was guaranteed in royalties.

Hilton is in NYC today, and we're told she met with company honchos in court for a mandatory settlement conference. Apparently, it worked, because we're told they struck a new deal for Paris to front the nighties, and the lawsuit will go bye-bye.

BTW ... this will be the 18th product line Paris is hocking, with a net value of $1 billion.

We also asked Francesca what Clint thought of the disgustingly expensive photo shoot. Pretty sure it did not make his day.

Gucci Mane Loses $270K Diamond War

Published | Updated

Rapper Gucci Mane just lost a $270,000 battle in court -- after a New York jewelry company sued the rapper for stealing a buttload of diamonds ... and won.

Rafaello & Co. retained attorney Vivian Uchitel (no relation) to file the lawsuit earlier this year in Henry County, claiming it loaned the rapper a $130,000 diamond pinky ring ... in addition to a diamond necklace and bracelet worth $110,000.

According to the lawsuit, Gucci had 15 days to pay for the goods or return them -- and he did neither ... coughing up only $40,000.

Rafaello sued for a total of $274,523.34 -- the $200,000 jewelry balance plus interest and attorneys' fees.

Gucci never showed up in court, so a default judgment was entered against the rapper in April. A lien was then placed on the rapper's property.

Gucci still hasn't responded to the action.

Taylor Armstrong I Got Screwed Over My $250k Engagement Ring

Published | Updated

Turns out "Real Houswives of Beverly Hills" start Taylor Armstrong is NOT selling her engagement ring on eBay -- the company that sued her is selling it, because Taylor surrendered the bling to get out from under a huge legal mess.

The ring her deceased husband Russell Armstrong gave Taylor was placed on the auction block this morning.

Now here's what we know ... Taylor and Russell were sued by investors who claimed Russell fleeced them out of millions of dollars. The case settled, but the Armstrongs didn't pay. So the investors went after them again -- this time with a vengeance.

Since Russell committed suicide, Taylor has now struck a new settlement deal with the investors to make the whole thing go away. The new deal was struck yesterday, which requires Taylor to pay an undisclosed amount of money to the investors and fork over a bunch of personal property -- INCLUDING THE ENGAGEMENT RING.

So the investors are the ones who put the ring on eBay and hope to fetch a quarter of a million bucks.

Sources close to Taylor tell us she's really pissed and feels she's been backed into a corner because of Russell's misdeeds. She wanted to fight, but can't afford the legal war.

Taylor wanted to pass the ring on to her daughter when she got married.

Ray J Whaddya Know ... I Found Missing Death Room Duds

Published | Updated

How convenient ... just hours before TMZ posted a story about a stylist suing Ray J over designer clothes that went missing from Whitney Houston's death room in February, the singer found them.

We posted it a few hours ago -- Ray J's being sued by an L.A. stylist named Marc Littlejohn, who claims he gave Ray J $2,880 in designer threads for a Grammy event ... and they were never returned. According to the lawsuit, they were left in the Beverly Hilton hotel room where Whitney died and haven't been seen since.

But now Ray J's rep tells TMZ the mystery was solved last night when one of Whitney's associates handed the clothes over to the singer. Sources tell us the items were taken from Whitney's room along with the rest of her belongings. We're told Whit's people couldn't get in touch with Ray J because he changed his phone number.

The pricey fabrics include two suits and one jacket.

We're told Ray will be reaching out to the stylist today to settle the pesky legal matter.

Kim Kardashian Luggage Thieves Jacked PRICELESS Sunglasses

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian says the British Airways employees who ransacked her luggage have stolen something that money cannot replace -- sunglasses that have a profound meaning.

When Kim arrived home from France Friday night, she noticed her luggage was significantly lighter than when she left. A search inside the suitcase quickly revealed the thieves made off with a pair of vintage sunglasses her dad, Robert Kardashian, gave her just before he died -- sunglasses she only wore on very special occasions.

And there's even more thievery. Kim is telling friends the baggage bandits made off with several extremely expensive purses and Tumi luggage.

Kim tweeted after the incident, writing, ""Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage & taking some special items of mine! Some things are sentimental & not replaceable."

We're told Kim has already filed a report with the airline, demanding they produce surveillance catching the culprits in the act.

If the airline doesn't fork over the footage, we're told Kim's going to the cops.

Ray J Sued For Ditching Clothes in Whitney's Death Room

Published | Updated

When Whitney Houston died, a little bit of Ray J went with her -- well, Ray J's clothing anyway ... and now he's being sued for the expensive items that mysteriously disappeared from room 434 at the Beverly Hilton.

In recently filed legal docs, L.A. Stylist Marc Littlejohn claims he was hired to do Ray J's wardrobe styling on February 10 for a Grammy related event ... problem is, he alleges all the duds he let the singer borrow were left in Whitney Houston's room.

Houston died the next day in that room and, according to the lawsuit ... the pricey clothes haven't been seen since.

Now Littlejohn is suing Ray J for $2,880 -- the cost of the missing clothes -- insisting he's reached out to both the singer and his mother/manager repeatedly to get some cash or the threads.

So far, he has neither.
