Jimmy Choo Founder Sues Interior Designer Your Work isn't Fit For a Frat House!
The woman who co-founded Jimmy Choo just scored a legal victory against her famous interior designer, claiming he charged her around $2 MILLION for work that "would not be acceptable in a college frat house."
Tamara Mellon's designer lawsuit against Martyn Lawrence Bullard -- who appeared on Bravo's "Million Dollar Decorators" -- will NOT be dismissed ... so ruled an L.A. judge on Wednesday.
Mellon claims Bullard is a media whore who flaunts his A-list clientele -- including Christina Aguilera, Cher, Aaron Sorkin and Eva Mendes -- and then grossly overcharges and delivers a shoddy product.
Mellon hired Bullard to decorate her swanky NYC apartment and her Hamptons home. She says when he was done, bookshelves were falling apart, a wall speaker was painted over, wallpaper was peeling off walls, the chandelier was dangling like a death trap, and on and on.
To make matters worse, she claims he was grossly over budget for the Hamptons house and when she complained he said, "I cannot possibly work on a limited budget."
Mellon says in her lawsuit -- filed by Eric George -- Bullard had the audacity to charge $35,000 for 8 chairs that he bought from a mall chain store.
And get this ... she says he misjudged the size of a piece of marble he ordered for her NYC apartment, so it had to be lifted by crane. She says he not only charged her to foot the bill for the crane fee, he added a 67% fee for himself.
They appeared together -- huggy huggy and kissy kissy -- back in 2011 on Bullard's Bravo show, "Million Dollar Decorators."

Joan Rivers Screw You, Protesters My Furs Are Older than Me
Joan Rivers lashed out at animal rights protesters at her book signing Tuesday ... insisting she's exposing the dead animals on her back to culture.
Joan was at Barnes and Noble in Times Square hawking her new book, "Diary of a Mad Diva" ... when someone from the animal rights org asked her why she insisted on wearing fur.
Joan seems stumped at first ... then lashes out.
And then the twist ... Joan seems to say she's not in the market for buying new furs, but she's not opposed to wearing the old ones.
Joan tells the crowd the furs have 2 options ... her basement or The Met.
Kanye West Community Service at Fashion School
Kanye West won't be picking up trash on the side of the road any time soon ... because we've learned he's kicking off his community service in fashionable form -- teaching at a fashion school.
Yeezy hit up the L.A. Trade Technical College Monday in his paparazzi beatdown criminal case to speak with students about his personal experiences in the fashion biz ... and hopefully about leather jogging pants as well.
We're told this is Kanye's 3rd visit to LATTC in the last 6 weeks (see pic above) ... which specializes in designing apparel. Today's lesson was all about designers and it lasted 3 hours.
In case you don't remember -- Kanye cut a plea deal back in March -- avoiding jail by agreeing to 24 months informal probation and 250 hours community service.
We're told Kanye has been chipping away at his hours by speaking at multiple colleges.
Still -- not a bad way to knock out community service ... and avoid wearing that unflattering orange vest ... it's so last season.

The judge has yet to decide how much cash Snooks will get -- but the smell is all hers.

Brad Pitt Attacker Ignore My Maracas ... Community Service Is No Joke!
The guy who's doing time for attacking Brad Pitt claims to be taking his sentence very seriously -- despite the fact he was spotted shaking maracas in the middle of his punishment.
We spotted Vitalii Sediuk leaving an L.A. grocery store and asked him about the video (below) of him joining a drum circle the other day ... while he was supposed to be doing his 20 hours of community service for the the red carpet incident.
Believe it or not ... Vitalii has an explanation that makes sense, and assures us he's serious about the "experience" of picking up trash and cleaning public toilets.
As for Brad Pitt's face being on his chest -- there's no good excuse for that.

Halle Berry Ain't Got No Time For My Own Watch Deposition
Halle Berry had time to call her lawyer, and time to file a lawsuit -- but she is fresh outta time to sit down for a deposition in HER case against a watch company ... because her vacay is calling!
According to docs filed in the case, ToyWatch -- which Berry is suing for selling watches with her name on them without permission -- claims Halle is blowing off its request to take her depo.
The watch company claims Berry first told them she would do it in May, but then backed out ... citing her busy work schedule, and a fabulous vacation she'd planned.
Halle's travel agent and lawyer need to get on the same calendar -- remember, she filed this $2 million suit. Halle is agreeing to sit for the depo in July, but ToyWatch says that's cutting it too close to the start of trial ... and would put its lawyers at a disadvantage.
FYI -- the location of Halle's fabulous getaway is not revealed in the docs, but go ahead and assume it's better than wherever you're going this summer.

Taylor Swift Sued Fast Cars & Dangerous Men Got Me In Trouble
Taylor Swift is a hell-raisin', fast-drivin' bad girl -- at least in the eyes of a clothing company that's suing her for allegedly ripping off its brand to sell her own merchandise.
TMZ obtained a copy of the lawsuit filed by Lucky 13 owner Robert Kloetzly ... and in the suit he accuses Swift of intentionally jacking his biz. Kloetzly says he's been marketing clothes and accessories to a young rock 'n roll crowd for 20 years, but now Swift is slapping "Lucky 13" on her own clothing line.
The allegation is ... Taylor is confusing the marketplace. In the docs, Kloetzly describes her as a tatted up singer who likes "fast cars and dangerous men who drive them inappropriately" -- and adds that's the same demo his company targets.
In the suit, Kloetzly goes on to claim Taylor's music video for "I Knew You Were Trouble" could be an ad for his Lucky 13 ... because it "depicts stylish, attractive, tattooed individuals in provocative situations."
Kloetzly wants Taylor's merchandising site shut down. He also wants all the profits she's made so far ... or the damages to his company -- whichever is greater.
