James was rockin' his new Beats by Dre "Powerbeats" headphones after the Cavs beat up on the Knicks in NYC last night.

They're tiny. They're wireless ... and it's a huge fashion change from the classic Beats by Dre headphones which are intentionally bulky and have become a fashion staple for tons of athletes.

Electra says she hired Shayoon Aboo as her personal stylist in April 2013 ... giving her credit cards to shop for clothes, shoes and bags to fit Electra's image. But according to a lawsuit Carmen just filed ... Aboo secretly kept some items which should have been returned after Carmen rejected them.

In the suit, Carmen also says Aboo used the credit cards to buy clothing for herself, and had the audacity to flaunt her purchases on Instagram.

Electra claims she discovered the rip-off when she saw discrepancies in her credit card statements ... and demanded Aboo return, or pay for the clothing.

Electra's attorney, Neama Rahmani tells TMZ Aboo tried to take advantage of a friendship ... and now Carmen is looking for justice. And some pricey outfits.

Cleveland Browns superstar Joe Haden is such a huge sneakerhead -- HE JUST BOUGHT AN ENTIRE STORE ... and TMZ Sports has learned he's having a massive grand opening party on Black Friday!

Here's what we know ... Haden has been wanting to get into the shoe biz for a while -- and bought out an existing sneaker shop in downtown Cleveland, which he renamed "The Restock."

We spoke to Joe's business partner David Damier, who tells us ... "It's a consignment-based store. We specialize in offering shoes that you can no longer find in stores. Rare shoes are our specialty."

Doors open on Black Friday -- and David says Joe will definitely be on hand to celebrate ... even though the Browns have a game in Atlanta that weekend.

"They don't fly out until Saturday, so Joe will definitely be there. There will be a bunch of athletes there."

No word if Haden will be selling anything from his personal collection -- which is stocked with some of the most sought-after sneakers ever made ... including Air Yeezys, South Beach LeBrons, Corks, and some ultra-rare Air Jordan VIIs.

Dwyane Wade hosted a huge fashion event in Miami last night ... invited a bunch of his famous friends ... and even busted out a Ferrari ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ it's a done deal. Kathy will join Melissa Rivers, Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic. We don't know the fate of George Kotsiopoulos.

We're told the show will no longer be a weekly series. E! will roll it out during awards shows and other occasions as event programming.

One silver lining ... the drapes will now match the carpet for sure.
