All the stuff is starting at a bid of just one dollar ... but something tells us it'll go for A LOT more.

Amber Rose and 21 Savage are getting seriously serious -- there's a $50,000 ring on his finger to prove it.

We're told the fresh ice the rapper had on his right ring finger at the VMAs is an 18-karat gold promise eternity ring ... and it was a surprise gift from Amber. It's made up of 1,100 stones -- white diamonds and red rubies spelling out "Loyalty 21."

IF & Co. jeweler designed the promise ring for Rose and Ben Baller hand-delivered it in time for the awards show.

On top of the $50k gift, Amber posted she was going to "pounce on" 21 Savage as soon as they got home from the VMAs ... proving he was also one of the night's biggest winners.

XOXO clothing company says it's getting screwed by Trojan condoms ... and not in the good way.

XOXO -- the women's apparel line Chrissy Teigen and Miranda Kerr rep -- says Trojan copied its distinctive black-and-white logo in February and started slapping it on a new line of "softouch low-odor" condoms.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, XOXO says the rubber kings even matched the girth ... of their letter "x" in the logo. And the company says Trojan's "SMART. SEXY. CONFIDENT." slogan is way too close to its "Smart Sexy."

Ethika Underwear will have Houston's back and front covered -- thanks to a massive shipment of sports bras and underwear that's headed to Texas.

Ethika announced Wednesday it had sent 14,000 pairs of men's, women's, and kids underwear to George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston to hook up more than 8,000 evacuees there in the wake of Harvey.

CEO Matt Cook says, "I started thinking about the people in Houston and the fact they were displaced from their homes and missing basic necessities, including clean underwear, and it just made sense to help out."

The donated underwear amounts to more than $250K in retail value.

Not to worry guys, you don't have to be as gifted as The Game to rock these briefs.

Big Sean is a bo$$ with shiny chains to flo$$ ... and the boss life ain't cheap.

The rapper dropped $180k for two 50-carat diamond chains. We're told it's the handy work of celebrity jeweler Elliot Eliantte, who got to work fast after Big Sean hit 'em up for the VIP treatment.

The chains are sick ... instead of going with a traditional pendant, Big Sean opted for a "Don Life" ring ... one in various colors and the other black and gold.

Caitlyn Jenner isn't letting the whole transgender ban thing get in the way of what appears to be her undying support for President Trump.

Jenner was out and about Thursday, in a sporty car sporting a "Make America Great Again" hat.

It's pretty stunning, because she went ham on the Prez after his transgender military ban tweets, saying, "I believe every American should be outraged by the disrespect shown to those people wearing our country's uniform."

Jenner's been a die-hard Republican for a long time, and she's gotten a lot of heat from the transgender community for not passionately carrying the torch.
