As we first reported, Brand and Perry were going through Delta security when he allegedly attacked photogs. He was arrested for misdemeanor battery.

In addition to telling cops about the upskirt shot, we're told Brand and his lawyer raised the issue at LAPD's Pacific Division, where Brand was booked.

Katy herself tweeted, "If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me."

We're told a photog -- one of the alleged victims -- made the citizen's arrest and LAX cops facilitated it.

Cops interviewed Brand, then took him into custody. Cops say he's being booked for battery.

UPDATE 5:54 PM PT: Russell has posted $20,000 bail and has left the police station.

The pic (above) shows cops talking with one of the photogs who claims he was attacked by Brand.

One of the cops told a photog they were talking about arresting Brand.

As we previously reported, Rock and his boys had been sued by a guy named Harlen Akins -- who claimed they beat the crap out of him at the delicious breakfast establishment back in 2007 (security footage below).

According to the judge, Kid is personally responsible for 15% of the total damages -- meaning he owes Akins $6,000.

The rest of Kid's entourage has to come up with the balance ... i.e. $34,000.

Law enforcement sources tell us the paparazzo seen grappling with Lambert on the beach yesterday walked into a Miami Beach police station around 10:30 PM last night and filed a report ... accusing the singer of misdemeanor battery.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the victim claims Adam grabbed his backpack "where the camera was placed" ... and "wrestled [the photog] to the ground forcefully."

One big problem -- in photos that were taken of the incident, the camera appears to be in the photog's hand ... not in his bag.

The police report also notes that the photog didn't sustain any "bruises or lacerations."

Cops tell detectives will decide if the case is worth turning over to the State's Attorney -- who will decide whether to prosecute Lambert. If convicted, Lambert could face up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

After yesterday's clash -- Lambert went right to his Twitter account and posted, "I lost my temper for a sec but wow it felt great lol MIAMI!!!"

Sources close to the fight tell TMZ ... Richie -- who's married to former "Bachelor" winner Shayne Lamas -- was leaving the bathroom at McFadden's Bar when some random dude recognized him, started talking trash ... and then shoved him.

We're told the guy made another aggressive move toward Nik -- so Richie socked the guy in the face ... knocking him to the ground.

Cops quickly arrived to the scene and placed both men in handcuffs ... but Richie was eventually released after the situation was defused.

-- The young man is a loudmouth
-- The woman clearly incites the young dude by slapping him in the face
-- The old man further incites the dude by aggressively approaching the dude and kicking a can

According to an eyewitness, Method Man and Redman were performing at the festival Sunday night when someone in the audience threw what looked like "a full beer can" at MM's face -- resulting in a pretty nasty eye wound.

In our video, shot moments after the incident, Redman throws expletives at the crowd before telling Method, "Your face is cut, go take care of that."

But MM refuses to stop the show -- bloody eye and all -- and yells out, "Start the music we're continuing the show, let's f**k these motherf**kers up."

Triple H was hanging at an event in L.A. this weekend to promote awareness for the Muscular Dystrophy Association ... when dude told us all about the 2005 incident that went down in England.

In the video, Tila can be heard screaming "I ain't going nowhere!" as she tries to sing on stage -- but that didn't stop the crowd from continuing to hurl objects at her. At one point, comedian Tom Green comes on stage to try and defuse the situation. It didn't work.

By the end of the performance, Tila is "singing" -- or is it rapping? -- behind five bodyguards to avoid flying objects.

Sheriff Tom Seiner tells TMZ "things got out of hand" during the show this weekend. Sheriff's deputies were on scene at the time of the Tila incident because they were already responding to reports of a stabbing.

Seiner tells us there is no way to single out perpetrators in a crowd of thousands, but officers will be searching YouTube over the coming days to see if there is video of the incident and if they can ID anyone that way.

The Sheriff went on to call the Gathering of the Juggalos a "nightmare" event and said he'd be glad if the event never came back. Seiner said he felt the event's organizers chose Hardin County because they don't have any type of entertainment ordinance -- meaning no permits are required.

Reps for the event have yet to return calls.

According to Tila, she took the stage at the Gathering of the Juggalos in Illinois -- a concert featuring such acts as Insane Clown Posse and Kottonmouth Kings.

Tila gave TMZ a very detailed account of what happened, saying: "I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, DUDES were throwing HUGE STONE ROCKS in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair on fire cuz they threw fire crackers on stage, and they even took the sh*t out of the port-0-potty and threw sh*t and piss at me when I was onstage."

Montana was arrested in February after allegedly barging into the alleged victim's home (the complaint does not give her name), forcing her into the bathroom and beating the crap out of her. We're told the victim had "significant injuries."

The L.A. City Attorney's Office has charged Fishburne with battery, and will be adding charges of false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon.

Montana, who's being repped by the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, has pled not guilty and the case is pending.

Fishburne's boyfriend, Jerome Greene, was also charged in the attack against his ex-girlfriend but already pled no contest to domestic battery.

As for Montana -- who is releasing her first sex tape through Vivid Entertainment -- she has big problems. She was arrested last November for prostitution. Montana pled no contest to the lesser charge of criminal trespass and was placed on probation. The judge could use the pending case to violate her probation.

Sources close to the former couple tell us the blowup went down last month while Reggie and Kim were at the L.A. wedding of his Saints teammate Bobby McCray and her friend Khadijaq Haqq.

We're told Reggie started chatting up Kim about working things out and getting back together -- totally understandable, by the way, considering how Kim looked that night (above). But you know how wedding receptions go -- lots of booze.

Sources tell us the convo got more and more heated and Reggie got more and more "aggressive due to drunkenness." We're told it never got physical, but eventually bodyguards stepped in to "pull Reggie away from Kim."
