1:50 PM PT -- The jury wasn't finished. They just awarded the victim another $2.7 MILLION as added punishment for Da Brat's violent bottle assault.

As we reported, the jury has already awarded ex-NFL cheerleader Shayla Stevens $3.7 million to cover her injuries and past/future loss of earnings. Da Brat now owes Stevens a grand total of $6.4 MILLION.

Da Brat is gonna pay twice for violently bottling a former NFL cheerleader inside an ATL nightclub back in 2007 -- after serving more than 3 years in prison for the crime ... the rapper now has to pay the victim $3.7 MILLION.

Shayla Stevens -- who used to cheer for the Atlanta Falcons -- sued Da Brat in 2009, while the rapper was serving her prison sentence after pleading guilty to aggravated assault.

The civil trial hit a stumbling block Wednesday when a juror in the case admitted he wasn't a U.S. citizen -- but the new jury quickly reached a verdict today.

The victim in the Aaron Hernandez jail fight was in HANDCUFFS at the time of the attack ... and therefore couldn't defend himself ... sources extremely familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports.

Our sources tell us ... Aaron was NOT wearing handcuffs when he was allowed to go for an isolated walk in a hallway at Bristol County Jail on Tuesday ... but the other inmate he encountered WAS in 'cuffs.

As we first reported, the other inmate had been talking smack to Hernandez ... and Aaron had been upset. When they got into the hallway, Aaron attacked ... and we're told he beat the crap out of the guy.

Our sources say ... since the victim's hands were restrained, he could barely defend himself from Aaron's assault, which we're told was brutal.

Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson has told other media outlets, the fight lasted less than a minute. Hodgson says he's investigating the situation to find out how the men got into the hallway at the same time.

A rep for the jail had no comment. We reached out to Hodgson about this story multiple times ... he won't return our calls.

Aaron Hernandez had NO CHOICE but to beat the crap out of an inmate who dissed him in jail ... because he had to let everyone know he ain't no bitch ... so says Cedric the Entertainer.

Ced was leaving Crossroads restaurant on Melrose when he broke it down:

"It's prison. People wanna test their stuff out, they don't believe Hernandez [is] real ... they don't think he's real with his stab game ... and he had to let 'em know!"

Sam Worthington has just been smacked with a restraining order -- with a judge BARRING the "Avatar" actor from having any contact with the pap he allegedly attacked in NYC this weekend.

Worthington just appeared in an NYC courtroom to face charges stemming from the February 23 incident with photo Sheng Li ... when Sam allegedly punched the guy following an altercation with his GF Lara Bingle.

During the hearing, Sam was charged with two 2 counts of 3rd degree assault, 1 count of attempted assault, 1 count of harassment -- and faces a maximum of one year in jail if convicted.

But the most shocking part of the hearing -- the restraining order ... which specifically orders Sam to not contact Li in person, on the phone or through social media.

Worthington is due back in court on May 8th.

The Aaron Hernandez jail fight has triggered an internal investigation at Bristol County Jail ... with officials gunning to find out how deputies would allow two guys with known beef to come face to face, TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Hernandez -- who's supposed to be a segregated prisoner for his own protection -- attacked another inmate in a jail hallway Tuesday and beat the guy up pretty badly.

Our sources tell us ... it was no secret Aaron and the other guy had been mouthing off at each other for some time ... and now officials want to know how in the hell they both ended up in the same hallway at the same time.

Now, Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson says officials are talking to witnesses and checking jail cameras to find out exactly what went down.

University of Colorado football player Jeffrey Hall was TASED by police over the weekend after allegedly choking out a woman at a house party in Boulder ... cops say.

Hall -- a sophomore defensive back -- allegedly went berserk just before midnight on Friday ... "choking out" former member of the CU's women's track and field team.

When cops arrived to the scene, Hall allegedly rushed after the woman again in an aggressive manner -- and when cops stopped in, Hall allegedly called them all "pigs."

Cops say Hall continued to act aggressively, accusing the cops of targeting black men ... and continuing to try to lunge at the woman ... so they broke out the taser and shocked the guy -- TWICE.

Eventually, the 19-year-old was arrested for assault, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest,, obstruction of a police and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Hall has reportedly been suspended by the team.

Jason London -- the star of "Dazed and Confused" but possibly even more famous for sharting himself in a cop car -- is now on the receiving end of a legal separation.

Jason's wife, Sofia Karstens, has filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she seeks to split up their marriage of 2 1/2 years.

The papers don't reveal any reason -- other than irreconcilable differences -- but it could have something to do with his arrest last year in Arizona, after allegedly getting into a bar fight, getting arrested, hurling homophobic slurs at the cops and then defiantly crapping his pants in the back of the squad car.

Jason pled guilty last month to disorderly conduct.

Aaron Hernandez ATTACKED another inmate at Bristol County Jail earlier today ... and we're told he beat the guy up pretty good ... sources tell TMZ Sports.

Sources tell us the former New England Patriots tight end -- who is usually segregated from the general population -- was allowed to take a walk in an isolated hallway ... but somehow came into contact with another inmate.

We're told Hernandez recognized the other inmate and launched into an attack -- beating the other man up pretty badly.

Sources tell us ... Hernandez and the other man had been beefing all day long. One source says the other guy had been harassing Aaron nonstop. Clearly, Hernandez was pissed.

The 24-year-old has been locked up since June 26th -- he's facing murder charges stemming from the 2013 shooting death of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.

Officials had placed Hernandez in solitary confinement out of concern he would be a target behind bars due to his celebrity status.

We reached out to the jail for comment -- so far, no word back.

Now, with Hulk gearing up for his "comeback" ... Lister says he wants the first shot -- saying, "We got some unfinished business!!!"

"Avatar" star Sam Worthington punched a photographer who kicked Sam's girlfriend ... according to NYPD ... and both men were arrested.

Cops say Worthington and his gf Lara Bingle were walking out of a bar in Greenwich Village when the paparazzo went all Bruce Lee on Bingle for some reason ... and that's when Worthington jumped to her defense and punched the guy in the face.

Sam was charged with assault, released ... and given a ticket to appear in court at a later date.

Ahmed Ahmed -- a well-known comic who stars in TBS's "Sullivan & Son" will NOT be charged with domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Ahmed was arrested last month after cops responded to a 911 domestic violence call at his house. Cops say his girlfriend had visible marks so Ahmed was cuffed and booked on felony domestic violence.

The case eventually made its way to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor prosecution, but we've learned the City Attorney will formally reject the case today based on insufficient evidence.

As for the problems in the case ... we're told there is a witness who says the GF did NOT have visible marks on her body. Also, both the girlfriend and Ahmed called 911 which muddies the waters.

Chris Brown finally threw something that didn't get him in trouble ... his cap, because he's graduated from an exclusive anger management rehab school in Malibu ... and he's back to making music.

Brown was at Universal City Walk shooting a music video over the weekend.

Chris has completed his 90 days of live-in rehab, after the judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered him to attend ... or else.

You'll recall ... Chris entered a rehab facility on his own, shortly after getting arrested for assaulting a dude in D.C., but he was booted out after going into a rage and throwing a rock through his mom's car window.

If Ray Rice actually laid one finger on his fiancee, he deserves a serious ass-beating ... so says his former Baltimore Ravens teammate T.J. Houshmandzadeh.

T.J. -- who played with Ray back in 2010 -- tells TMZ Sports ... he was "completely floored" when he learned Ray had been arrested for allegedly attacking his fiancee.

"He didn't come across as a guy that would do something like that."

Housh -- who has 3 daughters -- says the footage of Ray dragging his fiancee around the casino "like a sack of potatoes" doesn't help Ray's case ... and if he actually K.O.'d her, as he's been accused of doing, Ray should pay.

"Now I look at it like, 'What if that's my child?' If that's my child, I'm whooping his ass. Or if I cant, I'll find somebody that can or something that can."

T.J. says he'll reserve judgement until all the facts are out ... and still believes Ray is a good dude ... but notes, "You don't know what people do on their own time."

Aiden Turner -- like the 1980 US Hockey Team -- now believes in miracles ... because his lawyer just got him an unbelievable plea bargain in his domestic violence case.

The former "All My Children" star was charged with 2 counts of domestic violence with injury and 2 other related charges. He allegedly chucked a remote at his live-in girlfriend and gave her a black eye and bruised her elbow.

Enter criminal defense attorney Mike Cavalluzzi. He scored a plea where ALL of the charges were dropped and Aiden pled no contest to misdemeanor disturbing the peace.

Aiden -- who you may remember from "Dancing with the Stars" -- must complete 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling. After 1 year the plea is reduced to a mere infraction -- like a traffic ticket.

Oksana Grigorieva -- the woman who Mel Gibson struck in the mouth -- just lost hundreds of thousands of bucks because of her big mouth ... by violating her confidentiality agreement. ... court sources tell TMZ.

It all has to do with an interview she did in October with Howard Stern. Oksana -- who promised in her settlement agreement with Mel she would say NOTHING about him publicly -- blabbed about the actor.

In the Stern Interview:

-- Howard sympathizes about her problems with Mel, telling her she has to go forward in life. She refers to her "painful and dark" experience and says now she wants to help others.

-- Howard asks if Mel wined and dined her. She says it's too painful to even talk about.

-- Howard talks about how amazing the famous audio tapes are, and Oksana responds, "Life happens ... I'm still catching up on the humor part."

-- Howard, who referenced portions of Mel's rants during the interview, told her a woman shouldn't be treated that way, especially the mother of your child. She said, "Thank you."

Apparently that was enough for a judge, because court sources tell us, hizzoner ruled Oksana was never supposed to talk about Mel -- even obtusely -- and as a result she forfeited the remaining installments of her $750,000 settlement. We're told she was still owed half -- $375,000 ... money she now will NOT get.

TMZ broke the story ... Oksana has filed for bankruptcy. Pretty amazing, since Mel initially offered her $15 MILLION but she rejected it.

Ray Rice is getting major support from one of his sponsors -- a company that tells TMZ Sports it's STANDING BY the Baltimore Ravens star in the wake of his domestic violence arrest ... at least for now.

Michael Wehrell -- president of the VertiMax sports training equipment company -- tells TMZ Sports Ray has been working with the brand since 2012 and has done a "great job."

Now, with criminal allegations looming, Wehrell tells us VertiMax has "no plans to release him as an endorsee, but we will assess the situation once we get all the facts."

Wehrell notes, "He's had an impeccable track record off the field. He's a great guy and has done a great job working with us."

As for Rice, Ray's attorney says the footage of Ray dragging his seemingly unconscious fiancee out of an elevator on the night of the incident doesn't tell the whole story ... and insists there's more evidence that will clear Ray's name.
