TMZ has obtained video of reality star Jonathan Cheban's bodyguard socking an aggressive stranger in the face.

Cheban ... a fixture on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" ... was grabbing a late dinner with his bodyguard and 3 friends at Sushi Couture in Brooklyn Sunday night when a random stranger started heckling Jonathan.

We're told Jonathan Instagrammed he was at the restaurant ... then a preppy-looking dude with a knife hanging off his belt approached his table, but was blocked by bodyguard "Sal the Contractor." The guy even followed Jonathan to the bathroom.

Sources in the restaurant tell us the instigator waited until the end of the night, to lunge at Jonathan as his entourage got up to leave. That's when Sal slammed a punch into the dude's face, as our video shows.

We're told the guy backed down and left after the punch. Smart.

Hollywood clubgoers got body slammed HARD last night in a showdown with security guards at Lure Nightclub ... and the brawl was captured on video.

Watch the video ... you see the bouncers -- the guys in white polo shirts and black shorts -- slam a couple of partyers outside the club's weekly 'Do Over' party. The civilians get in a couple of shots too.

This brawl comes on the heels of the Supperclub brawl involving The Game, T.I., their posses and LAPD officers -- and just days after Game claimed cops were pressuring Lure to ban rappers and minorities.

As we told you ... Game squashed his beef with Lure and partied there Saturday.

The truce between Johnny Weir and his husband was short lived -- TMZ has learned the two had another blowout fight last night in NJ ... and Victor Voronov reported the brawl to police today.

Sources connected to the couple say ... Victor told police Johnny found text messages badmouthing him on Victor's phone. Victor says the texts sent the Olympic ice skater into a tailspin ... and claims Weir unleashed a scratch attack all over him.

TMZ has obtained photos of Victor's injuries -- several minor cuts and bruises to his knee, hand, and wrist.

Victor chose NOT to get an emergency restraining order ... according to the complaint. As for the text messages -- we're told Victor is claiming they're old, and were written during their nasty separation.

Just 12 days ago Johnny announced he and Victor were sticking a fork in their divorce battle and happily reuniting.

We've reached out to Johnny and Victor -- nothing back yet.

The Game went clubbing at Lure in Hollywood Saturday night ... the same club he accused of working with the LAPD to block out minorities -- and he insinuates they paid him off.

As we previously reported, Game said he was persona non grata at Lure -- where the popular Toxic event takes place every week -- after the LAPD and club management agreed to make minorities and rappers unwelcome -- a claim which both the LAPD and Lure deny.

Game says he met with promoters for the club and everyone apologized.

A rep from Lure tells TMZ ... they did pay Game, but they made it seem like it was an appearance fee and not a settlement.

Joe Francis was arrested Friday for allegedly attacking an employee at his old stomping ground -- the offices of "Girls Gone Wild."

Apparently Joe felt like reminiscing ... so he showed up at the L.A. offices Friday night. Problem is -- there's a restraining order prohibiting him from coming within 100 feet of the building.

Joe didn't care, and made his way up to the 10th floor where he got into it with a security guard ... according to law enforcement sources.

Security called the cops as a GGW employee tried to block Joe in the offices. The employee says Joe shoved him, and that triggered a citizen's arrest.

Cops took Joe to the station where he was booked for misdemeanor battery and released.

He's got another problem. There will almost certainly be a court hearing where Joe could be held in contempt for violating the restraining order, and that could mean time in the slammer.

Francis tells us the person he got into it with is the new owner of GGW and says the guy has a "business vendetta" against him.

Francis claims he had every right to be there because the restraining order is no longer active ... and also claims the security guard "manhandled" his pregnant wife.

We got him on the way out of jail ... but at the time, he clearly wasn't in the talking mood.

If Mel Gibson ever has to fill out an employment application ... he can honestly say he has not been convicted of a violent crime ... because his battery conviction in the Oksana Grigorieva case has been expunged.

A judge has officially removed the conviction from Mel's record ... after he successfully completed his 3 years probation.

TMZ broke the story ... the paperwork had been filed to erase the conviction for hitting Oksana in the mouth and knocking out 2 veneers.

Mel has done his 16 hours of community service and 52 weeks of counseling.

Sherri Shepherd is a terrible mom who woefully neglects her 9-year-old special needs son -- he can barely write, reads at a 2nd-grade level, and can't tie his shoes -- so claims the boy's father, who's now gunning to rip custody from "The View" host.

Jeffrey Tarpley -- Sherri's ex-husband -- filed an emergency request in April to modify the couple's current custody arrangement ... specifically, Tarpley wants full physical custody of their son, Jeffrey Jr.

Tarpley claims Sherri's non-stop work schedule -- "The View," "The Newlywed Game," various TV acting roles, book tours, films -- has caused her to neglect their son completely.

Jeffrey claims Sherri regularly leaves their son with "unskilled nannies" ... as a result, he's falling way behind in school, suffers from low self-esteem, and has to use Velcro shoes because he can't tie laces.

It doesn't end there ... Jeffrey says Sherri also hasn't taught their son how to properly care for himself, so hygiene has become an issue.

Jeffrey says he desperately wants to help, but his hands are tied because he lives in California and Sherri lives with their son in Jersey. He says he has no time during his short visits to undo all of Sherri's bad parenting ... so he wants Jeffrey Jr. with him full time.

Sherri filed her own docs in response, claiming Jeffrey's an absentee dad who deserves no part in his son's life. The judge denied Jeffrey's emergency request, but set a hearing in July to settle the beef.

FYI, Jeffrey filed his papers BEFORE Sherri's current husband Lamar Sally filed for separation. As we reported, Lamar wants custody of his and Sherri's unborn child ... so Jeffrey's arguments could hurt her on both fronts.

Justin Bieber has just been sued by a photog who claims Bieber's bodyguard locked him in a Subway restaurant and then injured him the night the singer was busted for DUI.

Manuel Munoz claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was taking pics of Justin as the singer was leaving SET Nightclub in Miami Beach last January ... just minutes before he was popped by cops.

Munoz says Justin's bodyguard was upset about the photos and chased him into a nearby Subway. Munoz says the bodyguard locked the restaurant door and cornered him in the bathroom, demanding that he delete the photos.

Munoz says the bodyguard tried to forcibly remove the memory card and then kicked and punched him. He says the camera was damaged.

Check out Munoz' 911 call ... he says the bodyguard eventually got the memory card.

We got hold of a police report Munoz filed ... and there is a problem. Munoz never says he was punched or kicked. It says the bodyguard tripped him, causing him to sustain a "small scratch in his left knee."

The police report also says the 2 haggled in the restroom ... Munoz telling the bodyguard he'd give Bieber the pics for $10K but the bodyguard drew the line at $5K.

Munoz is suing Bieber and bodyguard Dwayne Patterson for unspecified damages.

Jay Z and Solange are finally addressing the infamous elevator fight video ... saying BOTH sides are to blame for the violence that unfolded.

Jay Z, Solange, and Beyonce released the joint statement moments ago, saying, "Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family."

The statement continues, "The reports of Solange being intoxicated or displaying erratic behavior throughout that evening are simply false. At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different."

"We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."

The statement still doesn't explain what caused the fight, but Jay and Solange say they have worked through it.

Days after purging all Beyonce photos from her Instagram page (except for one), Solange posted a childhood photo of the two as part of Throwback Thursday.

Beyonce started the Instagram reconciliation trend on Wednesday, when she posted four photos of herself with Solange ... three of them caption-free.

The Internet continues to search through social media to find some meaning behind the Jay Z/Solange elevator fight ... and Beyonce's non-reaction to the whole thing ... so perhaps this means the two are trying to bury the hatchet.

Justin Bieber acted like a horse's ass ... calling a woman a "bitch" for trying to take his picture Monday at a riding stable -- just hours before his alleged confrontation with a mom at a mini-golf course.

Melinda Giel-Murray tells TMZ, she and her horse were at the Circle K Stables in Burbank, CA when Bieber pulled up to go horseback riding.

Giel-Murray says she whipped out her camera, but Bieber immediately freaked -- and in the video you hear him say, "that bitch over there" ... as he points out Melinda to his posse.

Giel-Murray claims 4 security goons surrounded her and tried to intimidate her, but she stood her ground ... telling them there's no law against taking pictures.

She feels Bieber was acting "very strange and nervous." His crew eventually drove to a different part of the stable to mount up ... shirtless.

A few hours later, Bieber allegedly confronted another woman trying to snap a pic at a nearby putt-putt course. Police are investigating, but a park employee tells us Biebs didn't touch that lady.

Why Oprah Winfrey is being sued is interesting, and we'll get to that in a moment, but just let it sink in for a moment ... the guy suing her is an 86-year-old nuclear physicist. How cool is that?

Charles D. Goodman filed a lawsuit in San Miguel County District Court against Winfrey and the companies involved in her purchase of a plot of land near Telluride ... claiming the deal unfairly blocks off access to trails that have been open to the public for years.

Winfrey purchased 66 acres of land in Mountain ViIlage for $10.85 million in March. According to Goodman, the trails were originally owned by the U.S. Forest Service but when they traded the land away, they made sure public access to the trail was included in the deal.

Goodman claims the public access was included in every subsequent deal involving the land, but once Oprah's company took over ... the access was taken away.

Goodman tells TMZ, "I have no objection to Oprah building a house. But I do not like the idea of being blocked off by gates and fences."

Actor Jason Patric just scored a huge court victory against his ex Danielle Schreiber, who used his sperm to conceive a son artificially -- a judge just ruled Patric can fight for custody of the child.

Patric had previously been shut down by another judge last year in his bid for parental rights. The judge ruled -- since Patric donated his sperm to someone to whom he wasn't married and the woman conceived with the help of a doctor-- he had no paternity rights or claim of custody.

Patric later appealed the decision -- and he just WON.

It's a groundbreaking decision ... the appeals judge ruled Patric is entitled to seek paternity rights.

The jig is up for the woman who accused Justin Bieber of attempted robbery this week -- an employee at the L.A. batting cage where the incident occurred tells TMZ, Bieber NEVER tried to rob anyone ... he never even touched the woman.

The Sherman Oaks Castle Park employee called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago, claiming she witnessed the heated exchange Monday night between Bieber and the woman who was taking photos of him.

The employee says the woman was definitely the instigator, being overly aggressive and ignoring security's requests to stop snapping pics. She says Bieber was upset, but never got physical with the woman in any way ... and definitely didn't try to grab her phone.

Sources close to Bieber tell us, the singer lost his cool because the flash kept distracting him while he was trying to bat.

7:10 AM PT -- Solange's rep says she wasn't in NYC. However, we were told by Mr. Flawless himself that he personally waited on Jay Z and Solange ... and was specific as to how long they were there and where they were looking inside the store.

We also spoke with a famous NYC DJ who happened to be outside the store, and also insists he saw Jay Z and Solange come out of the store, get into a Mercedes-Benz G Wagon and drive off.

Jay Z and Solange Knowles went looking for jewelry together Tuesday afternoon at a high-end NYC jewelry store ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources connected with the store say Jay and Solange were in Mr. Flawless, where they were looking for women's jewelry for around 20 minutes.

We're told the pair showed no signs of strife, and looked at gems with Mr. Flawless himself. They looked, but tried nothing on. They left the store without buying anything.

Jay and Solange didn't talk much inside the store ... they pretty much just browsed quietly.

If a picture says a thousand words, what do four pictures say?

In the first "response" of any kind since the blowout fight between Solange and Jay Z, Beyonce posted four photos of her with her sister to her Instagram page early Wednesday morning.

Only one of the photos was captioned and it merely said, "good morning."

It's curious ... since Beyonce merely stood by and watched Solange go ballistic on Jay Z. Is she saying she's taking Solange's side in all this? Is she saying she supports her sister despite her being completely in the wrong?
