Jennifer Lopez $20 Mil Extortion Lawsuit DISMISSED
Jennifer Lopez just lost a huge round in court against her ex-driver -- because a judge has tossed out the singer's $20 million extortion lawsuit against him.
TMZ broke the story ... J.Lo filed the countersuit against her former chauffeur Hakob Manoukian, who had sued, claiming he was forced to resign after being publicly berated by Jennifer's manager Benny Medina.
After Hakob resigned, J.Lo claimed he demanded $2.8 million from her or else he'd air her dirty laundry in the media ... spilling secrets he overheard while driving her around.
Hakob's attorney filed a motion to dismiss J.Lo's countersuit, claiming she was trying to punish him for filing a legitimate employment lawsuit against her.
The judge agreed ... ruling in the ex-wheelman's favor. Hakob's suit is still pending.

After the incident, Evelyn quickly filed for divorce from Chad -- after just one month of marriage.
Chad has been on a tour of contrition on TV and the Internet ever since ... apologizing left and right ... and admitting he has an anger problem. Chad also revealed that he's getting professional help to deal with his rage issues.
During the court hearing, the judge asked Evelyn if she had been threatened or coerced into making the request to drop the order ... to which she replied, "No."
The judge also asked if she was afraid of Chad ... and she also replied, "No."
The judge granted Evelyn's request.

Lindsay Lohan Dear Charlie, Sorry I Never Said Thanks for the $100k
Lindsay Lohan sent a belated "thank you" card and flowers to casa de Charlie Sheen for that $100k check he gave her -- this just days after he called her out for being ungrateful.
You'll recall ... Charlie did an interview this week and put LiLo's manners on blast, claiming the actress never actually thanked him for the money he gave her. Not a text, not a phone call ... nothing.
Now sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... LiLo didn't mean to be rude and the reason she never got around to thanking Charlie personally is because her phone broke and she lost all her contacts -- including the actor's number.
Besides that, we're told Lindsay got distracted trying to deal with her slew of legal problems -- like getting arrested in NYC and the new criminal charges filed against her stemming from her PCH crash -- and she simply lost track of time.
But she made up for it ... we're told LiLo saw Charlie's comments and immediately fired off a "thank you" letter and a bouquet of flowers to his house ... as both an apology and show of gratitude.
Usually the best way to thank Charlie is with hookers, but flowers are nice too.

Jenni Rivera DEA Investigating Company That Owned the Plane
The company that owned the plane that crashed and killed Latin music star Jenni Rivera is under investigation by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, who seized two other planes owned by the company earlier this year.
The planes were seized from Starwood Management in Texas and Arizona, but the DEA gave no more details.
Christian Esquino, who runs Starwood, told The AP yesterday that the DEA has been investigating him for more than 20 years ... but has yet to prove a single drug-related charge.
While that is true, Esquino was indicted on drug charges in the 1990s and eventually pled guilty to conspiring to conceal money from the IRS and was sentenced to five years in prison. He only served about five months.
Esquino said Rivera was considering buying the plane from Starwood for $250,000 and the flight was offered as a test ride.
Rivera and six others died when the plane crashed in Mexico early Sunday morning.

Jenni Rivera Family OUTRAGED Over Grisly Death Scene Footage
Jenni Rivera's family is DISGUSTED that crash scene video showing the gruesome remains of the Mexican singer has hit the Internet ... and now they want the scumbags responsible to be brought to justice ... TMZ has learned.
As we reported, officials have already arrested two Mexican police officers, at least one of whom is believed to have leaked images of the crash scene to the media -- including shots of mangled body parts.
Additional leaked footage from the scene has spread like wildfire across the Internet -- showing more body parts ... including a severed foot with painted toenails.
The video hasn't been confirmed to be authentic -- but the Rivera family believes it's real based on the items shown in the video, as well as the remains.
Sources close to the Riveras tell TMZ, the family is appalled that anyone would even think about leaking something like that ... and they shudder to think that one of the first responders might be responsible.
We're told the severed foot was the most painful part to watch because "Jenni was very particular about her feet and toes."
Family sources tell us ... the Riveras are hoping to have all traces of the footage wiped from the web ... at least, as much as possible.
Rivera -- who sold over 20 million albums worldwide in her lifetime -- was only 43.

Al Roker & Jennifer Lopez Sued Over Alleged Bounty Hunter Assault
Jennifer Lopez and Al Roker should think twice before sending their ruthless bounty hunter after an innocent man ... and falsely accusing him of being a criminal on national TV -- so says a new lawsuit.
19-year-old Everette Draughn filed the lawsuit in Louisiana against Roker and Lopez, claiming their new Spike TV reality show called "Big Easy Justice" falsely labeled him as a grand theft auto suspect ... and then targeted him in nationally-televised manhunt last year.
The show's about a New Orleans bounty hunter named Tat-2, and Lopez and Roker produce it. Everette's episode aired in April.
According to Everette's lawsuit, the big name producers are responsible for the mishap -- and should have done their due diligence before falsely labeling him a criminal on national TV.
Everette insists he hadn't committed grand theft auto at the time of the episode's broadcast, nor was he a fugitive as the show claims. Everette also says he was battered into signing a release agreement.
Now, he's suing for unspecified damages -- claiming the show not only ruined his reputation and caused him injuries ... it also cost him his job.
A rep for Spike TV said the network doesn't comment on pending litigation. Calls to Roker's and Lopez's reps were not returned.

John McAfee Returned to Homeland ... Miami
12/13/12
John McAfee is grudgingly back on U.S. soil, after getting booted from Guatemala.
We got video of the computer software mogul entering a swanky hotel last night. He joked with the photog but was mum about his mounting troubles. Authorities in Belize -- the place McAfee has called home since 2008 -- want to chit chat with him about the murder of his neighbor.
McAfee told GMA he fled Belize for Guatamala and asked for asylum but his request was rejected and he was returned to his country of origin -- the United States.
If you get deported to the U.S., South Beach is a nice landing spot. Sure beats Fresno.
