Kylie Jenner wants everyone to relax, cuz things with her and Tyga are just fine ... according to her.

Kylie posted a pic to Snapchat Saturday showing her and who we're guessing is Tyga together on a couch with the caption "everyone needs to chill." We're not sure where the two are, but judging by the ink on his hand ... it's safe to say that's Tyga.

It's unclear if the two are officially back together or just talking things out but you gotta wonder, why so soon?

Tyga got a big consolation prize for his birthday ... a $200k chain -- at least that's what the jeweler says.

Dave Bling and Will DaBoss -- not their government names -- tell us Kylie's ex went to their DWS Jewelry & Co. in L.A. Thursday and sealed the deal.

They say Tyga got 4 chains -- 2 in yellow gold and 2 in rose gold. Check out the white diamonds on the Last Kings chain in the form of handcuffs.

It's perplexing for sure ... Tyga owes money to everyone in town. A dancer got a judge to order the rapper to pay her the $25k he owes her, and his landlord's looking for a payday as well.

Kylie and Tyga could not co-exist because their relationship became an unrelenting test of who was more important ... at least that's the way Tyga sees it.

Sources connected with Tyga tell us, he was battling Kylie almost daily over who should kowtow to who when there was a scheduling conflict. They were fighting over which events they'd attend together, which required one of them to scrap their plans.

Tyga is telling friends the Kardashians fueled the conflict because Kylie would complain about him and the family would stoke the coals by telling her that her career was far more important than his.

Tyga's people say this did not come to a head Thursday ... it's been brewing for weeks.

Pharrell Williams did not get a black eye from a fight with Jay Z ... at least that's what sources close to Pharrell say. He insists his injury resulted from a flying spatula.

Reports began surfacing about a physical fight between Jay and Pharrell, because the singer backed out of a Tidal deal, but one source flatly calls BS on the story.

Pharrell is telling friends and associates he and his wife Helen were "joking around in the kitchen" and a spatula "flipped up and hit him in the eye."

Rihanna and Travis Scott are rolling into the same venue but keeping an arm's length from one another ... at least for the public.

RiRi attended Travis' Brooklyn concert Thursday night but left by herself with Travis trailing not too far behind in his own car. No surprise ... we saw them a little later arriving at Up&Down nightclub. Again, just minutes apart.

They haven't been seen out much since their heavy makeout sesh at a Fashion Week after-party ... but looks like it's still on.

Tyga had a big birthday bash Thursday night, and someone was noticeably missing ... Kylie Jenner.

Tyga kicked things off at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood, where he and a bunch of pals grabbed dinner.

They took the party down the road to 1 OAK, where he celebrated his birthday with A$AP Rocky, Wiz Khalifa, Jamie Foxx, Leo DiCaprio and lots of others ... but no Jenners and no Kardashians.

In fact, Kylie didn't mention Tyga or wish him happy birthday on social medial at all, nor did any of her sisters.

Avril Lavigne is a great pal ... opening her doors to Ryan Cabrera and not charging him a cent.

The two had been spotted around LA together, sparking a bunch of dating rumors ... truth is, they're just longtime pals.

We're told Ryan's former girlfriend kicked him to the curb because of his hardcore boozing, and that's when Avril opened her doors.

Avril's been known to take care of guys with drinking problems ... she was married to Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, and his out-of-control drinking reportedly caused the split.

It's the third time we've seen Len out with CJ, as 42-year-old Kate is ensconced in Prague shooting "Underworld 5."

Kate and Len married in 2004, but it sure seems the marriage has come to a screeching halt.

The singer confirmed legendary Hollywood swordsman Warren Beatty IS indeed the guy "who had her years ago" in her most famous song, "You're So Vain." Beatty was long rumored to be the subject of the 1972 hit, and with his stats ... it kinda figures.

But Carly told People she was only singing about Warren in the 2nd verse ... while verses 1 and 3 are about two other guys!

So, we still don't know who walked into the party with an apricot scarf -- or whose horse naturally won at Saratoga. Still rumored to be in the running: a bunch of other old dudes.

Charlie Sheen could have some big legal problems with the revelation he has HIV, because in California it's a crime for someone to have unprotected sex when that person knows he or she is infected with HIV.

Charlie has not said if he's had unprotected sex, but as we previously reported we know he's settled several cases with people who were unaware of his HIV status and had sex with him. If he did have unprotected sex, under California law, he could get 6 months in jail.

The law is clear ... anyone with a communicable disease who "willfully exposes another person" is guilty. There was a case this past March in which a San Diego man was convicted of the crime for willfully exposing his boyfriend to HIV. He was later sentenced to 6 months in jail.

The stakes are higher if someone knows they have HIV and has sex with another person with the intent to transmit the disease ... then it's a felony punishable by a maximum of 8 years in prison.

Law enforcement sources say no one has come forward yet complaining Charlie exposed them to HIV.

Charlie Sheen will reveal to the world that he's HIV positive.

Sources connected to NBC's "Today" tell TMZ ... Sheen will sit down with Matt Lauer on Tuesday morning to make the announcement.

NBC touted the interview in a press release as Sheen making a "revealing personal announcement."

A tabloid report came out Monday claiming Sheen's been keeping the diagnosis secret for years. You've gotta imagine he'll address that report tomorrow morning on "Today."

Khloe Kardashian was rushing to divorce Lamar Odom, so she could be with James Harden -- and only pulled the divorce papers because Lamar was in a coma.

Khloe went on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show to talk about Lamar's health, and her relationship with NBA superstar, Harden -- and she makes it seem like they never broke up throughout Odom's near-death experience.

TMZ broke the story ... when Khloe and Lamar called off their divorce, she hoped they would reconcile. But Monday morning, it sounded like Harden's been waiting in the wings all along. She told Ryan, "There are times I’m sure he was very uncomfortable with things. But I’m glad he’s been so supportive to me."

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian were spotted together Friday night for the first time publicly since their breakup in July.

The two were in Malibu celebrating the release of celeb pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr's new book. In a video from the party, you can see them standing together ... and Scott looks totally tame.

They weren't the only big names at the event ... Justin Bieber, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Omarion also joined in.

As TMZ reported -- Kourtney has left the door open for Scott -- and we're told he's a completely new person now. Looks like they're starting off on the right foot.

Rick Ross' 11 ct. ring is back on Lira Galore's hand -- less than 2 weeks after they called off their engagement, and their timing is impeccable.

The Boss dropped strong hints he and his ex were reuniting -- posting pics of them all hugged up -- but we've learned it's 100% back on. We know Lira hopped on a plane to go meet Rick Wednesday.

We're told they've been texting non-stop for the last week ... and finally decided to get back together. Of course, they just ended things Halloween weekend.

Ed Sheeran managed to squeeze the entire college experience into one awesome and boozy night.

Sheeran -- who dropped out of school at 16 -- was spotted all over the college town of Chapel Hill, NC Tuesday night. He was joined by rumored GF, Cherry Seaborn, who attends Duke.
