Check out what Matt Warshauer has done to his West Hartford property out in Connecticut ... where his crib has essentially turned into a carnival-style fun house that's completely D.C.-inspired -- and touches on all the hot-button issues in the U.S., including Trump!

Take a look for yourself ... Warshauer's place is decked out and then some with creative constructions -- like the panel of skeleton Supreme Court justices, meant to show that America's trust in SCOTUS is dead, at least from his POV.

There's another featurette with even more bags of bones -- which are crafted to depict Ron DeSantis' fight with Disney over LGBT issues. This is part of a rotating merry-go-round-style stage ... and each "scene" portrays what he considers a frightening political scene.

And yes, there's a DT clown reference, too ... his painted-on caption here says it all.

The name of this neighborhood attraction, as Warshauer describes it, is "United States Fun House" ... and while it might, perhaps, turn off certain adults (depending on their actual politics) -- it's undoubtedly a head-turner, and something people are flocking to see.

BTW, this is more than just a standing spectacle ... it's actually interactive, as the home-owner looks to have incorporated built-in games into the decorations on his front lawn.

American actor and stuntman Kane Hodder was 33 when he was first cast to play Jason Vorhees -- the revenant zombie with a machete ... disguised with a hockey goalie mask for disguise at Crystal Lake -- in the horror/thrasher film "Friday The 13th Part VII: The New Blood" back in 1988.

Kane slayed his way through the dreary set with Lar Park Lincoln as the 17-year-old with psychokinetic powers who mistakenly freed Jason from being chained to bottom of the lake, Tina Shepard and Kevin Spirtas, who rented a cabin next to Tina's ... and also survives Jason's murder attempts.

Hodder portrayed this character four times in the 'Friday The 13th' franchise.

Folks who wanna be Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce can play make-believe on Halloween -- and it's a lock that lots of people will do just that, much to the joy of one costume shop raking in the dough.

A rep for 3 Wishes, an online Halloween retailer, tells TMZ ... their Taylor and Travis-inspired getups this year are far and away the most popular costumes, as people snap 'em up in droves. So much so, they're completely sold out!

Customers have been able to double-dip a bit, up to this point -- 3 Wishes has had 2 different TS costume options ... a solo "Pop Star" one and a separate item that actually paired the pop star costume with a whole other football player outfit. Naturally, that's in the style of the Chiefs tight end ... right down to his jersey number.

Those were selling for $27.95 and $119.95, respectively, but now -- 3 Wishes says its inventory's been ransacked by fans wanting to resemble the new showbiz "it" couple. They had 500 of the solo TS costumes, and 300 of the duo costumes.

We're told the Taylor/Travis duo costume is their second-fastest-selling product in the company's history -- with their 'Tiger King' costume from 2020 still reigning supreme. 3 Wishes says they're out of stock right now, but will re-up on the 16th.

If there's a competition for the most popular Halloween costumes, Barbie and Ariel, the "Little Mermaid" are queens of the hill this year -- and everything related to those characters is flying off shelves.

A rep for HalloweenCostumes.com tells TMZ ... those 2 themes have been knocking it out of the park for 2023, as expected with the popularity of their movies -- especially "Barbie" -- this year.

For Barbie, the company's officially licensed costumes have been selling 9x as much as they did last year ... and the site's "Barbie-Inspired" looks have also boosted 40%.

As for Ariel, her styles are up nearly 70% in 2023, too -- and the company is just hoping its inventory will be enough to get 'em through the spooky season!

Believe it or not, the movies aren't the only hot topics in the world of Halloween costumes ... we're told there's been a major spike in interest for Beyoncé and Taylor Swift looks -- obviously because of their extremely popular concert tours.

HalloweenCostumes.com has responded to the concert craze by making costume guides for each option -- a combination of some of the site's items that, when put together, make for a pretty great look-alike.

As you may be aware, the L.A. theme park doors have creaked open at Halloween Horror Nights, and the stars have stepped right up ... ready for thrills, chills and freaky haunted mazes!

To kick off the A-list name-drops ... Demi Lovato and Travis Barker hit the mazes running -- but not without first snapping a spooky selfie with some scary-lookin' peeps!

JoJo Siwa also came through with a double thumbs-up, while the creepy characters took over the (dance) floor, upstaging her giddiness with their fake blood and violent props!

And, Siwa wasn't the "only fan" in attendance at the iconic attraction ... Bella Thorne stood by for a spirited snap and let the dressed-up folks commit to their bit (being as in-your-face as humanly possible ... without touching the attendees of course!)

Hollywood is getting lit up at Horror Nights, and there continues to be an influx of celeb visitors ... Amber Rose, Charli D'Amelio, Kenan Thompson and Alesso have all been unmasked and entertained with some friendly frights.
