Jodie Sweetin called 911 when her now ex-fiance stormed out of their house claiming he wanted to kill himself ... and it led to him going to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Sweetin told them Justin Hodak was out of control after they had a nuclear fight during which she ended the engagement. She said Hodak threatened to kill himself and she was worried he'd make good on his threat.

Cops arrived and spoke with Jodie, who told them he had a gun in one of the bedrooms. Cops retrieved it, ran Hodak's rap sheet and found he was a felon, so possessing a gun was illegal.

We're told Hodak returned home later and cops were waiting. They slapped the cuffs on him and took him to jail.

Hodak bailed out a few hours later.

Phaedra's rep Steve Honig tells us, "It’s very confusing why a man who is engaged and enjoys frequent visits with his fiancée would work so aggressively to avoid ending his marriage."

"Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children.”

Phaedra Parks' ride in the single lane has come to a screeching halt -- a judge tossed out her divorce judgment because it was unfair to Apollo Nida.

The judge said he was troubled by a number of things, including Phaedra "intentionally misspelling the parties names."

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- hizzoner also said he was troubled Apollo was given the impression he would attend future divorce hearings from prison, which was always out of the question.

Apollo was also not informed of the final hearing or served with docs notifying him the divorce was final.

So, back to the drawing board.

Mischa Barton got not just one but 2 restraining orders against 2 former boyfriends ... one or both of whom she believes is peddling a sex tape.

As we reported, Mischa has filed a police report after stories surfaced someone is trying to sell a sex tape featuring the actress for $500k. She said in a news conference the culprit is a former BF, but she didn't name names.

TMZ has obtained 2 restraining orders Mischa got Tuesday against Jon Zacharias and Adam Spaw. She said in the docs she started dating Jon last October and says he took videos of "us having intimate relations, photos of me naked in the shower, and other videos and photos of me unclothed."

Mischa says all videos and photos were taken without her knowledge or permission.

She goes on to say she broke up with Jon after she learned he was only interested in her because she was a celebrity. She then started dating Adam, a former friend of Jon's. She says Adam told her Jon had bragged to him he had the videos and photos. She goes on to say Adam copied the photos and videos and tried to erase them from Jon's computer.

She says Adam turned out to be a bad guy, forging her signature on checks.

Mischa says both guys are desperate for money, and she believes one or both are the ones who are peddling the sex tape.

A judge ordered both Adam and Jon to stay clear of Mischa and prohibited them from selling, distributing, giving away or showing any of the videos or photos.

Mischa Barton says someone she dated has betrayed her in the most personal of ways ... shopping around what she says is revenge porn.

Mischa and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, just warned the suspect ... the law will come down on him hard.

The star of "The O.C." says the ex used a hidden camera and videotaped her without her consent. Bloom says the guy has been shopping the tape around to porn sites. She says she's obtained a restraining order against the guy, who apparently is looking for a big payday.

Bloom has contacted cops who are investigating.

Chris Brown's ex-GF, Karrueche Tran, is getting ready to go face-to-face with him in court Thursday, where she'll tell a judge he must be kept away from her for good ... or else he might kill her.

TMZ broke the story, a judge issued the emergency order requiring Chris to stay away from her after she claimed he was threatening to shoot her and also telling friends ... if he couldn't have her no one else could. She also claimed in her legal docs that he brutalized her, punching her in the stomach and throwing her down the stairs. One of her friends also got a restraining order against Chris last week.

Chris has been insinuating Karrueche is lying, but she's now determined to prove to a judge he's such a threat he should be given an ultimatum ... stay away from her for 3 years, or go to jail.

We're told Karrueche is preparing her case for a permanent restraining order. She's not afraid to take the stand and swear under oath: Chris was as violent to her as he was to Rihanna.

Chris Brown now has to stay away from his ex-GF Karrueche Tran's BFF too ... after the singer allegedly threatened to gun him down and sent gangsters after him.

Joseph Ryan La Cour says he's been on the receiving end of Chris' rage because he stands up for Karrueche while she fights to keep Chris away from her.

In docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Joseph says Chris has been saying things like, no matter where they go "he will find us and shoot the place up."

Joseph gets specific ... pointing to an incident at Diddy's Super Bowl party -- in the docs, he says Chris got in his face and said, "it's 2017 ... Ima f*** you up every time I see you so you better get the f*** out of here before I lay your ass out."

At the same party, Joseph says Chris threw a drink at one of his friends and told her, "Move bitch, we aren't friends." It was right around the time of that party when Chris posted a video vowing that if he couldn't have a woman he wanted, then no one could.

Joseph also claims Chris sent guys after him ... and believes they have gang ties because they threw around the word "blood."

Chris has been ordered not to harass Joseph and to stay at least a football field away.

Matt Barnes says he's TRYING LIKE HELL to be a good dad -- but his ex-wife is blocking him from spending precious quality time with his 8-year-old twin boys.
