Janet Jackson's split from husband #3 may have significant financial implications.

Both Janet and Wissam Al Mana are wealthy, but he far more than she. He has an estimated net worth of $1 billion. She's worth an estimated $175 mil.

Janet, who had a prenup with husband #2 Rene Elizondo, almost certainly had a prenup with Al Mana. Such prenups are typically structured -- so the longer the marriage, the bigger the settlement.

Prenups typically have 5 and 10 year marks, which trigger more money in the pot to be divided. Janet announced in February, 2013 that she had gotten married a year earlier. Given the date of her reported separation from Al Mana, it seems to be almost exactly at the 5 year mark of marriage.

The couple just had a baby in January, which may also have prenup implications.

We just got additional documents in the latest Mel B saga, and she claims the nanny Stephen Belafonte got pregnant is still working with him by holding sex tapes over the singer's head for extortion.

TMZ broke the story, Mel B's lawyers Larry Bakman and Susan Wiesner were in court Friday claiming Stephen has been threatening to release the tapes as a means of maintaining control over her ... repeatedly threatening to destroy her reputation and smear her name by making the tapes public.

According to the new docs, Belafonte "would regularly hold up his phone to me and point to a video file and say, 'It's just one click away,' meaning that with one click he could send out a video and my career would be over."

Mel B says she's lived in fear for a decade and it was flat-out extortion.

Now the twist ... Mel B says, "He [Stephen] has admitted to me that our former nanny, Lorraine Gilles, maintains possession and control over the media such that I could never have anyone locate the tapes so as to obtain and destroy the same."

As we reported, Mel B believes some of the tapes, along with 12-15 boxes of her Spice Girls memorabilia as well as photos of her dad, are in a storage locker with the user name, "Lorraine Gilles." But according to the docs, she is deeply involved ... Mel B says the locker is "controlled" by Gilles. She says, "I believe that Lorraine Gilles and [Belafonte] are acting in concert to deprive me of my personal belongings by either destroying or disseminating said belongings."

Mel B says she and her people have repeatedly asked Gilles for the keys and location of the storage facility, but Gilles -- who has since married -- has blown her off.

Mel B has made a major change to her divorce petition ... she does not want to share joint custody with Stephen Belafonte for 2 reasons ... a domestic violence conviction, and a gun.

TMZ broke the story ... when Mel B filed for divorce last month she said she wanted joint legal and physical custody. Sources connected with Mel tell TMZ at the time she had no idea Stephen had a conviction for domestic violence involving another baby mama. She also didn't know the conviction prohibited him to possess a gun.

As we reported, Mel knew he had a gun and was not happy about it, especially since she alleges he repeatedly committed domestic violence against her. But we're told after recently finding out the gun was illegal to possess, she decided to change her custody strategy.

We're told Mel, who just got a temporary restraining order which prohibits Belafonte from having any contact with her 3 children, will go back to court and make the restraining order permanent.

Our sources also say in the divorce case, she does not want Stephen to have any contact with 2 of her kids, one of whom is 10-year-old Angel, whose dad is Eddie Murphy, and 18-year-old Phoenix -- a child from another marriage.

We're told Mel might ultimately be ok with giving Belafonte monitored visits with their child, 5-year-old Madison, but not now.

Belafonte has asked for joint legal and physical custody of Madison.

Hunter and Kathleen Biden's push to keep their divorce battle out of the public eye has been shot down by the judge ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Joe Biden's son and daughter-in-law claim they and their kids are public figures, and if details of their divorce get out ... it could be "damaging and embarrassing" to the family. Hence the request to seal the case.

The court called B.S., saying if the estranged couple wanted to keep it on the DL, they shouldn't have included the sordid allegations in the initial divorce petition, which was filed publicly. The judge says in docs, "Sealing those documents now will not erase any embarrassment the parties or their children may have already experienced."

You'll recall ... each accused the other of cheating, and she said Hunter blew all their money.

Mel B has detailed horrific abuse she allegedly suffered over a period of years at the hands of her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte.

Lisa Marie Presley's estranged husband arranged for paparazzi to make him look like a doting dad ... so claim people connected to Lisa Marie.

Michael Lockwood was photographed at a flea market Sunday with their twin girls. Sources connected with Lisa Marie tell us Lisa Marie is convinced this was a setup ... that paparazzi didn't just happen to find him. She believes he called them to make it appear he's an involved dad ... something she believes is fiction.

The kids are currently living with their grandma, Priscilla Presley, while the Dept. of Children and Family Services investigates allegations Michael had inappropriate pictures on his computer. Lisa Marie was struggling with substance abuse issues so Priscilla is now the day-to-day guardian.

Lisa Marie filed for divorce last June and asked for sole legal and physical custody. Michael responded by saying he wanted joint custody. For now, he gets monitored visits.

We reached out to Michael's lawyer ... so far, no word back.

Mel B says she has been the victim of horrific brutality at the hands of husband Stephen Belafonte for nearly a decade, and lots of people around her saw her injuries but it appears most of them bought her stories that made no sense.

TMZ broke the story, Mel B got a restraining order Monday against Belafonte, claiming he beat her, choked her and threw her to the ground on multiple occasions. According to the documents, after an alleged beating in 2012 over Belafonte's jealousy of Usher, producers of 'X Factor' (Australia) noticed swelling on her face and asked for a physician. She claimed it was an allergic reaction to shellfish and according to the document, the doctor on set bought her story.

She was also forced to miss a filming of 'X Factor' (UK) in late 2014 because her injuries were so bad they could not be covered by theatrical makeup. When she finally returned, she still had visible facial and body wounds yet no one sounded the alarm.

Around the same time, things got so bad, Mel B tried to take her own life by swallowing an entire bottle of Aspirin. She had a change of heart, tried calling 999, but she says Belafonte prevented her from doing so. At some point she says her friend, Randy, came over but Belafonte forced him to leave. Randy called an ambulance but Belafonte turned it away. Authorities were not alerted.

The next day, her driver showed up to take her to work and saw such extensive injuries he took her to the hospital, where she spent 2 days with security standing guard outside her room to keep Belafonte away. Yet authorities again were not alerted.

She returned again to 'X Factor' (UK) with visible facial and body wounds, which producers attempted to cover up. Again, authorities not called.

When she was back in L.A. she told 'X Factor' "employers" she had attempted suicide to escape from the abuse at the hands of Belafonte. She says they offered assistance to get her away from Belafonte, but it appears authorities were not contacted and she went back to living with him.

Mel B says throughout the years, Belafonte would harass and intimidate her agents, producers and co-stars, and they complained to her he was "abusive and demanding," and he was adversely affecting her business ... but again, it appears authorities were not contacted.

Belafonte tells TMZ he questions the motives of her accusations.

Mel B claims estranged husband Stephen Belafonte was a monster, brutally beating her, extorting her into doing 3-ways with other women and threatening to release sex tapes ... and now she says she and her children fear for their lives.

Mel B's lawyers got a restraining order Monday, forcing Belafonte to stay away from Mel and her 3 kids and ordering him to leave the family home.

In her declaration, Mel B tells a horrific story of abuse. Here are some of her allegations:

-- November 2007, the night of her "Dancing with the Stars" finale, as she was getting ready at home, she says Stephen placed both of his hands around her neck, began choking her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floors. She says this was the pattern ... when she achieved any measure of success, he would "beat me down to let me know he was in charge."

-- July 2012, while she was taping 'X Factor,' she was going to tape a segment with Usher, and Belafonte flew into a jealous rage, punched her with a closed fist in the face, splitting her lip. When she asked how she was supposed to work with the injury, he said she should have thought of that before deciding to "flirt with and f*** Usher."

-- August 2012, the day after performing at the closing ceremonies for the London Olympics, he punched her with a closed fist and pushed her down on the carpet. Her skin was burned from being pushed against the carpet and her face "actually scabbed over the rug burns." He then forced her to tweet out she injured herself by running on 7" Christian Louboutin heels.

-- Mel B claims Stephen got their nanny pregnant. She says he told her he wanted to have the baby and "all three of us live together." She says Stephen ultimately demanded the nanny get an abortion. She also says Stephen paid the nanny in excess of $300,000 of Mel B's money "for alleged nanny services."

-- She also says in 2014, she was overcome with "emotional and physical exhaustion" and took an entire bottle of Aspirin. She tried calling 999 and he blocked her, throwing her in the bedroom, locking the door and "telling me to 'die, bitch!'"

-- She says Stephen has sex tapes of her and repeatedly threatened to release them to ruin her career.

-- And, she says, he forced her to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women" and he would often secretly record the encounters. She says when she tried to resist the 3-ways, he'd threaten to release the sex tapes.

-- Mel B says she tried to leave him many times, but he "threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way ... destroy my career and take my kids from me."

-- Mel B says Stephen has a gun at home ... a violation of law since he's prohibited from carrying firearms as part of a domestic violence conviction involving another woman. She says the gun is either a .38 or .357 magnum.

TMZ broke the story ... agents from the Dept. of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms served a search warrant on Belafonte Friday night after his brother made claims Stephen had the gun. Mel claims Stephen kept the gun in a lockbox in the bedroom closet. She says ATF agents did not find the gun.

In addition to getting the restraining order, the judge ordered Stephen to leave the family home in the Hollywood Hills. He went to the house late Monday afternoon, packed up some of his stuff, and told our photog the allegations were untrue.

Ralphie May's estranged wife, Lahna Turner, is getting temporary sole custody of their 2 children, and the comedian will take random drug tests twice a month ... according to new legal docs.

The judge in their nasty custody war has granted Ralphie 2 weekly visits with his children, and one Skype call. A court appointed monitor must be present for the first 3 weeks.

Ralphie, who's made no secret of his love of marijuana, has agreed to submit to random drug tests twice a month.

According to the new docs ... the judge also threw out the restraining order Turner requested last month. Both Ralphie and Lahna have been told to stop talking smack about each other in front of their kids.

Even 'RHOA' producers are showing Kenya Moore's ex-boyfriend the door -- we've learned Matt Jordan didn't get an invite to the reunion episode.

Matt and Kenya's drama was a staple of the latest season, but we're told producers ultimately thought he was too violent to bring back. Not to mention the severe awkwardness that would have ensued during the taping a couple weeks ago.

We broke the story ... Kenya says Matt's been harassing her for months and, in fact, just got a temporary restraining order against him. He now has to stay 200 yards away.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore says she's had to dodge up to 30 phone calls a day from her ex-BF, Matt Jordan, so she went to court to get protection.

In legal docs, Kenya says Matt threatened her last week, telling a mutual friend ... "she'd get what she deserves" after she blocked his harassing calls.

The couple broke up after a nightmare vacation last year in Mexico, which Kenya mentions in her request for a restraining order. She adds Matt kicked in a hotel door and threw her suitcase in the driveway after they got back.

Last week, she told us things haven't gotten any better since last summer.

The judge granted her the restraining order which requires Matt to stay 200 yards away from Kenya, and stop all harassing or intimidating behavior toward her or her family.

As we've reported ... Matt has a long rap sheet that includes 4 arrests in the last year alone.

Blac Chyna's calling out Tyga for allegedly failing to pay child support, and for dragging the Kardashians into the middle of their financial battle.

Chyna unloaded on her baby daddy early Wednesday morning, saying ... "It's funny now to me !!! But when Tyga and side n**** kicked me out !!! And they wanted to see me fail ! lol And 2 grind from the dirt !!!!! No child support!"

Her Snapchat attack on Tyga was filled with seemingly random references -- some of it's hard to decipher -- but her overall point is clear: PAY ME, BITCH! She also wants "Jenny," the babysitter, to get paid.

BC got personal too -- "So go tell Kylie , and Rob ! About our son Account ! Cause that's the only reason I'm contacting ur f** ass!"

Tyga not paying people is nothing new, but Chyna ain't settling for the status quo ... obviously.

Jodie Sweetin's ex-fiance was just arrested for violating an order requiring him to stay clear of her.

Justin Hodak was arrested in Sherman Oaks, CA Monday ... days after she obtained a restraining order.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Jodie claims earlier this month they had a nuclear fight, exacerbated by what she says was his anger triggered by steroids and alcohol. She says that's when she ended their engagement.

She says he threatened to kill himself with a 9mm pistol if she made him leave. He left the house with a gun, leaving behind an assault rifle. He also threatened suicide by cop.

Jodie got a restraining order requiring Hodak to stay 100 yards away from her, but Monday Jodie called police and reported a suspicious car in front of her house. When cops arrived they saw Hodak drive by, coming just feet from her home, so they stopped the car and arrested him.

Apollo Nida is thrilled a judge nullified his divorce from Phaedra Parks, because he's suspicious she hasn't disclosed all of their assets, and he wants his cut.

TMZ broke the story ... the judge decided the divorce was unfair because he wasn't informed of the final hearing where the divorce was granted. The judge was also ticked off by Phaedra's vindictiveness ... intentionally misspelling his name on the docs.

So now it's back to square one, and Apollo wants to go back on the hunt to determine what property is fair game to split ... property he says includes a million-dollar marital home, millions of dollars in personal property and several businesses.

Apollo, who is currently serving a prison sentence, also wants joint legal custody of their 2 sons.
