Chris Martin continues to play it coy when it comes to whether or not he and Gwyneth Paltrow are getting back together ... but man, is he super nice about it.

As TMZ first reported, Gwyneth stated in legal docs that she still lives with Martin ... which got us wondering if a reconciliation was in the works. Then earlier this week, Chris was a little vague when asked about the topic ... which got us wondering even more.

Then Thursday night at LAX, Martin straight up refused to answer any questions ... at one point he put his hand on one photog's shoulder and told him very politely he had no intention of telling him anything.

Despite the stonewalling ... Gwyneth and Chris were spotted cruising together on Vespas (with their kids) earlier Thursday.

Chris did tell our guy at LAX one thing ... despite the scene below, he's a huge "40-Year-Old Virgin" fan.

Chris Martin is either back with Gwyneth Paltrow or not ... and based on what Chris said Tuesday night both options are plausible.

Photogs wanted to know if pics of the consciously uncoupled pair on May 17 signaled a reconciliation ... and he consciously hinted it might be true.

But then he warned everyone not to jump to conclusions ... which the photogs immediately did.

Neither Chris nor Gwyneth have pulled the trigger and filed legal docs to end the marriage.

Justin Bieber and Paris Hilton are NOT banging ... in fact, she couldn't stand to spend more than a half-hour with him because he wouldn't stop playing his own songs ... TMZ has learned.

Paris and Justin partied in Cannes Sunday night at Gotha Nightclub. There are reports that the 2 got cozy ... with the 33-year-old climbing into Justin's 20-year-old lap ... then leaving for his house.

But here's the deal. We're told 50 people went back to Justin's house -- Paris was never alone with him. And something else we were told ... she said the party was lame and couldn't stand the fact that Justin was playing his own songs ... so she left after half an hour.

T.I. did not sleep with a random "blonde" chick on Mother's Day ... so says T.I. AND the woman whose photograph with the rapper triggered the rumors in the first place.

Alexis Lacey posted a photo online of herself in T.I.'s house last weekend which led people to believe she was a side piece. It didn't help that all the photos T.I.'s wife, Tiny posted that day did not include him.

T.I. tells us he didn't lay a hand on the woman ... he had never seen her before that day ... and he has not seen her since.

We also spoke to Lacey (who also goes by Lexxy) and she says she was at T.I.'s house with a friend and NOTHING happened between them.

So, according to all parties involved ... nothing to see here.

Hilary Duff might have just made a $6,000 per month mistake -- she recently signed a lease for a fancy bachelorette pad ... but now she might be getting back together with her estranged husband Mike Comrie.

Real estate sources tell TMZ, Duff signed the lease for the 1,500 sq. ft. 2-bedroom house a couple months ago -- soon after she and the ex-NHL star announced they were separating -- but you may have noticed ... the "separated" couple hasn't been so "separated" recently.

Hilary and Mike have been hanging out a LOT -- Hilary even addressed the ambiguous situation, saying, "We love each other so much, and we love spending time together ... We don't know what our future looks like right now."

So it's unclear if Hilary plans to live in her new house ... or if she plans to let it sit Hilary-less, while she continues to live with Mike in their $3.9 million Beverly Hills mansion.

13-year-old Willow Smith is old enough to make decisions on who she hangs with -- even innocently in bed ... this according to Willow's parents.

Sources connected to the Smith family tell TMZ ... Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith believe their daughter is "very mature" ... enough so to make her own decisions, as long as they don't clearly cross the line.

Will and Jada view the now-famous photo of Willow in bed with 20-year-old "Hannah Montana" star Moises Arias as innocent fun ... an expression of art.

The Smiths have known Moises for years, and he's best friends with 15-year-old Jaden.

Bottom line ... Will and Jada have NO issue with the pic.

This photo -- showing 13-year-old Willow Smith posing in bed with 20-year-old Disney star Moises Arias -- is creepy, but not criminal ... according to multiple law enforcement sources.

The pic has made the rounds and lots of people think it crosses the line -- even the legal line. But TMZ contacted sources at the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. (which covers the area where Willow lives) and the Indio P.D. (which covers the area where the pic was snapped) ... and our sources were clear ... there's nothing "sexual enough" to raise police eyebrows.

Our sources say no one has called either department to complain.

So creepy, but not criminal.

Will Smith's 13-year-old daughter took a pic in bed that's raising a lot of eyebrows ... because she's laying next to a topless 20-year-old man.

In the photo ... Willow Smith is in bed -- fully clothed and on top of the covers -- and an actor named Moises Arias is sitting next to her sans shirt.

Moises -- best known for his role as Rico on "Hannah Montana" -- and Willow don't appear to be touching each other in the black and white shot he posted on Instagram ... still it's a strange scene.

Moises eventually deleted his IG post -- but other people have reposted it and called the image perverted.

It appears the pic was taken by Moises and Willow's friend ... who posted the bed photo and several others of Willow, Jaden Smith and the Jenner girls.

Justin Bieber enjoyed a leisurely day at Venice Beach ... his bodyguard, not so much.

Biebs was spotted all over VB on Monday with a chick named Yovanna Ventura, who was with Biebs this weekend in Las Vegas for the Floyd Mayweather fight.

After wandering around the boardwalk a bit, Biebs and Ventura hopped into a bicycle rickshaw ... which was too small to fit his bodyguard ... who was left to jog behind it for quite awhile.

As if being Justin Bieber's bodyguard wasn't embarrassing enough.

Everybody's favorite bitter gay divorce is no longer ... Johnny Weir and Victor Voronov are back together.

As TMZ first reported, Johnny and Victor laid the groundwork for a truce last month ... after Johnny blindsided Victor with divorce papers in March.

The pair, who battled it out very publicly these last few months, apparently want to keep things private now ... with Johnny tweeting, "My husband and I have happily reconciled. Please respect our privacy and integrity at this time."

Cara Delevigne was coy about that pic that was snapped a few days back with her and Sienna Miller ... but our ears perked up when she told us about the nickname Cara gave her.

Cara was in a chatty mood as she left JFK ... but she tightened up when our photog asked what's up with her and Sienna Miller.

The 21-year old model then revealed the nickname ... but we couldn't figure out what it means, no matter how much we googled.
