Less than two weeks after Pauly D got some fresh ink, Ronnie from "Jersey Shore" spent some time under the gun and got his arm seriously tatted up.
Ronnie endured a six-hour session at Mario Barth's King Ink in Las Vegas earlier this week to complete his heaven and hell themed tattoo. Ronnie's on and off girlfriend, Sammi Sweatheart, was there as well.

Ronnie from "Jersey Shore" is going all out for his 25th birthday party this weekend -- in fact, TMZ has learned, dude already lined up over $11,000 worth of Grey Goose and Dom Perignon ... just for starters.
Sources close to the reality star tell TMZ, as soon as Ronnie sits down at his VIP table at Jet nightclub in Vegas on Saturday ... he'll get 2 magnum bottles of GG ($950 each) and 5 magnum bottles of Dom Rose ($1,875 each).
That's a grand total of $11,275 -- but good news for Ronnie, it ain't gonna cost him a dollar ... we're told the nightclub is comping everything.
Ronnie will be joined by his on-again, off-again GF Sammi Sweetheart and his manager Matt Cohen, plus six of his best buds from NYC.
P.S. -- Nice shirt pal.

As for the BMXers -- Lavin is recovering slowly at home. Pinney is currently at a rehab therapy center in Vegas.

Lil Wayne has criss-crossed the country since getting out of jail last week -- but there is one place he couldn't get into this weekend ... the Wynn Las Vegas.
Lil Wayne joined Drake on stage at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday night .... but sources tell us Weezy was a no-show at the after-party located in the Wynn Las Vegas ... and it wasn't his choice.
We're told a rep for the Wynn informed a member of Drake's entourage that Lil Wayne would not be allowed on the property -- and if he tried to enter, he'd be removed.
As for why Wayne was persona non grata -- sources tell us Wynn execs didn't want any trouble ... knowing Wayne is on a very short legal leash, i.e. no booze for three years.
The ban never became an issue ... a rep for Weezy tells us he chilled at the Palms Casino Resort and was not "scheduled" to appear at any events. A rep for the Wynn had no comment.

Competitive eating superstar Joey Chestnut isn't just a hot dog guy, dude's mouth can handle more meatballs than Jenna Jameson ... and this weekend in Vegas -- he put down 43 balls in ten minutes.
Chestnut tongue-lashed the competition at the second annual Martorano’s Masters Meatball Eating Championship ... finishing 6 balls ahead of his closest competitor, Rich "The Locust" LeFevre.
Holly Madison was also on hand to check out the ball gobblers ... but only as a spectator.
Chestnut scored a $1,500 check for his victory ... which could buy roughly 500 bottles of Pepto Bismol.
