TMZ has learned ... Tyson and his wife Lakiha invited hundreds of friends to a joint birthday party they threw for each other at the M Resort ... but the b-day party was merely a cover for a secret vow renewal.

After the guests arrived to the party, the couple disappeared ... only to re-emerge behind a massive curtain ... which dropped to reveal both Mike and Lahika dressed in wedding outfits.

With the crowd completely surprised, the couple proceeded to renew their vows in a traditional Muslim ceremony.

We're told the two decided to do the big "wedding" party this time around because they skipped out on a celebration when they were secretly married at a small Vegas chapel back in 2009 ... two weeks after Mike's 4-year-old daughter passed away.

Sources tell us the party was AWESOME -- guests had their choice of a steak or chicken entree ... and then they partied it up in the hotel's ballroom with a live band.

Congrats!

As TMZ first reported, Pauly was one of only three cast members not sequestered at the "Jersey Shore" house in Seaside Heights, NJ -- he was allowed to skip out so he could work this gig.

Winner.

Sources close to Harris tell TMZ ... Heidi reached out to her shortly after the breakup with Hef to offer her moral support. Bottle blondes need to stick together!

The pair decided to spend what would have been Crystal's wedding day in Las Vegas. They couldn't just go to Sin City on the down low -- instead they are hosting a party at WET REPUBLIC pool at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

Sources close to the club tell us -- "Idol" Season 5 finalist Ace Young visited the Chippendales at the Rio in Vegas recently ... and was SUPER interested in donning the famous bow tie and shirt cuffs.

According to sources, Young paid Chipps a visit to hang out with Timmons -- and to see how the whole guest-hosting thing works.

So far, there's no deal in place -- but it looks promising.

We caught up with Rachel last night at the Azure Luxury Pool at the Palazzo in Las Vegas -- where she told us ... when the Arnold thing broke, she was contacted by a "very high profile journalist" who claimed they heard she had a "long-lasting" affair with the Governator.

She told us, "I've never met Arnold. Never even thought about him. I don't like his movies, I'm not even a fan."

The 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is a few minutes from the strip -- and is completely pimped out with thousands of punk concert flyers and memorabilia.

We're told the tricked-out punk pad comes complete with a 9-hole putting green, a pool table, a water slide ... and the best feature yet: a beer vending machine!

Our Sin City spies spotted Adrian in line at the Bistro Buffet at the Palms Casino and Resort Friday night, where a couple noticed him and asked if he was, in fact, Adrian Peterson. We're told AP answered with his catch phrase (and nickname), "All day."

Peterson asked the couple -- and about a dozen other people in line for the buffet -- if they wanted to join him for dinner ... and then picked up the tab for everyone.

Total cost -- about $400.

Sources close to the bowtied bunch tell us ... ever since Jeff began hosting, MC-ing and occasionally ripping off his shirt at the Rio in Vegas ... the shows have been selling out like crazy and breaking box office records.

We're told the 38-year-old muscled hottie's gig will now run until June 19th -- and Chippendales bigwigs hope to nail him down for the rest of the summer.

But don't expect Jeff to drop his drawers -- we're told he still won't budge on his non-banana hammock policy.
