"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Apollo Nida used a precious prison phone call to go on "TMZ Live" and make the case that his children should visit him behind bars.

Nida, who's serving 8 years for money laundering and bank fraud, talks about the heartbreak of being cut off from his family, his plans for his kids and whether his marriage to Phaedra Parks will survive.

It's the first interview in "TMZ Live" history that was interrupted by a federal prison announcement.

Cam Newton is a dabbing dad ... he and his girlfriend had a baby boy over the Xmas holidays.

Newton was hesitant about breaking the good news because he didn't want to distract his teammates during the season.

Gilbert Arenas is about to lose access to his 4 children if his baby mama has her way ... and it's all over a 15 second video of their 8-year-old son on the hood of a moving vehicle.

Gilbert was on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and scoffed at baby mama Laura Govan's allegation he's a reckless parent by putting little Alijah on the front of a Polaris Slingshot and driving at around 15 MPH.

Gilbert told us he got an email from Laura's people saying they were going to try and take custody away from him, and TMZ Sports has learned he told the truth.

Our sources say Laura -- who currently has primary physical custody -- will go to court and ask the judge to significantly reduce Gilbert's visitation. She also wants the judge to impose safeguards so the kids aren't put in dangerous situations.

As one Laura source put it, "This is just the straw that broke the camel's back. He's done many other things."

Melissa Mathison -- the 'E.T.' screenwriter and ex-wife of Harrison Ford -- is at the center of a mystery ... her will is missing, and turns out a lot is on the line because she's worth a bloody fortune.

Melissa -- who died last month from cancer -- had written a will but new court docs reveal her business manager can't find the original.

The court docs show Melissa is worth $22 million. Her fortune is all in a trust, but the document was not included in the legal papers so we don't know who's supposed to get it. She had 2 kids so it's a good assumption they'll get at least part of it.

So now the question ... what happens if the original will is never found? In California, as long as no one's fighting over her estate, a copy will do just fine.

Madonna's son didn't have to be sold by Guy Ritchie when the 15-year-old made the decision to stay in London ... we're told Rocco was fed up with the singer, her lifestyle and her parenting skills.

Sources who were on Madonna's tour tell us, Rocco was "miserable" being carted around the world by his mom. As one source put it, "There were horrible, full-blown fights with screaming and crying."

We're told during the Stockholm leg of the tour, Rocco was a no-show when the charter plane was ready to take off ... he had made an escape run, but it appears he eventually came back.

Things deteriorated during the London shows in December. Rocco told his dad he couldn't handle it anymore ... he couldn't take the traveling and the fights. Our sources say Rocco told Guy he felt like Madonna treated him more like a trophy than a son.

Rocco now thinks his mom is jealous of his dad's "stable life" and his desire to live with his dad.

Rocco has been ordered to return to NYC for a court hearing. It will be interesting to hear if his bad feelings dissipate and how much the judge considers his living preference.

Gilbert Arenas is fun to some ... dangerous to others.

Hibachi took the kids out riding in his Polaris Slingshot and it looks like his son Alijah is on the hood, holding on for dear life.

Gilbert posted the video but then deleted it ... which makes us think someone raised some safety issues about an 8-year-old gripping the hood of a moving vehicle.

Guy Ritchie got in Rocco's ear and drove a wedge between Madonna and the 15-year-old ... sources close to Madonna tell TMZ.

We're told Guy and Madonna have had a "volatile" relationship for years, and Rocco has been a source of conflict. Madonna, we're told, is a strict disciplinarian and "very controlling" ... something that doesn't sit well with Rocco and for that matter most 15 year olds.

Our Madonna sources say Guy was angry at Madonna and used his visit with Rocco to stoke the coals, and it worked.

We're told Madonna isn't worried ... she's confident Rocco's coming back home for good, and this is just part of the co-parenting hand she's been dealt.

Hillary Clinton high-jacketed the moment as she and her family took a stroll Sunday in an unseasonably warm NYC.

Hillary was wearing a coat which looks like the one she got a dozen years ago in Afghanistan. In case you didn't notice, Hillary's a co-gripper as she and Chelsea push 1-year-old Charlotte along in a stroller.

Kanye West is a fun dad, at least if you ask North West.

North had a big grin as she rode on Kanye's shoulders after a meal in Calabasas.

Kim was nowhere in sight ... probably because she's got a new kid.

Scott Disick and Chris Brown seem like a bad combo ... they've both struggled with substance abuse yet they've been hanging out ... but they claim they've actually become each other's support system.

We're told the 2 have become fast friends and have bonded over water ... and lots of it. Scott and Chris both insist that's all they drank when they went clubbing together a few days back at 1OAK.

They actually have a lot in common. Both of their baby mamas have called them out for drugs and/or booze and have threatened to get a judge to yank access to the kids.

We're told Chris has pulled back in a big way since Mia Guzman put him under under the microscope, and Scott's faced the same issues with Kourtney. It sounds weird and maybe it's a pipe dream, but they both think each can help the other stay strong and sober.

There's a side benefit for Chris ... the more time he spends with Scott and his crew, the less time his has for gangbangers.

The little things in life ...

Phaedra Parks feels like Santa arrived earlier this year, because he's already given her kids a gift ... they won't have to go to prison this year to visit their dad.

Phaedra's uneasy that the kids have been visiting their father, her estranged husband Apollo Nida who's doing hard time.

We're told Apollo's been moved to a new facility and the kids -- 2 year-old Dylan and 5-year-old Ayden -- haven't been approved for visitation, and that's not expected to happen until after the holidays.

The kids have been video chatting with their dad everyday and they sent him an Xmas care package, but we're told Phaedra is relieved they haven't been approved yet because she thinks the kids are too young to handle visits to prison.

Bristol Palin is now a mother of 2.

Sarah Palin's daughter gave birth Wednesday to Sailor Grace. Sailor joins Tripp as part of Bristol's brood.

She hasn't revealed the identity of the daddy, but she announced she was pregnant just a few weeks after she called it quits with fiance Dakota Meyer.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were offered millions of dollars for the first pics of baby Saint ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the offers -- from various magazines -- range from $2 million to $2.5 million. We're told the magazines want more than just a head shot of Saint ... they want the full family, including North. Candid family shots are part of the offer.

As for whether the financial offer is in range of what it's worth ... we're told it's dead on.

Here's the snag. Our Kardashian sources tell us at this point they're "almost certain" they will reject all offers.

Caitlyn Jenner and son Burt got mistaken for boyfriend and girlfriend ... hilarious for sure, but it soon turned ugly.

Caitlyn and 37-year-old Burt Jenner went to lunch Monday in West L.A. when photogs jumped to the conclusion they were hooking up and peppered them with questions.

Check out the video. You see Caitlyn leave and Burt blocked one of the photogs so he couldn't follow her. When the photog gets out of his car -- presumably to confront Burt -- Caitlyn's son goes on the attack.

Model Sarah Stage is lashing out at critics who have skewered her for letting her kid lay in what looks like a dirty department store dressing room while she took pics of herself.

The pic on the right is what Sarah posted on her Snapchat and published by thedirty.com, showing 8-month-old James on the ground. Sarah just sent us a screen grab on the left, showing James snuggly laying on what she says is a clean blanket. She says he was in the dressing room with her at a mall in Sherman Oaks, CA for about an hour.

Chelsea Clinton is expanding her brood ... another baby is on the way.

Chelsea and hubby Marc Mezvinsky, who already have a daughter, will welcome another baby just a few months before the Presidential election.

Hillary has used grandmother-dom as a tool in the campaign, so this can't hurt.
