The numbers are shocking -- February 19, 2016 to February 8, 2017 ...

-- DOMESTIC INCIDENTS: Cops called 10 times

-- RUNAWAY, MISSING JUVENILE: Cops called 7 times

-- VERBAL THREATS: Cops called 7 times

There's a call for lewd and lascivious conduct, a call over "fraud," a call for a stolen vehicle, 3 disturbance calls, a call for theft, and a call involving an animal.

In one 10-day stretch there were 15 police calls to the house.

The fam is keeping Florida cops in business.

Madonna's third time adopting was a charm because what usually takes 3 to 7 months was accomplished in just 2 weeks ... according to Malawi court officials.

Madonna first applied to adopt Esther and Stella on January 25, which is when the story first got out ... and when she flatly denied she was adopting. Court spokesperson Mlenga Mvula tells us Madge returned this past Tuesday to get the court's sign-off on the adoption. Just like that her brood grew to 6.

We're told this isn't a case of celeb favoritism, but more about Madonna already going through the process twice in Malawi. We're told the court took that into consideration, as well as her extensive charitable work in the country.

It's not a done deal -- a government appointed guardian will travel to the U.S. with Madonna and the girls to do a Home Study Report on how she cares for them. Mvula says that could take up to 12 months, but once it's complete ... the adoption will be fulfilled.

As for the twins -- we're told their mother died 5 days after giving birth, and their father put them in an orphanage because he had 5 other kids and couldn't afford the extra mouths to feed.

Although it was a quickie adoption, Madonna's known Stella and Esther for a while. She posted this pic of Lourdes with them at the orphanage last summer.

We're told the 4-year-old girls have no idea about Madonna's fame ... she's just Mom now.

Robin Thicke's lawyers went to court Wednesday to continue his battle over child custody, and got shut down by the judge.

Robin is currently limited to 3 visits a week with 6-year-old Julian ... Thursday, Friday and Saturday for a few hours each day, and only with a court-appointed monitor present.

Robin, we're told, was upset because he didn't get to visit with Julian last Friday, because the monitor pulled the plug after determining Julian didn't want the visit. The monitor also cut short Robin's visit on Saturday, when he took his son to Kids World.

Robin's lawyers asked the judge to allow him his visits without a court-appointed monitor. The judge rejected that request. Robin then asked that the court appoint a different monitor who could be more impartial, but the judge said no. And then Robin asked the judge to prohibit the monitor from changing or canceling the scheduled visits. Again, the judge gave the thumbs down.

Robin is currently prohibited from having contact with ex-wife Paula Patton or her mother, and aside from the scheduled weekly visits he can't have contact with Julian. The judge issued the restraining order last week after Paula made claims Robin was physically abusive to her and the child ... Robin has denied the allegations.

Shailene Woodley's son on HBO's "Big Little Lies" stole the spotlight from a bunch of A-listers at a big Hollywood event ... thanks to his happy feet.

Madonna now admits she adopted 4-year-old twin girls from Malawi -- something she flatly denied 2 weeks ago when she was in the African nation.

Madonna posted a pic with the girls, Esther and Stella, to announce she'd officially "completed the process" of adopting them. She's now adopted 4 children from Malawi -- she got David in 2006 and Mercy in 2009.

Madonna insisted she was not adopting, and only doing work with her charity last month. It now seems clear she lied in an attempt to keep a low profile until the adoption was stamped and approved ... most likely to avoid the criticism she got after David's adoption.

You'll recall his biological father came forward and said Madonna swooped in to get David after another woman was set to adopt him.

For the record, she now has 6 kids. Your move, Angelina Jolie.

50 Cent's son isn't shy about critiquing his father's music -- he says it SUCKS, but he also thinks everyone's getting the wrong idea about his own new track.

Marquise Jackson tells TMZ his song, "Different," isn't a shot at Fiddy ... even though the track includes the line, "Lost my pops, he's still alive."

Marquise has said his relationship with his dad hit the skids when he was about 10, and it hasn't been the same since. He says there's deeper meaning to his song than a shallow shot at "pops."

Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter, Maddie, is now breathing on her own as she recovers from the horrific ATV accident that left her submerged for several minutes.

A Spears family rep says the 8-year-old girl regained consciousness on Tuesday ... "Doctors were able to remove the ventilator today and she is awake and talking." Maddie is still receiving oxygen, but the rep told People it appears she did not suffer any neurological damage.

TMZ broke the story ... Maddie was driving a Polaris ATV Sunday when it flipped and submerged her in a pond.

Kim Zolciak admits her 4-year-old son holds his father's gun but says haters need to swallow a chill pill because the piece isn't loaded.

Kim's son, Kash, filled out a school questionnaire introducing his dad, former NFL star Kroy Biermann ... and one of his answers read, "I love him because he lets me hold his real gun."

Kim caught serious heat after posting the questionnaire, but she tells us Kroy's Desert Eagle pistol is NEVER loaded when they let Kash hold it.

She adds ... Kash "is not shooting it, and we have a huge safe that we put the gun in, and in there they are not loaded as well."

Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter, Maddie, probably should not have been a driver or a passenger in the Polaris that flipped over and critically injured her, and we've learned there's been a big problem with the company's ATVs rolling over.

The Polaris in question, the RZR 170, has an instruction manual which reads in part, "Never allow a child under age 10 to operate or ride as a passenger in this vehicle." There is a qualifier ... "Permit continued use only if you [the parent] determine that your child has the ability and maturity to operate safely."

Maddie is not close to 10 ... she's 8 years old.

We've also found lawsuits involving RZRs that flip over. In one case, the RZR -- not the 170 -- rolled and the metal portions of the roll cage pinned the driver's head and neck, fracturing his spine.

There's another case in which a RZR flipped and the driver was severely injured when the roll cage collapsed on her.

We contacted the company that appears to have sold Maddie's family the RZR 170, but they had no comment other than to offer prayers to the child.

A spokesperson for Polaris tells us, "The safety of our riders is our absolute top priority. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family."

Coachella music festival producers have had no contact with Beyonce since her pregnancy announcement, but they are NOT making alternate plans ... because pregnancy is a tricky issue.

Sources connected with the festival tell TMZ, producers have not reached out to Bey and she has not said a word to them since telling the world last week she's having twins.

One source intimately involved in organizing the festival tells us it's a slippery slope for them to start inquiring whether a pregnant woman can perform. They are aware her first pregnancy was high-risk and even required bed rest, but we're told they have no alternative plans ... it's full steam ahead.

We're told producers have not reached out to other singers in case Beyonce won't show. They believe they will know soon, and it's better for her to make the first move than for them to jump the gun.

It's unclear how far along Beyonce is in her pregnancy, but we may get a good idea at Sunday's Grammys, where she's expected to perform.

Jamie surprised her daughter in June 2015 with the off-road vehicle. TMZ broke the story, Maddie was riding in a Polaris Sunday when it flipped over into a pond, submerging her for 2 minutes as her mom and stepdad frantically tried to unfasten her seat belt.

Britney asked for people to pray for her niece, who remains in critical but stable condition.

Jamie Lynn Spears and her husband struggled to free 8-year-old Maddie from the submerged ATV for several precious minutes ... according to cops.

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's dept says Maddie was driving the Polaris ATV shortly before 3 PM on Sunday when she swerved to avoid a drainage ditch. The Sheriff says that's when the vehicle flipped into the pond and immediately went under.

Jamie Lynn and Jamie Watson were about 100 yards away when Maddie and the ATV submerged. We're told they ran over to her within seconds, but struggled to free her from the ATV ... due to the safety belt and netting.

The Sheriff says Maddie was finally freed by paramedics when the ambulance arrived within just a couple minutes.

As we reported ... Maddie is currently in critical but stable condition in a New Orleans hospital.

Our sources say Maddie, the niece of Britney Spears, was seriously injured but doctors say she's critical but stable.

Jamie Lynn Spears' 8-year-old daughter, Maddie, was badly hurt in an ATV accident Sunday, and we're told her condition is extremely serious.

Several sources in Kentwood, Louisiana tell TMZ, Maddie was on a Polaris off-road vehicle when it flipped over. We're told she was under water for several minutes and unconscious.

Our sources say she was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

We're told Jamie Lynn was not with her daughter when the accident occurred. And, we're told, Maddie was involved in a hunting expedition at the time of the accident.
