‘Love and Hip Hop’ star Teairra Mari just learned the age-old Hollywood maxim isn't true... fact is, actresses who don't have juice CAN get arrested.

Teairra ate a delicious lunch at Crustacean Wednesday in Bev Hills, and called for an Uber to take her to her next stop.

The drive started ok, but went to hell when Teairra asked the driver if she could use his charger for her iPhone. He said no, and she got pissed. The driver claims she began punching him and grabbed the charger. He pulled over, she refused get out and the cops were called.

Teairra says she never tried stealing his charger, says she only "tapped him" and he was beyond rude and told her to get out of the car like she was a "f***ing prostitute."

Cops were called and the driver made a citizen's arrest for battery and theft. Law enforcement sources tell us they found the charger in her purse.

Benzino dodged a year in prison for bringing his loaded gun to the airport -- and instead the judge is forcing him to go to school ... the easiest school ever, we're guessing.

The former “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star pled no contest to putting his loaded 9mm through a TSA checkpoint in Atlanta. He says he took the wrong laptop bag.

Benzino was sentenced to one year of probation, a $500 fine, 700 hours community service, and a crash course in gun safety ... which he has 60 days to complete.

Sure, it'll take a while to tick off the 700 hours, but the gun safety class? Just remember this, Benzino ... DON'T TAKE LOADED GUNS TO THE AIRPORT -- and you should pass.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Nikko London -- star of one of the most successful sex tapes of 2014 -- is now allegedly stiffing his landlord, and on the verge of getting evicted.

According to docs filed in Fulton County -- London owes just $786.29 in back rent on his apartment, but fees and utilities bump it up to $1,083.56.

The pink notice taped to his door is a clear sign Nikko's days are numbered in the place if he doesn't pay up quick. But we're told he's been telling neighbors he's moving to a new place up the street.

But the threat of hardcore punishment seems to be working. We hear the cast has resorted to screaming matches because nobody wants to lose their money -- the definition of a true thug.

Hip-hop producer Mally Mall must be bored with love triangles -- the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star is breaking up with Nikki Mudarris again, but this time THREE other chicks are involved.

Mall and Nikki are known to be on-again/off-again (a recurring theme from Season 1) and their relationship status was set to OFF after a blowup over a Las Vegas fight weekend party.

According to our sources, the couple was supposed to host a Mayweather/Pacquiao party at a rented house in town, but Mally showed up with three chicks that weren't Nikki ... and she didn't show up at all.
