Casey Anthony Website Making Killing Off Her Purses

Published | Updated

A website selling stuff owned by infamous killers has some new items to hawk ... and the former owner is Casey Anthony.

It doesn't seem like Anthony's hand-me-downs qualify to be sold on serialkillersink.net. for 2 reasons ... first, she was acquitted and second, she's wasn't accused of being a mass murderer.

Nevertheless, money is money, so Anthony's items are being sold right along side property once owned by Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy.

The website's owner -- Eric Holler -- is also unapologetic about what he does, because lots of companies -- including all the TV networks -- profit off of murder.

Check out the 13 Anthony items Holler is selling.

Beanie Babies Creator Dodges Jail Time For Tax Cheating

Published | Updated

Sorry, kids, there won't be a jailbird "Beanie Baby" after all ... the billionaire creator of the cuddly plush toys just got sentenced for tax evasion ... and managed to escape jail time.

A judge sentenced Ty Warner to 2 years probation -- despite a bid by prosecutors for a prison sentence -- after the 69-year-old admitted he failed to report more than $24 mil in income between 1996 to 2008.

The judge said he went easy on Warner -- who's worth a reported $2.3 BILLION --partly because of his charitable "acts of kindness, benevolence and generosity."

Warner said he was full of "shame and embarrassment" ... but he wasn't let off the hook completely ... he's been ordered to pay a $53 million fine ... and perform 500 hours of community service.

Kanye West Sues STOP USING MY FACE On Virtual Currency

Published | Updated

Kanye West has declared legal war on the people who released a virtual currency (like a bitcoin) called Coinye West ... only problem is, he doesn't really know who to sue.

West filed legal docs in NY trying to get a judge to force the people behind Coinye to immediately SHUT DOWN the marketing and sale of the virtual currency, which can be used to buy goods and services through various online merchants.

The "coins" -- which feature a South Park-esque depiction of Kanye sportin' stunner shades -- were first offered to the public for sale on January 7 and Kanye says, "With each day that passes, [my] reputation is irreparably harmed by the continued use of the Coinye West marks."

So, in an effort to shut down the rise of the Coinye currency, Kanye has requested an injunction against several companies he believes are responsible for its release.

But Kanye's facing a huge problem -- 'cause with one exception, the people behind the companies are hiding their identities through various online privacy services ... and Kanye can't crack 'em.

However, Kanye has added Amazon.com to the list of defendants because he believes Amazon provides web hosting services to the websites behind Coinye, and Amazon has failed to pull the plug on those sites.

Besides the injunction, Kanye is suing for a piece of the Coinye profits.

No word if he wants a paper check ... or if he'll settle for some Coinye.

Published | Updated

"X Factor" judge Paulina Rubio doesn't take kindly to being snubbed ... in fact, she's now suing Telemundo for trying to replace her on the upcoming season of a kids-themed singing show.

Paulina -- who appeared as a coach on season 1 of Telemundo's "La Voz Kids" last year -- claims the network agreed to pay her $1.325 million to appear on the second season as well ... then reneged on the deal when it found someone cheaper to replace her with.

Paulina claims Telemundo offered up a weak excuse for the diss ... citing scheduling issues with Paulina's commitment to "X Factor" ... but she's not buying it.

Paulina wants Telemundo to cough up the $1.325 million stat ... plus another $100,000 for season 1 "La Voz Kids" clips featuring Paulina which the network sold for ad purposes.

A rep for Telemundo had no comment about the lawsuit.

Octomom Charged with Felony Welfare Fraud

Published | Updated

Octomom has just been charged with 3 felony counts of welfare fraud and now faces more than 5 years in prison if convicted on all counts, TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office filed the charges, including 1 count of aid by misrepresentation, and 2 counts of perjury by false application for aid. The D.A. claims Octomom -- real name Nadya Suleman -- failed to report nearly $30,000 in earnings between January 1-June 30, 2013.

Octo is accused of failing to disclose income between January and June of 2013 -- specifically, money that she got from personal appearances and residuals from videos. TMZ knows ... the video in question is a masturbation video.

The D.A. is asking the judge to set bail at $25,000.

Justin Bieber Bad Egg Caused $20K In Damage

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's egg-throwing escapade Thursday night caused around $20,000 in damage, and the little punk hasn't even called his neighbor to apologize.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin was caught on video egging his neighbor's house, and when confronted the singer told the neighbor to f off and then hurled a few more unborn chicks.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... L.A. County Sheriff's deputies are fast-tracking the investigation and they told the neighbor he had to get them repair estimates by today. We know the neighbor is locked and loaded with paperwork.

We're told the entire front of his house must be re-plastered. To do the job -- which is especially expensive because it's Venetian plaster -- will cost around $15K. There's another $5,000 in damage to the entry, including various doors that must be re-stained.

We're told neither Justin nor his people have contacted the neighbor with an offer to pay ... they haven't even called to say J.B. is sorry.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the case will be referred to the L.A. County D.A. who could then file vandalism charges against the singer.

Since the damages far exceed the magic $400 figure -- the case could be filed as a FELONY.

'Dance Moms' Abby Lee Miller Crawls Out of Bankruptcy Who Knew?

Published | Updated

"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller just emerged from bankruptcy ... but the real news is that she went belly up in the first place.

Miller -- a dance instructor who owns a studio in Pittsburgh -- filed for bankruptcy Dec. 3, 2010 ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ. She claimed assets of about $325K ... but owed more than $400,000.

The bulk of her debt -- a $245K mortgage that went into default and the $106K debt on her dance studio.

According to docs, Miller got into financial trouble after she fell behind in real estate taxes ... her property was teetering on foreclosure. She also claimed customer interest in her studio had waned.

But her fortunes began to improve shortly after she filed ... as she started earning money from "Dance Moms" which debuted in July, 2011.

Miller spent three years digging herself out of the hole ... and her case was officially discharged on New Year's Eve. Her lawyer tells TMZ all creditors were paid in full.

Fun Fact ... Under assets Miller listed her beloved dog, Broadway Baby -- and attached a value of zero. She really loved that dog.

And then it died.

Tori Spelling We're Not Getting Evicted ... We Left

Published | Updated

Tori Spelling got a notice from her landlord to either pay up or get out ... but we're told Tori has already gotten out AND paid up.

Tori and her family moved out of their Tarzana house last month for more expensive digs, but there was this little matter of unpaid rent that pissed off the landlord ... pissed him off enough to slap a legal notice on the front fence to either up pay back rent or face formal eviction.

If this story isn't tracking, that means you're following it ... fact is, Tori had already moved, so there wasn't anybody to evict. There was however the matter of more than $7K in unpaid rent.

Tori's lawyer says the delinquency was just a "clerical error" and the rent has been paid through January. Apparently there's some bad blood between landlord and tenants -- Tori's people tell us the landlord was a nightmare and failed to repair numerous items which caused them to move before the lease was up.

It's unclear whether the landlord will try and enforce the rest of the lease or just walk away from it.

Tori Spelling Life-and-Death Dog Caper

Published | Updated

Tori Spelling is in the middle of a bizarre dog dispute that could end with her pooch getting put to death ... TMZ has learned.

Claudia -- who has worked for Tori for years -- tells TMZ she was Tori's dog walker but in 2011 the animals got too big for the 90210 star's digs and Tori asked Claudia to board the dogs at her home ... for a price of $525 a month.

Claudia says she didn't get paid this month and went ballistic. She tried getting in touch with Tori, Dean and their accountant, with no success. Claudia then spoke with a TMZ producer and she said if she didn't get her money by Monday she would take the dog to the shelter where it will more than likely be euthanized.

We then called Tori's people ... and they were completely in the dark. Word got back to Tori and she went crazy and texted the woman and asked what the hell was going on. Tori said she had no idea Claudia had not been paid and now she wants here dog back ... STAT.

We then spoke to Claudia who said she would not answer Tori's text and would not give the dog back.

Justin Bieber Detectives Gunning For Felony Prosecution in Egging Case

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber will be charged with a felony -- if L.A. County Sheriff's detectives have their way.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 2 detectives met with the owner of the house that Bieber egged Thursday night. We're told the detectives are indignant and believe this is their best chance to nail the Biebs because they have both video of the incident and physical evidence.

And there's urgency to the investigation ... we're told the detectives told the homeowner they need repair estimates by Monday.

Our sources say detectives are confident the estimates will raise the stakes to a felony. In California, if the damage is greater than $400 it becomes FELONY vandalism. We're told the homeowner's damage could be in the 10s of thousands of dollars because the very expensive Venetian plaster on the outside of the house has to be redone, and very expensive doors and other items were either damaged or ruined.

As for why the Sheriff's detectives want to hold Bieber accountable ... they feel he's made a mockery of the legal system by breaking the law numerous times ... the problem has been there was never enough evidence to prosecute him. But there is now.

The D.A. should get the case next week.

Shia LaBeouf Latest Skywriting Stunt Cost $25,000

Published | Updated

Shia LaBeouf's not pinching pennies now that he's retired -- TMZ has learned, his latest skywriting stunt (commissioning a fleet of planes to write "STOP CREATING" in giant letters above L.A.) cost him 25,000 smackaroos.

A rep for the skywriting company Skytypers tells us, they were contacted by Shia's people Friday morning ... shortly after Shia publicly announced his retirement from "public life" in the wake of his plagiarism scandal.

The rep says Skytypers dispatched 5 planes for the job, each flying wing-to-wing as they emitted puffs of smoke to spell out "STOP CREATING" above Angel City.

Fun fact: each message stretches 5 miles in the sky, but they're only legible for about 7 minutes ... so the message had to be re-puffed 18 times.

It wasn't Shia's first bitter sky message ... earlier this week Shia hired a bunch of planes to write out "I am sorry Daniel Clowes" ... referencing the graphic novel he plagiarized for his recent short film "HowardCantour.com."

Arnold Schwarzenegger 200 Million Reasons to Stay Married to Maria

Published | Updated

Arnold Schwarzenegger has 2 very good reasons NOT to finalize his divorce ... and one has to do with writing a big fat check to Maria Shriver.

As you know ... Maria filed for divorce in July, 2011, after finding out her hubby had been banging the maid and produced a son.

Sources familiar with Arnold's situation tell TMZ ... there's no prenup so under California law it's pretty simple -- 50/50. And our sources say there's no real issue over custody of their only minor child.

So why, you ask, has this divorce dragged on 2 1/2 years? We're told Arnold doesn't want to write a gargantuan check to Maria ... and we know how much -- and it hurts.

Sources tell us their net worth is around $400 million. We're told Arnold knows Maria is entitled to half -- but knowing it and watching around $200 million leave your bank account are 2 very different things.

As for the second reason Arnold's in no hurry ... we're told he's getting pretty serious with his girlfriend, physical therapist Heather Milligan. If Arnold gets divorced, the pressure's on for him to pop the question ... and Arnold's not necessarily a one woman kind of guy.

Just ask the maid.
