'The Endless Summer' Lawsuit We're Gonna Wipe that Lipstick Off Your Copycat Face!
"The Endless Summer" boasts one of the most iconic movie posters in cinematic history, which is why producers are so pissed off at a lipstick company they say flagrantly ripped them off.
Producers are suing Lipstick Queen, claiming the company's "Endless Summer" lipstick line shamelessly copied off the colorful poster.
There are lots of gripes. Producers are indignant the gloss bares the name of the movie, but if that's not enough the individual lipstick names are like rubbing salt in the wound ... "Hang Ten," "Stoked" and "Perfect Wave." "In Search of The Perfect Wave" was a slogan for the '66 classic flick.
Producers want the judge to force Lipstick Queen to stop all sales STAT, destroy any remaining products. They also want all the profits.

Lil Jon Turns Down for ... Home Remodel Payments
Lil Jon is refusing to cut checks to multiple home renovation companies for work done on his Georgia crib, and it's pissed them off so much ... now they want a piece of his property.
Lil Jon bought his 4 bedroom home in Alpharetta in 2005 for $1.2 million. Three companies say Jon hired them to do work on the place, which they did ... but he's now refusing to pay the $22k they're owed.
They've all filed liens against the producer/rapper's home ... so if he doesn't pay up the companies are assured to get their money out of his property value.
According to the docs, Lil Jon owes the bulk ... $15k to Lackey Drywall, and another $1,050 to KLS Plumbing, and $6,743.86 to Eastern Wallboard Supply.
Lil Jon's rep says this is on the general contractor he hired to do the renovations, and Jon is aware the GC may not have paid vendors properly. The rep adds, Jon is in the process of resolving the matter.

We reached out to Shmurda's attorney Alex Spiro about the arrangement, but he had no comment.

Future Sued For Bailing On Concert ... Rapper Claims Commas Were Messed Up
Future is being sued by a promoter who claims he lost more than $150k when the rapper pulled out of a concert, but sources close to Future claim he walked because the deal was shady.
In his lawsuit, Robert Caillier says he gave Future's camp a $15k advance to perform a Louisiana gig back in August 2014, but Future was a no-show ... causing Caillier to lose his anticipated $150k profit, plus the advance.
Sources close to Future say he did show up, and even performed one song, but was pulled offstage by his management after they realized Caillier didn't have the balance of his payday. The docs don't mention how much Future was owed, but as we reported ... he typically gets at least $150k for a show.

50 Cent His Lawyers Are Living High Life ... Sex Tape Victim Gripes
50 Cent owes Lastonia Leviston millions for releasing her sex tape, so it makes sense she's upset his bankruptcy lawyers are living in the lap of luxury, and racking up huge expenses in the process.
Leviston, who won a $7 million judgement from Fiddy, filed docs calling out the rapper's legal team for dropping $57,241.76 on hotels alone while working on his bankruptcy case. Their legal research tab comes to $14,800.66, and a court reporter ran 'em $26,890.
In the docs, Leviston calls these expenses unreasonable ... especially since 50 Cent filed for Chapter 11 in July. As part of his bankruptcy case, 50 has to regularly file his expenses with the court, and Leviston's not happy with the numbers.
She doesn't spell it out in her docs, but it seems Leviston's concerned 50 Cent won't have enough cash left to pay her if the lawyers are bleeding him dry.
She wants a judge to reject the lavish reimbursements, and her message is pretty clear -- I'm watching where your money goes, Fiddy!

Future's Tour Rider Keep My Powder White ... On My Doughnuts
Future's needs are VERY specific when he's on the road ... in fact -- he's so specific -- even his doughnuts need to look a certain way.
TMZ obtained Future's rider from a show back in December and it's pretty wild. For starters, the rapper makes $150k for a 45 minute show. However, show promoters better have 4 bottles of Ace of Spades, Ciroc and Moet, among other drinks on hand to keep him happy.
And get this -- when it comes to food -- Future's a poor man's Gordon Ramsay, demanding items like chicken fingers, cheddar popcorn and broccoli to keep him full. The best part, Future loves his doughnuts ... requesting "fresh white powdered" ones be at the ready, with plenty of junk food.
But the dude likes to relax too ... asking for scented candles in his dressing room. His scent of choice?Lemon grass.
Weird ... our money was on jolly rancher.
