The Game's sexual assault accuser won't get access to his financial records ... now that a judge has shut down her request.

Priscilla Rainey had requested Game's books so she could determine his net worth ahead of the trial, but the judge denied her because she skirted the court's procedural rules. Rainey can refile her request, but she's gonna have to hurry ... the trial's less than 2 weeks away.

Jaime Pressly agreed to settle with her ex-accountant who allegedly screwed her out of almost a million dollars -- for a lot less -- but he says she's now reneging on the deal.

TMZ broke the story ... Pressly sued Daniel Rivero in January 2015 for $900k, claiming he overpaid her landscaper and messed up her taxes. According to the new docs ... the 2 agreed to settle the suit for less than a third of that -- $260k.

Rivero claims this should be a done deal, but there's a big problem ... Pressly won't sign standard paperwork releasing him from further claims. He says she's being unreasonable and it's a "thinly veiled attempt" to renege on the settlement and try to get more money.

Mariah Carey and James Packer were negotiating one of the most insane prenups we've ever seen ... and it reads like she's a mail order bride with lots of strings attached.

Before we tell you what it says, we know the negotiations blew up. We're told Mariah's people got the draft from Packer's exec, Robert Rankin, and rejected it as "tacky and insulting."

Among the conditions ... "Except for gifts between them for their engagement, wedding or on birthdays and anniversaries, no item of jewelry and/or personal adornment costing over $250,000 will be deemed a gift unless accompanied by, or promptly followed by, a writing specifically stating 'This is my gift to you.'"

It goes on ... James agreed to purchase certain clothing for Mariah but there's a blank space for them to agree upon a maximum amount he has to shell out. It states ... the clothing is not to be used for business or performing and "Mariah shall provide all clothing for her children."

And there's this ... "James shall cause a credit card(s) to be issued for use by Mariah and staff ... the amount of expenses ... shall not exceed US $____ per calendar month." The amount was blank.

The prenup continues ... "James shall provide the use of one private aircraft, of his selection, for Mariah's personal use, or that of her children and nannies only when James, in his sole discretion, determines it is appropriate to do so."

The central reason why negotiations blew up ... the provision that said "James will pay Mariah, and Mariah shall accept, $6 million dollars per year for each full year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30 million ... adjusted pro-rata on a weekly basis [$151,385 per week]."

Our Mariah sources say she rejected the dollar amount and claims James agreed to a $50 million lump sum if the marriage failed.

So much for love.

Jermaine Jackson's estranged wife is making a list -- and checking it twice, we're sure -- to make sure she gets half their stuff, and she's especially eyeing two fancy Michael Jackson paintings.

Halima Rashid's divorce docs include a list of assets the couple amassed during 11 years of marriage. There's little stuff, like an Apple TV receiver and flower pots, and plenty of big ticket items too ... like the MJ portraits, entitled "Abstract" and "Sofa."

She doesn't include the current value of the paintings, but only because she hasn't had them appraised yet. As for vehicles -- she says their Ferrari and Jeep are worth about $133k, and she wants her cut.

Kanye West promised fans would get their money back after he cut his concert short, but the people who have to write those checks aren't on board just yet.

We called Ticketmaster and they told us Yeezy doesn't have the authority to issue refunds -- but they are working with The Forum to come up with some kind of solution. We're told ticket holders should expect an email in the next 24 hours.

Ticketmaster says concertgoers have been blowing up their phones all day ... after Kanye told fans at Thursday night's gig they'd get a refund for their troubles.

Scheana Marie and Michael Shay could be on the express train to spiltsville, now that she's telling friends he disappeared with their money ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Scheana tell TMZ ... the "Vanderpump Rules" star got scared when her husband didn't come home last Wednesday. She thought it was odd because a close friend had just died, and she was very upset. Mike's history with prescription drugs also escalated her concern.

We're told Scheana couldn't reach him, so she cut off his credit cards. Our sources say she believes Mike cleared out the couple's checking account 2 days later, and he's been MIA ever since.

Mike has said he's been sober since January 1. We're told Scheana fears he's off the wagon, and she's considering pulling the plug on their marriage.

Manny Pacquiao rolls deep -- and tells TMZ Sports he bought more than 2,000 TICKETS for his friends and family to attend his fight against Jessie Vargas this weekend ... spending over $1 MILLION!!!!

Hillary Clinton has spent $5 million in 2 days for TV ads in 2 critical states ... states she thought she had in the bag just weeks ago.

Sources involved in the media buys tell us the Clinton campaign dumped $2.5 million on TV ads in Wisconsin -- $1 mil in Milwaukee alone -- for the first 2 days in November.

Our sources say she spent another $2.5 million on TV ads in Michigan on November 1st and 2nd.

Stevie J is about to get some baby news he may not want, with the help of a judge and even a little bloodletting.

Joseline Hernandez just filed legal docs demanding that Stevie J take a paternity test, and she's so positive it will prove he's the father of her unborn baby ... she's also asking for child support and a parenting plan.

Stevie has been vague about the kid, not publicly saying it's his but not denying it either.

Joseline claims in the legal docs Stevie has privately agreed to pay her medical expenses associated with the pregnancy, although she does not say he fessed up to fatherhood.

It's now apparent she doesn't think she'll get any money from him, so she's asking a judge to extract it, and STAT.

Joseline's due in January, and now, based on some new medical advancements, all she needs to do is have some blood drawn and ... voila -- Stevie J will know his fate.

We spoke to a rep for James Packer who tells TMZ, the prenup offer "is grossly inaccurate and completely untrue."

Mariah Carey has demanded $50 million from ex-fiance James Packer because that is the amount she would have walked away with had they signed their prenup ... sources close to the singer tell TMZ.

TMZ has seen an email chain from back in mid-February going back and forth, from Mariah's team to Packer's. The billionaire was clearly itching to tie the knot with Mariah, upset that his people were not moving fast enough to nail down the prenup so he could marry her on March 1st in Bora Bora.

Packer's lawyers clearly felt the prenup was complicated, sending Mariah's team a 100 page document outlining the specifics. The details in the document are fascinating. Among the many conditions ... if Packer gave Mariah a piece of jewelry or anything else, she would have to give it back if they broke up UNLESS he sent her a signed note saying it was a gift.

The prenup draft also provided that Mariah would get $50 mil if they broke up. TMZ broke the story, that's exactly the amount she's demanding from him now.

Short story ... Packer's lawyers were telling him they could not get the prenup signed, sealed and delivered by March 1st. His response ... "I don't know who's working for who because there are a lot of names I haven't heard before on this email chain. The people who work for me -- message -- do as I say or f*** off. I want to get married on March 1st. James."

We're told at the time of the email chain, Mariah already had a dress, the flowers were ordered and all the flights for the guests were secured.

BTW ... there was no way they could marry, because Nick Cannon hadn't signed the divorce docs. Mariah and James knew this, but they were going to call the wedding a "commitment ceremony" and pass themselves off as husband and wife.

The prenup was never signed, and Mariah believes that's when his people started trying to tear them apart.

Tyga is sparing GF Kylie Jenner some major embarrassment, and it only cost him $100,000.

Tyga has paid half the $200k plus interest he owes to Jason of Beverly Hills, the jeweler who got a judgment against the rapper. TMZ broke the story ... Jason's lawyers recently grilled Tyga on his assets, and even subpoenaed Kylie to get to the bottom of Tyga's finances.

But the rapper's lawyer appeared in court Tuesday and told the judge Tyga's making good on the debt ... at least a chunk of it.

The lawyer says the entire debt will be paid by November 17th.

We're told Tyga himself is footing the bill, not the Kardashian klan.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are set to make hundreds of thousands of dollars by bringing TV viewers into the hospital delivery room.

Production sources tell us Rob and Chyna are scoring several hundred thousand dollars for a baby special, which will include footage of the birth, along with Chyna's baby shower and other events leading up to delivery. The show will also chronicle the first few days after the baby is born.

Here's what's unclear ... whether the camera will get all up in there. We're told Chyna is waffling, but still open to letting everyone see everything.

The special actually helped resuscitate their reality series. We're told it's been renewed for a second season.

Amy Schumer is movin' on up ... to a deluxe home on NYC's Upper West Side for $12.15 million.

Amy reportedly closed on the 5 bed, 5.5 bath penthouse in October, and it's been described as a Malibu beach house mixed with sophisticated Manhattan architecture.

Amy's new home features spacious living and dining areas, a glass fireplace, media room and a private terrace with incredible views ... as in, she'll be getting an eyeful of the Hudson and Jersey everyday.
