Andre Ward Pay Me What I'm Worth ... And I Won't Retire
Boxing champ Andre Ward says he doesn't want to retire ... but he will if he isn't shown the proper respect ... aka given his fair cut of the cash for Ward-Kovalev II.
TMZ Sports ran into the undefeated boxer in L.A. Thursday night ... and asked about reports that Ward was considering hangin' up the gloves ... before the highly anticipated rematch.
FYI -- Ward defeated Kovalev on November 19th in Vegas.
Ward says he's the champ ... and needs to be paid like it ... or the fight everyone wants to see ain't happening.
But what if he doesn't get the figure he's looking for?
Check out the clip.

Marilyn Monroe Final Script Sold with Her Notes ... Spelling Doesn't Count
Marilyn Monroe's handwritten notes on how to act sexier are now in the hands of one lucky fan.
Marilyn's script for her final movie, "Something's Got to Give" ... was sold by Nate D Sanders Auctions on Thursday for $25k. The document is awesome because it includes notes she wrote to help nail her lines -- things like "lean towards him" and "leeding him on." Spelling wasn't really her thing ... not that anyone complained.
MM was famously fired from the romantic comedy, co-starring Dean Martin, in June 1962 ... reportedly for being disruptive. She died 2 months later.
Fun fact: The film was never completed with a new actress because Dean refused to do it without his original leeding lady.

Pitbull FL Paid Me $1 Mil To Take State Worldwide
Pitbull went public with the contract he signed with Florida -- revealing the state paid him a ton of money to be its ambassador -- but he only did it after a politician pushed him into a corner.
Pitbull released details of the 2015 deal he struck with the Sunshine State. The bottom line is he got a cool million bucks for one full year of promoting the hell out of Florida by doing a televised New Year's Eve celebration ... which aired on FOX. His "Sexy Beaches" music video was also used as a promotional tool for Florida.
The contract even required him to be a travel agent of sorts, creating 6 different "Pit Packages" ... which were sweepstakes for travel packages to the state.
Florida state's Speaker of the House Richard Corcoran had filed a lawsuit asking a judge to allow Pitbull's deal to be made public. As we reported ... Pitbull's company had threatened to sue if representatives leaked the "trade secrets" in his contract.
Mr. Worldwide beat him to the punch and tweeted the document.
For his part, Rep. Corcoran gloated a bit ... saying he was only trying to protect taxpayers and "ensure transparency is the rule and not the exception in state government."

Gilbert Arenas Wins Big in Child Support Battle ... Baby Mama Gets Dunked On
Gilbert Arenas got a huge assist from the judge in his child support case ... his monthly payments to his ex were just slashed big time.
Sources close to the former couple tell us ... Gilbert's child support checks to his baby mama, Laura Govan, will now be under $10k a month ... a huge drop from around the $40k he claimed he was paying. Arenas has recently said he's not as rich as everyone thinks ... and apparently there's some truth to that.
Gilbert admittedly has no chill, though ... so he took the opportunity to gloat about his big win in court and troll Laura at the same time.
Sources close to Govan tell us she has no idea why Arenas continues to insult and torment her -- since she's not doing it to him -- but all she wants now is for him to leave her alone.
Good luck with that.

Akon Accused of Playing Hide the Dough ... Producer Sues
Akon was not down to share the wealth from his hits, which is why he kept one of his producers in the dark ... according to a lawsuit.
Leland Clopton claims Akon's record label, Konvict Entertainment, hid financial stats from him for years to avoid paying his royalties. According to the docs, he produced a number of songs for Akon, but only saw some income statements for a few.
In the suit, Clopton alleges the cover-up was intentional, so Akon could keep Clopton's royalties from himself. He accuses Akon of a "pattern of racketeering activity."
Clopton says he's potentially lost millions since he started working with Akon in 2008. He's asking for at least $1 mil in damages and for his contract with Akon to be terminated.
We reached out to Akon ... so far, no word back.

Lena Headey Making Over $1 Mil Per 'GoT' Episode ... Ex-Husband Claims
Lena Headey got a HUGE pay raise on "Game of Thrones" and is now making more than $1 million PER EPISODE ... so claims her ex-husband, who's got plans for that extra dough.
Peter Loughran just filed new docs asking the court to make Lena pay his legal fees in their nasty custody battle -- to the tune of $40k. He says it's only fair, since he's jobless and Lena's sleeping on a bed of 'GoT' cash.
It's interesting ... there were reports Lena was set to make upwards of $500k per episode for season 7, but Peter obviously thinks she's making more than double that already.
The judge hasn't ruled on his request for Lena to pay.

Pitbull Pisses Off Politician ... Your Contract Is No Big 'Secret'
Pitbull's company is threatening to sue if details of his sweet deal with the state of Florida get out -- but the state's Speaker of the House refuses to be bullied.
State Rep. Richard Corcoran is suing Mr. Worldwide's company over his contract to be a celebrity tourism ambassador for the Sunshine State. Corcoran says Pitbull got "significant compensation" from FL when he signed the 2015 deal, but the amount was kept under wraps.
Corcoran says Florida's Congress was in the dark, until the company turned over the contract with one caveat -- if its "confidential trade secrets" were leaked, Pitbull could sue.
According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Corcoran wants the veil of secrecy lifted so legislators can work on the state's budget -- including tourism expenditures -- without worrying some singer is going to sue them.
Corcoran wants a judge to declare Florida's Congress immune from potential litigation -- and to rule there are no "trade secrets" in the contract, anyway.

Nicki Minaj Yo Kylie, Remember This Sweet Beach House?
If the walls of Nicki Minaj's Turks & Caicos birthday rental could talk, they'd whisper something about Kylie Jenner's ass celebration on the same $35 million estate.
Nicki's been there with her mom and several friends celebrating her 34th. We're told Meek Mill was there too, but left early.
If you look past Nicki's body, you might recognize the house ... since this is where Kylie had her 19th birthday party in August. She got the pad comp'd through Airbnb, but we're told Nicki threw down major stacks to stay there. The going rate is about $10k per night for 3 oceanside villas.
One look at the place, and even that steep price feels worth it.

Katt Williams Alleged Ex Files for Annulment
A woman claiming to be Katt Williams' ex now wants a judge to 86 all record of what she considers a legal union, but Katt insists there's nothing to wipe clean.
Eboni Gray filed to annul her alleged domestic partnership with Katt. She claims they were together, in the eyes of the law, from 2010 to 2011. In the docs, she asks for spousal support, which is odd since annulments don't typically end up with either party getting money.
It's like asking the court to declare nothing ever happened, but still demanding money for the thing that never happened. Makes no sense.
Eboni says she wants the annulment because Katt was of "unsound mind" while they were together -- but a source close to Katt tells us she's the one off her rocker. We're told Eboni worked for Katt during his comedy tour back then, but only for one week.
We've reached out to Eboni. So far, no word back.

Sherri Shepherd Ex-Hubby Wants Bigger Piece of Her Money Pie
Sherri Shepherd's ex-husband and baby daddy says the comedian is making a lot more cash, and he's asking for a bigger chunk of that change for child support payments.
Lamar Sally -- who has a 2-year-old son with Shepherd -- just filed docs in L.A. saying Sherri's $4,100 a month just ain't cuttin' it. Sally says when their deal was first made, it was under the belief Sherri raked in just over $1 mil a year ... but now he says he believes her income's closer to $3 mil.
Lamar claims their son has a medical condition that requires plenty of expensive medical treatment. He claims Sherri's acting gigs, stand-up career and 3% profit grab in a wig company are her main money makers.
Sally's also asking for $75k to cover legal expenses from their nasty divorce.
You'll remember -- the two went back and forth for over a year regarding the surrogate child -- with Sherri asking to be broken of all ties to the kid.
Looks like that battle still ain't over yet.
