Drake Honcho Birdman Screwed Me Too Now Open the Books!
Birdman is getting called on the carpet by the guy who discovered Drake, and the guy thinks Baby has a M.O. -- stiff the people who made you a success.
Jas Prince filed new legal docs demanding that Cash Money open the books on the millions of dollars Drake has generated for the label.
Jas is pissed because he's gotten a grand total of $2 million for his find, even though he was promised a huge chunk of the profits. And there are reports Cash Money has made $40 million from Drake.
So Jas -- whose dad is J. Prince -- wants to shine a light on Birdman's money practices.
Jas isn't alone -- Cash Money has already been sued by Lil Wayne and Young Turk, both of whom think Birdman has been shorting them.
They may be little and young, but they will NOT be shorted.

Dan Bilzerian Lambo's Gotta Go! I've Got No Room For It
Most people unload high-priced sports cars because they're gas guzzling money pits on wheels -- but Dan Bilzerian does it because he's got one too many sick rides. #DanBilzerianProblems
Instagram's 'Most Interesting Man' is in the process of custom building a new Baja racing truck, and has to clear out space ... in his NINE-car garage! So DB made the tough call to ditch his 2013 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster.
Bilzerian has put the car up for sale on eBay with a "Buy It Now" price of $500,000 ... about $150k less than he paid for it. And in case you think the car is worn down -- it only has 957 miles on it.
The Lambo does NOT include a guarantee to get you chicks -- à la Dan -- but it won't hurt.

'Real Housewives' Star Sued She's a Cheapskate with Dirty Laundry
"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Aprea has been slapped with a huge laundry bill -- her employees claim she shorted their checks and made 'em pay to clean their own uniforms.
According to court docs ... a former bartender and server at Aprea's NYC restaurant Angelo's of Mulberry St. says Aprea and her husband would only pay them for 7 hours -- even though they routinely worked 10 hour shifts. They also claim they paid out-of-pocket to wash their unis ... but NY law requires employers to pony up.
It's gotta sting ... Aprea famously told Teresa Giudice -- serving 15-months for fraud -- "karma's a bitch" ... but now she's the one facing a class action suit.
The employees' attorney -- David Gottlieb -- is demanding the Apreas shell out up to $2500 per worker for unpaid wages and overtime, uniform cleaning costs, plus an unspecified amount of damages.
Bravo, Karma.

Tyga I'm Not Banging Kylie Jenner
Amber Rose and Khloe Kardashian can shut down their Twitter beef -- because Tyga is not sleeping with 17-year-old Kylie Jenner ... according to Tyga.
Tyga hit up "The Breakfast Club" -- the same radio show where Amber blasted Kylie -- to clear up the rumors he's banging the youngest Jenner sis. He explained, "No, I'm not dating Kylie. I wanna be clear to everybody, I didn't leave my family to be with Kylie. That's ridiculous."
Responding to a report someone called child services -- Tyga claims law enforcement has NOT reached out to him about the possibility he has committed statutory rape. He added ... although he hangs out with Kylie, Kendall is usually there too. Although ... we've seen them out alone on multiple occasions.
Tyga also talked about his feud with Drake, and took a stand on the Lil Wayne/Birdman war … claiming he hasn't received a single dollar in royalties from Cash Money.

Lindsay Lohan I Got Esurance to Donate $10K To My Community Service Org
Lindsay Lohan successfully lobbied a big company to shell out $10,000 to her community service organization, just days before a judge decides if her community service was legit.
Lindsay is in the hot seat for some of her community service hours performed with London-based CSV, after prosecutor Terry White scoffed at the credit LiLo received for meeting with audience members after her London play. White also complained that Lindsay got credit for "work shadowing experience," where kids followed her around London. Problem was ... at the time she wasn't even working.
Well now TMZ has learned Lindsay contacted Esurance -- which featured LiLo in a Super Bowl ad -- and lobbied the company last Friday to give $10,000 to CSV.
We've learned Lindsay told Esurance execs she's been doing volunteer work for CSV lately because she likes what the org does for poor kids, and that's why she asked for the donation.
Our sources say last Saturday Esurance agreed to give CSV the $10K.
The problem ... Lindsay's due back in court Wednesday because the prosecutor has challenged her community service. It's possible the judge could ask CSV for more info about Lindsay's community service and the money could taint the legitimacy of CSV's response.
Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, says, "TMZ has stooped to a new low. To take Lindsay's positive efforts in supporting CSV and turn them into something negative simply to sell a story is offensive." She adds, "Lindsay has been involved in helping to raise funds for this wonderful organization since she started her community service there and she has continued her work as a volunteer, even though her community service was completed weeks ago."

The Situation's gonna turn fifty shades of white, because we've learned he's losing his tanning salon for good.
We're told Sitch fell behind on his rent for his Jersey skin bakery. His landlord went to court and they struck a deal where Mike would pay around $32K to the landlord ... the first $5,500 installment was due on January 15.
The date came and went, and the Sitch couldn't fork up the cash, so now there's a notice on the salon from the marshal ordering that all the stuff inside be moved STAT, because in 3 days the landlord's coming in, like it or not.
As you know, Mike is facing criminal tax fraud charges.
So now it's just gym and laundry.
