Amber Heard has been hit by the celebrity hackers hard ... with tons of her pics appearing to have leaked online -- including one topless photo that features a message to Johnny Depp.

Over 50 topless pictures were posted onto 4chan/Reddit from Amber Heard Sunday afternoon ... and it may be the biggest invasion of privacy since Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton were first hacked.

In one photo Amber is holding up a sign that's clearly a message to her fiance J.D. ... and refers to him as "Tonto."

The FBI has been on top things since the first wave of photos were released ... we contacted them today -- and they tell us their investigation is still on going.

Veteran actress Polly Bergen -- a.k.a. Stella Wingfield on "Desperate Housewives" -- died Saturday morning at the age of 84.

Bergen passed away around 11 AM at her home in Connecticut from natural causes ... according to her rep -- and was surrounded by family and her longtime manager.

Bergen's career launched in the '50s when she appeared in a Dean Martin/Jerry Lewis flick ... and since then, she starred in many TV shows and movies -- including the original "Cape Fear."

She also famously played the part of Mrs. Vernon-Williams in the cult Johnny Depp classic "Cry Baby."

In lieu of flowers, her rep says donations can be made to Planned Parenthood.

No, it's not Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo ... Ed Helms and Christina Applegate are taking over the Griswold family reigns for the next "Vacation" flick -- and filming has FINALLY started.

Helms plays a grown up version of Rusty Griswold -- originally played by Anthony Michael Hall -- and the plot centers around Ed taking his wife (Applegate) and their kids to Wally World.

The storyline may sound familiar ... but there are rumblings Chase and D'Angelo will reprise their famous roles in the flick ... so it should be pretty fun.

So much fun you'll be whistling Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah ... well, you know the rest.

Keanu Reeves had his chance to reprise his famous line from "The Matrix" -- "I know Kung Fu" -- because we've learned a woman broke into his house while he was sleeping and plunked herself on his library chair.

Reeves was snoozing at 4 AM Monday when he heard sounds coming from his library ... yes, Ted "Theodore" Logan has a library.

The actor got up, walked in and saw a woman in her mid-40's sitting in his chair, not uttering a peep.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Keanu calmly approached her and began speaking to her. She explained she was there to meet him. He very calmly called 911 and obtusely told the dispatcher cops needed to roll quick.

Police came and took the woman into custody. She was taken for a psych evaluation.

It's another amazing story of an obsessed fan gaining entry into a celeb's house. It recently happened to Sandra Bullock ... the fan ended up at her bedroom door as she was sleeping. Interesting ... that's Keanu's "Speed" co-star.

Keanu lives in an area in the Hollywood Hills tour bus drivers call "Hunk Alley." Leo DiCaprio is his neighbor. Tobey Maguire used to live next door to Keanu. The drivers call out Keanu's house -- which is built like a fort, so it's just amazing someone broke in.

Ben Affleck may not be welcome at the blackjack tables in Vegas, but Detroit can't afford to be that picky ... so he set up shop there!

We got this pic of Ben at the blackjack table at MotorCity Casino Hotel last Friday ... where Ben played high-stakes games for a few hours.

TMZ broke the story ... Affleck was blackjack banned for life at the Hard Rock in Vegas for counting cards. Ben says Hard Rock can join the crowd, because he's persona non grata at blackjack tables in numerous other Vegas casinos.

But not so in Detroit. Our spies say Ben had $30K worth of chips at one time. We don't know the bottom line at the end of the evening.

Affleck's in town shooting the new "Batman V Superman" movie and was spotted at the MotorCity. The actor -- who says he's not a compulsive gambler -- was also at the casino Saturday.

We're assuming he was counting cards. Come on, Ben ... Detroit needs that money!

A plane carrying Jackson Rathbone -- who played Jasper Hale in "Twilight" -- made an emergency landing in Long Beach Thursday ... after one of the engines exploded and his cabin filled with smoke.

Rathbone documented the whole thing on his WhoSay account ... after the right engine went kaput on a JetBlue flight heading for Austin, Texas from the LBC.

Jackson claims the oxygen masks didn't deploy when the plane got smoky -- so the flight attendant had to manually release them. According to reports ... one person was hospitalized for shortness of breath once they landed.

Rathbone says things got so scary while they were on the way down ... he grabbed his son/wife tightly and started praying.

Luckily they landed safely -- and when the plane stopped Jackson said screw his personal belongings and jumped down the inflatable slide with his family to exit the plane ASAP.

"Django Unchained" actress Daniele Watts and her BF were victims of racial profiling by cops in Texas ... months before they accused the LAPD of the same thing -- or so they claim.

Brian Lucas posted on his Facebook page May 23rd, "We just got pulled over for speeding & were actually "profiled" as a bi-racial, queer couple by a rookie Texas State Trooper." He also posted a selfie of him and Watts posing next to a silver Mercedes.

We broke the story ... Watts played the race card in a big way last Thursday ... when L.A. cops responded to reports of a couple having sex in a parked, silver Mercedes. They deny they were banging ... and said officers targeted them because he's white and she's black.

As for the Texas incident, Lucas called it a magical experience, adding "we are ok and spirit even supported us in a RAWKin' cool way that we couldn't even plan."

Maybe TX was just the opening act for L.A.

Ben Affleck just confirmed TMZ's story that he was kicked out of the Hard Rock Casino for counting cards in blackjack ... but he says the casino really is just a sore loser because there's nothing wrong with it.

Affleck told Details Magazine, "I took some time to learn the game and became a decent blackjack player. And once I became decent, the casinos asked me not to play blackjack."

TMZ broke the story in May ... Ben's been banned for life from the blackjack tables at the Hard Rock because security caught him counting cards, but fact is ... it's not illegal. Really, it's just kind of awesome.

Ben says he's been kicked out of other casinos as well, but they're all more than happy to let him play other games where he might lose.

Affleck also says reports that wife Jennifer Garner is pissed off at him for excessive gambling are BS. He says he's not a compulsive gambler.

The doctor who was performing a procedure on Joan Rivers when she stopped breathing allowed cameras into her office for a Celine Dion documentary ... performing a vocal cord procedure and joking around with the famous singer.

Dr. Gwen Korovin checked out Celine's strained vocal cords for the singer's 2010 documentary, "Through the Eyes of the World."

The procedure is called a laryngoscopy ... in which the mouth/oral cavity is numbed so the patient can respond to the doctor's commands.

"Django Unchained" actress Daniele Watts' BF is sticking to their story -- that they were fully clothed and NOT HAVING SEX -- and he thinks TMZ's pics of the scene prove they were only making out.

Brian Lucas tells us he and Watts found the photos of their front seat romp "quite entertaining and fascinating" -- but says there's nothing in the photos that shows them banging. He also says there are no photos of Watts' breasts exposed because it never happened ... as witnesses claim it did.

Bottom line, Lucas says there's no hard proof sex was involved ... "only assumptions."

We broke the story ... Lucas and Watts were questioned by cops who responded to reports of indecent exposure after people saw the couple going at it. Watts claimed cops were racist and roughed her up.

Lucas tells us they met with the LAPD Tuesday to give them an official statement about the incident.

The "Django Unchained" actress who cried racism against the LAPD ... claiming they harassed and hurt her because she was just making out with her white boyfriend in a car -- has some explaining to do, because we obtained pictures that seem to show A LOT more than sucking face.

The pictures were taken Thursday outside the CBS lot in Studio City. You see Daniele Watts straddling BF Brian -- their hands steadying themselves around the sunroof.

An eyewitness who saw Daniele and Brian as he worked in a nearby office tells TMZ ... Brian was sitting in the passenger seat with his feet on the curb and Daniele was straddling him with her shirt pulled up -- breasts exposed. The eyewitness says she was grinding on top of him, rocking back and forth.

Someone from the office went down and asked Daniele and Brian to stop because everyone in the office could see them but they continued.

The eyewitnesses say Brian then began "horizontally bongoing her boobs back and forth." He says she eventually reached into the center console, grabbed a tissue, wiped him down and then herself and tossed it on the grass.

Someone from the office called the cops and made an indecent exposure complaint. TMZ obtained police audio when the cops came out, and Daniele played the race and fame cards.

George Clooney is getting a big discount on booze for his wedding, with the help of best friend Rande Gerber ... who's flying more than 50 cases of tequila to Italy for the big shindig a week from Saturday.

TMZ got video Monday of Randy leaving L.A. for Italy in a private jet ... loaded with at least 50 cases of Casamigos tequila ... the company owned by George and Rande.

The video is fantastic ... Rande drives up in a blacked-out black Mercedes right to his jet, where he inspects the precious cargo ... then has one of the guys cut open 2 boxes. Cindy Crawford's hubby then removes one bottle of Reposado and one bottle of Blanco ... then proudly fist pumps them as he boards the jet.

There are numerous reports in Italy ... the wedding is set for a week from Monday at Cipriani hotel in Venice.

Shia LaBeouf lives in fear of a woman who is convinced he discovered the theory of relativity ... a woman so deranged she threatened to blow up his house.

Shia just got a restraining order against Graciela Nahle ... who apparently showed up at his house eating watermelon on the driveway and when the actor asked her to leave she screamed, "I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world! You are Albert Einstein and we belong together."

According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Nahle showed up at Shia's house 3 times and he fears for his safety.

She's been a thorn in Shia's side for months, once showing up with an infant in her arms ... claiming to have been best buds in a previous incarnation.

She's been previously arrested for making criminal threats against the actor.

The "Django Unchained" actress who claimed she was harassed and hurt by cops after making out with her boyfriend was actually having sex in her car according to witnesses ... then went on a rant with cops accusing them of racism and not knowing who she was ... according to police audio obtained by TMZ.

Daniele Watts had just left CBS studios in the San Fernando Valley around 2 PM Thursday. She says she was making out with her BF, but we've learned witnesses from the nearby Art Directors Guild office building told cops they were watching her and her BF have full-on sex in the passenger seat WITH THE DOOR OPEN!

The eyewitnesses said the guy was sitting in the seat, she was straddling him and it was for everyone to see. One eyewitness told cops they cleaned themselves up afterward with a tissue.

TMZ obtained police audio of the incident. Watts instantly plays the race card when Sgt. Jim Parker asked for her ID. She quickly moves from the race card to the fame card -- then storms off, refusing to show her ID.

While Watts was gone, Sgt. Parker had a very cordial conversation with her BF Brian.

She was apprehended by another cop a short distance away and brought back -- and things got NUCLEAR!

Some of her choice comments:

- "I think I'd like to identify you ... to my publicist."

- "I hope when you're f***ing your spouses you really feel alive."

We're told she plans to file a complaint with the LAPD and has hired a lawyer.

Angelina Jolie took a tour of a Maltese battleship this weekend, where she was inexplicably saluted by a few members of the Maltese Navy.

An actress from "Django Unchained" claims she was the victim of classic racism and police brutality ... just because she was showing affection to a white man.

Daniele Watts and her boyfriend Brian were making out in a parked car Thursday outside the CBS studios in the San Fernando Valley. Daniele had just left a meeting at CBS with a director. Brian tells us ... he was told a resident of a nearby apartment saw them making out and called the cops.

Brian tells us LAPD officers came up to them with a suspicious eye. Brian believes it's because cops saw "a tatted rocker white boy and a hot bootie shorted black girl and thought we were HO & a trick."

Brian -- a celebrity chef -- says cops demanded to see their IDs -- he complied but she refused. Brian tells TMZ ... Daniele walked away, only to be confronted by cops a short distance later, cuffed, thrown in the back of the patrol car and taken back to the scene.

She says the cuffs were so tight they tore through her wrists, causing them to bleed.

Cops say they received a 911 call from a concerned citizen saying a male and female were involved in "indecent exposure" inside their vehicle ... with the door open.

Brian says they've retained a lawyer and will file a complaint with the LAPD ... and more.
