Justin Bieber was in a car accident in Bev Hills Tuesday at 2 PM PDT ... after a car driven by a paparazzo was chasing the Escalade in which Bieber was a passenger -- eyewitnesses tell TMZ.

We're told the Escalade was going down Canon Drive at a fast clip, trying to lose the photog, when a BMW was pulling out of a parking structure near Bouchon restaurant. An eyewitness tells us ... the BMW misjudged the speed of the Escalade and smashed into it.

We're told Bieber almost immediately got out of the SUV and into another car and sped off.

The people calling BS on a story about a little girl who was thrown out of a KFC because her face made customers lose their appetite are themselves full of BS ... so claims the aunt of the girl.

3-year-old Victoria Welcher was supposedly kicked out of a KFC in Jackson, Miss. last month after an employee felt her facial wounds from a pit bull attack were upsetting customers.

New reports claim the story is bogus.

But Victoria's aunt, Teri Rials Bates, now claims it really happened and the franchise is in the midst of a KFC investigation.

A Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker went haywire ... shooting scalding hot soup all over a New Jersey woman's body ... so says the lady who is now suing the famous cook.

Larysa Moccia claims she used her pressure cooker approximately 10 times during the year she owned it, making soup on each occasion.

She claims she followed the directions to the tee -- unplugging the pressure cooker, waiting 30 minutes, then venting the pressure.

But on May 21, 2012 ... Moccia claims after the pressure cooker indicator gave the all clear to open the lid ... she says she slowly removed it ... then, suddenly, she says the lid popped off and burning hot liquid exploded onto her abdomen and upper extremities.

Moccia claims the lid was supposed to remain locked when the contents were pressurized, but it failed.

She's suing Wolfgang, HSN and others.

Nate Estimada -- the "Men of the Strip" star who committed suicide Wednesday -- had been suffering from depression before he drove off a cliff ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources tell us it was clear something was wrong with Estimada during his final performance in Boston last Friday ... but Nate wasn't receptive to talking about it with his co-stars.

We're told Nate's close friend -- one of the other dancers -- told the rest of the cast Estimada had been getting treatment for depression ... and he was just having a rough time dealing with things.

As we previously reported, Nate drove his car off a cliff ... and cops say he plunged 300-400 feet into a landfill area.

According to an eyewitness ... he heard the Mustang engine rev up very loudly before it launched off the cliff. We're told Nate was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

"Storage Wars" star Dan Dotson made an important life decision after suffering a double brain aneurysm Monday ... he's giving up on smoking cigarettes for good.

Laura Dotson tells TMZ her husband immediately decided to quit smoking after he woke up from a successful surgery on Wednesday -- because doctors said it would greatly reduce the risk of a repeat incident.

We're told Dan's excited to finally be smoke-free -- he's been puffing for 40 years -- and his 16-year-old son was so inspired by the move, he also pledged to focus on living healthier.

Randy Travis is not only unable to sing ... he's unable to speak ... a year after his devastating stroke ... people connected with the country singer tell TMZ.

Travis had a paralyzing stroke in July of last year. He is just now able to walk with a cane, but his speech has not come back.

The singer recently stepped out in public for the first time late last month, to attend Dolly Parton's show at the Winstar Casino in Oklahoma. He took a pic with her backstage after the concert. Reports then surfaced that Randy told Dolly he wanted to go back to doing what he did best ... singing.

But our sources say Randy didn't say anything to Dolly ... because he can't. A rep for Travis told TMZ ... although he can't speak now, the therapist said it wouldn't be out of the question for him to return to the stage ... possibly in 3 years.

The double brain aneurysm emergency that almost killed "Storage Wars" star Dan Dotson has been chronicled for all to see ... we're told producers actually filmed the scary surgery.

Laura Dotson tells TMZ ... producers rushed to the hospital to film the procedure-- and it will more than likely be featured on Season 6.

We're told Dan's blood pressure has returned to normal levels ... and he suffered no paralysis ... good news, because doctors feared partial facial paralysis.

Tracy Morgan's recovery is moving to the next stage -- he's finally out of the hospital, but still faces several weeks of rehab ... according to his rep.

Almost 2 weeks after the horrific accident on the NJ Turnpike ... Tracy's rep says he's been transferred from the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital -- and is now at an undisclosed physical rehab center.

Tracy's battling back after suffering several broken bones, including his femur.

"Storage Wars" auctioneer Dan Dotson was rushed to a hospital in Palm Springs Monday afternoon after suffering a double brain aneurysm ... and doctors said he only had a slight chance of survival.

Dotson's wife Laura Dotson tells TMZ ... Dan woke Monday morning around 1 AM asking weird questions in his sleep -- and when he got up again around 7:30 AM things took a turn for the worse.

Laura says Dan complained about having double vision and not feeling right -- so he went back to sleep. Dan got up a few hours later to take a shower, got out, and collapsed.

Laura says he turned blue, so she worked with an 911 operator to administer CPR.

Laura says Dan actually suffered two aneurysms -- one behind the eye and another in his neck the size of an apricot. He was given a 4%-20% chance of survival.

Donald Sterling knew full well he was being tested for Alzheimer's when a doctor examined him last month ... but it's unclear if Donald knew his control over the L.A. Clippers was on the line.

TMZ Sports has obtained a letter written by the examining doctor to Shelly Sterling's lawyer, Pierce O'Donnell. According to the letter, the doc met Donald at his house on May 22. Shelly was also present.

After the exam the doctor concluded Donald's mind was impaired by the disease, to the point he was "at risk of making potentially serious errors of judgment, impulse control, and recall in the management of his finances and his trust."

Here's what's murky. It's unclear if Donald knew he was being examined for the purpose of determining if he should be stripped of control over the team. The doctor explains Sterling had previously been examined by a doctor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center who concluded he had Alzheimer's, and the doctor was there for a second opinion.

The doctor writes, "I asked him if he knew why I was there, and he said, 'I think so.'"

Miley Cyrus put on a money covered thong bodysuit and went wild at her concert in Madrid -- putting on a wedgie clinic, and completely opening up to her fans ... which is not necessarily a good thing.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice -- who is facing years in prison on fraud charges -- just got struck with a profound tragedy ... his dad just collapsed and died in Joe's garden.

Frank Giudice -- who also appears on "Real Housewives of New Jersey" along with Joe and Teresa -- was building a chicken coop in the garden when he fell to the ground.

We're told Frank had no apparent health issues. Joe and Teresa believe he suffered a massive heart attack, but it's too early to tell. EMTs are still at the house at the time this story was posted.

'Howard Stern Show' writer Benjy Bronk got a rude awakening from Wanda Sykes, who warned him he's getting dangerously close to an unwanted ass inspection from a stranger.

We got Wanda and Benjy outside the Sirius XM building this morning in NYC -- and she started ripping him about his big wager with Howard.

Meek Mill ruined the career -- and maybe the sex life -- of a former Philly cop who now wants the rapper to pay dearly.

As TMZ first reported, Mill was arrested in 2012 for allegedly having weed on him, but when cops came up with zilch he sued the city of Philadelphia. Meek lost the case, but one of the involved officers claims he lost a lot too.

In a new lawsuit, the cop says Meek defamed him in interviews ... damaging his reputation and character. He was fired for allegations unrelated to Meek's case -- but claims it's been hard to find work because of Meek slamming him in the media.

Worst of all, the officer hints he's uhh -- misfiring in the bedroom. He claims the case "had a strong affect on my life and relationship performance with my fiancée."

Tracy Morgan is showing strong signs of improvement ... so much so that doctors upgraded his condition to fair today.

Tracy's been listed in critical condition ever since the accident on June 7. He's remained hospitalized while recovering from several broken bones ... the worst of which is a fractured femur.

A rep for Tracy says not only is his health improving, but ... "His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."

Morgan's assistant, who was injured in the wreck ... was also upgraded to fair condition, according to the rep.
