4:54 PM PT -- Reps for the bands tell us ... no one lost any equipment or personal belongings in the fire ... the bands are on a three day break and everyone had taken most of their things off the buses.

Two tour buses for a Styx and Foreigner concert turned into vehicular torches early Wednesday afternoon in Philly ... TMZ has learned.

It's unclear how the fire started, but we're told one bus went up in flames ... and the fire spread to the second vehicle.

The buses were parked and NOT occupied when they caught fire. We're told the buses are "crew buses" and not "band buses."

The bands are scheduled to perform together Thursday in New Jersey.

In case you don't remember Styx -- you should be ashamed of yourself -- they had a bunch of hits including "Babe," "Renegade," "Mr. Roboto" and "Come Sail Away."

As for the concert, the show presumably will go on.

Shia LaBeouf is NOT in rehab ... but he IS getting treatment for alcohol addiction ... TMZ has learned.

Shia's rep tells us ... reports that he entered a rehab facility are bogus. She says his bizarre conduct over the last few months is symptomatic of a larger health issue -- alcohol addiction -- and he understands it.

It sounds like Shia is in a 12-step program. The rep says "he has taken the first of many necessary steps toward recovery."

We also got pics Tuesday showing Shia carrying an AA book for all to see.

Shia LaBeouf showed strong signs today he's getting help for some kind of substance abuse issue in the wake of his string of bizarre meltdowns.

Shia was in the L.A. area ... clutching an Alcoholics Anonymous book.

We don't know if Shia is just reading up or taking more formal action ... but it would seem there's a connection to his arrest last week after causing a scene at Studio 54 in NYC. As we reported, there have been other -- apparently alcohol-fueled incidents -- at a strip club in New York a week earlier and at a restaurant in L.A. a month ago.

We've reached out for comment about the photos ... so far no word back.

Harrison Ford isn't going to let a little broken foot keep him down -- he was spotted in London over the weekend with his banged up limb strapped to a contraption possibly borrowed from C-3PO.

Ford suffered the injury while filming "Star Wars: Episode VII" earlier this month. The injury required surgery, and some say reports say he could be on the shelf for as long as 6 months.

So far Disney is sticking to the release date of December 18, 2015 ... so the 71-year-old will have to heal quickly to stick to the shooting schedule.

Justin Bieber was a full-on good Samaritan Sunday ... rushing to the aid of 3 of Floyd Mayweather's kids who were involved in a bad car crash.

Here's what we know. Floyd was on the red carpet Sunday afternoon for the BET Awards when he got word his kids were in a bad crash in L.A. Floyd happened to be on the phone with Bieber at the time and told the singer how bummed he was that he was on the red carpet and not there for his kids.

Bieber happened to be in an SUV not too far away from the crash and jumped into action, racing to the scene.

Biebs told the cops he was friends of the family and wanted to check on their well-being.

We're told it was a multi-vehicle collision ... several cars and a motorcycle. The kids were not seriously injured -- one had a busted lip -- and Bieber tried comforting them by playing his new music for them.

Bieber was then allowed to put the kids in his SUV and drove them to Floyd ... then returned to the accident scene to inform cops the children were with the boxer.

There was a shooting at a Hollywood nightclub -- filled with famous rappers -- hours after the BET Awards.

The incident occurred at around 2:30 AM PT Monday at Supper Club. Someone fired a shot outside the club. One eyewitness tells TMZ the shooter was aiming at the Game's car ... although that does not appear to be the case. Another witness says the shot was fired in the air.

We're told no one was hit.

A witness says the man in the white T-shirt had a gun in his right hand at the time of the shooting and was running from the area where shots were fired.

A number of rappers were inside the club following the BET awards, including Game, Meek Mill, T-Pain, and Busta Rhymes.

Former legendary news helicopter pilot, Bob Tur, can officially roar like a woman ... because she's completed gender reassignment surgery.

Bob ... who now goes by Zoey ... famously covered the O.J. Bronco chase and captured the Reginald Denny beating for KCBS in L.A.

Zoey tells TMZ she finished the sexual reassignment surgery last week, and is recovering in the hospital. We're also told she had "major cranial facial surgery."

Zoey called in to TMZ Live while she was in the early stages of becoming a woman ... and explained her experience with gender dysphoria ... and how happy she was with the transformation process.

One of the things that worried her was the ability to fly with the same expertise ... which she admitted had become difficult.

As we previously reported ... Tur's rival helo-pilot, Dirk Vahle, underwent the same transformation to become Dana two years ago, and the two are now close friends.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call from an incident in April, when rapper Christ Bearer -- affiliated with the Wu-Tang Clan -- jumped off his apartment balcony after cutting off his junk.

Christ Bearer's friend told the dispatcher he didn't see the cutting but did see the rapper jump. The friend initially tells the dispatcher the rapper might be dead, but then you hear Christ Bearer scream bloody murder.

Then it gets crazy ... the friend says Christ Bearer ran upstairs to the apartment and tried to get in, and that's when he noticed the carnage.

4:55 PM PT -- Lure tells TMZ ... the club is shocked and saddened by the stabbing -- "which did not take place inside our venue." We're told the attack occurred on the street outside the club. Management says it's cooperating with the LAPD in its investigation.

There was a stabbing last night at a BET Awards pre-party filled with famous rappers ... somebody was seriously injured -- and we got crazy footage as it all was going down.

Law enforcement says a man in his 20s was stabbed inside Lure Nightclub on the dance floor Saturday night after a fight broke out ... and in the video, he's seen laying on the curb waiting for help while a panicked friend yells at cops to hurry the ambulance.

We're told the man was rushed to Cedars-Sinai with two stab wounds in the stomach and he's currently in stable condition.

The party was hosted by rapper Meek Mill ... The Game, Lil Boosie, Mase and actress Kyla Pratt were also there.

So far ... it's unclear why the fight that led to the stabbing broke out.

"Designing Women" star Meshach Taylor died Saturday night ... after a long battle with cancer.

Taylor's family says he passed away at his home in California while surrounded by loved ones.

Meshach is best known for the role of Anthony Bouvier on the popular late 80's show ... and he was nominated for an Emmy in 1989.

Taylor also famously portrayed Hollywood Montrose in the '87 cult classic flick "Mannequin" -- and had a TON of roles on hit T.V. shows ... like "Hannah Montana", "The Drew Carey Show" and "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide."

"Dance Moms" instructor Abby Lee Miller so frightened her students ... one pint-sized dancer needed a shrink ... so the mom claims in a new lawsuit.

Kelly Hyland claims Miller made her daughter Paige so nervous during rehearsals ... the girl started suffering panic attacks to the point she couldn't breathe.

Hyland says in the lawsuit producers made it even worse by shoving cameras in Paige's face during her anxiety attacks. She says the whole thing was so traumatic, Paige had to go to a psychiatrist.

Hyland claims Miller tormented her, too ... calling her an alcoholic stage mom ... and insulting her with 8 bottles of tequila as an XMAS present.

We reached out to Miller about the lawsuit ... but all she did was brag about her new book.

Liam Neeson's nephew was rushed to the hospital after suffering a serious head injury and is reportedly in critical condition.

The 31-year-old son of Neeson's sister fell 20 feet from a telephone box after a night out with friends in East Sussex ... so says the Daily Mail. The accident occurred around 4:00 AM Sunday.

Ecstasy played a central role in the 911 emergency Wednesday night that sent dozens of Avicii concertgoers to the hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources in Boston tell TMZ ... some of the concertgoers were high on ecstasy and it created a dangerous situation, because the pit area was extremely hot and crowded. Dehydration is a common side effect for ecstasy users. Many of those taken to the ER were severely dehydrated.

What's unclear ... where all the concertgoers got the ecstasy and if a particular batch feuled the emergency.

One concertgoer tells TMZ ... in addition to hard drugs, the place smelled like weed and puke and some people were so wasted they were falling down stairs, urinating in the back rows, and passing out.

In all, 36 people were taken to local hospitals and additional 50 were treated at the scene.

A slew of electronic dance music fans attending an Avicii concert were hospitalized Wednesday night after getting dangerously wasted.

EMTs transported 22 people ... with a dozen more under evaluation after the Swedish DJ performed at the TD Bank Garden in Boston ... according to the Boston Herald.

It's unclear what what caused all the fans to get so sick ... EMTs say 38 people -- many of them minors -- may have consumed a dangerous substance.

Sources close to Avicii tell TMZ ... the DJ was unaware the fans got so sick.

Justin Bieber is being sued for allegedly striking a pedestrian while driving his Ferrari and the guy suing says he was injured so badly ... he may never recover.

Walter Lee claims in the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was walking on the Sunset Strip a year ago just before midnight when Justin was cruising down the street and struck him.

As we previously reported ... Bieber was leaving the Laugh Factory with Lil Twist in the passenger seat.

Lee claims his injuries are severe -- lacerations, hematomas, deep abrasions on his left knee and leg and deep venous thrombosis.

He says he's been saddled with hospital and other medical bills.

Justin was actually investigated for hit-and-run but cleared.
