A smiling Gervais was weathering the storm in New York this morning -- following his super-controversial statements at the awards show -- when Ricky told us, "I think twice is enough."

Capri -- who was in Charlie's NYC hotel room during his meltdown last year -- was in L.A. yesterday when a photog asked if she thought Sheen needs rehab. Her response: "It might be the best thing for him."

Capri also fired off a bitter-sounding shot at Charlie's Vegas porn companion Bree Olson.

The couple has reportedly been dating on the down low for the past couple of weeks -- even spending some QT together on Martha's Vineyard recently.

As Ronson tried to get out of her Venice, CA pad yesterday -- photogs tried to ask about the situation ... but a frustrated Sam replied, "Dude, I'm way too pissed off right now."

Multiple photogs -- not ours -- were shooting Disick and baby Mason, when Scott turned to one snapper and said, "How close can you get?? ... stand back, you f**king idiot."

Seconds later, Disick snaps -- charging towards the photog screaming, "Don't get that f**king close to me!!!"

Moments later, Disick calms down and tries to explain himself ... saying, "I mean he's this f**king close to my kid man."

This lovely creature was spotted outside the wedding of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, being brushed and fitted with some kind of headwear before being led into the festivities.

Cameras caught Aubry outside The Grove in L.A. -- moving stuff out of his banged up ride and into a waiting Lexus that came to pick him up.

It's unclear how the accident occurred -- but judging by the way Aubry was moving around after the wreck ... it appears he wasn't injured.

UPDATE: Now there's a Halle Berry connection.

There was word that the person who picked up Aubry was Berry's assistant -- but in the footage, we never see the person in the driver's seat.

Now, there's more proof ... we've found some recent photos showing Berry -- Aubry's baby mama -- riding in the exact same Lexus that swooped up Aubry.

On their way into the theater -- located near Betty Ford -- the two appeared to be getting along so well, that Lindsay opened up and allowed Michael to inspect something inside of her mouth. Good times.

It all went down last weekend at an L.A. shopping center where Shia's cockeyed parking job ended up blocking the Porsche's driver side door. It's definitely a dangerously tight fit, but it also looks like Porsche dude could've crawled through his passenger side door and took off.

Instead, he shot video, snitched Shia out to a mall cop ... and waited 40 minutes for Shia to return and face intense questioning.
