One, two, three o'clock, four o'clock rock ... and if you're partying with Lindsay Lohan at Coachella -- it may go even later.

Lilo and her brother Michael hit up the Flaunt magazine after party Friday following night one of Coachella ... and according to the photog, they split at around 3:30 am.

Not bad, considering the concert ended around 12:30ish.

As we previously reported ... Lindsay made her yearly vow to stay sober at the annual music festival -- known for good music and drugs.

Lindsay Lohan loves temptation -- she is on a plane to Coachella right now ... and TMZ has learned she is telling her friends she will 100% NOT fall off the wagon.

According to our sources, Lindsay is aware that going to the festival -- famous for great music and drugs -- is a risk to her sobriety, but she has been promising people she is going to stay sober.

Lindsay has been a mainstay at the festival (long before it went mainstream) and goes with her siblings every year. She made this same sober promise last year, famously hitting Coachella right before checking into rehab.

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

Jesse McCartney's BOOZE-FUELED birthday bash came to a screeching halt Monday night ... when servers cut off the alcohol supply at Jesse's table because everyone got hammered.

We're told Jesse booked a VIP table at The Pool After Dark at Harrah's in Atlantic City for his 27th birthday ... and things got rolling after midnight when Jesse performed for the crowd.

According to the club ... McCartney was with 5 friends who were slamming shots all night. We're told they got so wasted, they were taking shots of club soda ... mistaking it for vodka.

Jesse -- who was NOT drunk -- apologized to the club's owner for his boozy friends and tried to make good by taking selfies with fans ... before leaving with his drunken pals at 2:30 A.M.

Jennie Garth was DENIED at a hot Hollywood club because she was asked to stand with the common folk, and not because her friends were turned away ... so claims the photog who took the pic.

The photog tells TMZ ... Jennie skipped the line and walked up to the security team at the front door. He says they told her they had no power to make exceptions -- everyone needed to stand in line. The photog says that's when Jennie dropped the card, saying, "I'm 40 years old, I have 3 kids, I've been in the business for years."

FYI -- she's 42.

The photog says the "90210" star did not stand in line, began crying and one of the men she was with tried shielding her from the cameras. She never stood in line ... she just left.

The "no touching" rule did NOT apply for this lap dance -- Lady Gaga shoved her ass in her boyfriend Taylor Kinney's face Friday in NYC ... and his hands were EVERYWHERE.

Gaga -- wearing fishnets and a thong bodysuit -- went full stripper on the "Chicago Fire" star inside 42West's new nightclub BPM. We're told Kinney even spanked her.

A source in the VIP area tells TMZ, Gaga showed up with Kinney just after midnight, and the two were all over each other pretty much the whole time.

Justin Bieber was persona non grata at the hottest nightclubs in Miami this past weekend -- they ALL refused to let Bieber inside ... because he's a bigger headache than he's worth.

Club sources tell TMZ, Bieber's people called ahead last week, asking to reserve tables at LIV, Story, and Adoré while the Biebs was in town -- but the singer's camp was denied at all 3 locations.

We're told Bieber's people begged and pleaded, promising to spend big money on bottles if the clubs granted Bieber entry, but the clubs didn't budge.

According to sources, there were 2 reasons for refusing Bieber -- first, he's not 21 ... second, the last time Bieber went big at a Miami nightclub he was arrested for DUI.

The DUI resulted in a ton of negative press for SET nightclub -- where Bieber had been partying prior -- and the guys at LIV, Story, and Adoré just didn't think Bieber was worth the trouble.

We're told the clubs offered to let Bieber in if he agreed to perform a song -- since performers don't have to meet the 21+ age requirement -- but Bieber turned them down. And no one cared.

Bieber ended up having a low key night Friday night at Cavalli Restaurant and Lounge. It's unclear where he landed Saturday night, but it was NOT at any of the big clubs.

Mother nature tried her best to ruin a Waka Flocka Flame gig on Friday night ... so the rapper said screw it, and took his outdoor show INSIDE AN ACTUAL LIVING ROOM!

Waka -- no stranger to sell out arena shows -- had a concert Friday at the University of Alabama's Delta Chi fraternity ... and it was supposed to be held in the backyard.

However, promoters say they were forced to move things into the living room when rain got too intense -- and based on the video, it looks the scene change made for a bad ass concert.

Waka requested 40 bottles of cheap champagne for the event -- which ran the frat over $25k.

I went to an 80s rock concert this weekend and a wedding broke out ... is how guests at the nuptials of Linda Perry and Sara Gilbert must have felt ... because the affair was JAM PACKED with rock performances.

Perry and Gilbert tied the knot in Malibu on Sunday, after announcing their engagement a year ago.

According to our sources, Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, Aisha Tyler, Steven Tyler, Juliette Lewis and Tobey Maguire were all in attendance.

But the stars of the show were the people who took the stage, backed by 80s cover group Flashback Heart Attack:

Our sources say Linda MC'ed the whole show and the stage was mocked up to look like the classic rock club CBGB.

When Scrappy complained, citing the down payment they already paid ... he says the people running the place -- who are white -- allegedly told him they didn't want to serve "you people."

Cops were called -- because Scrappy didn't want to leave without a refund on his down payment -- but officers got him half the money ... and the salon agreed to mail the rest, so he left.

George Lopez says Latinos are excellent drinkers who can really hold their liquor -- but he's not one of 'em -- telling TMZ his drunken debacle at a Canadian casino has convinced him to give up the hooch.

We got George outside Howard Stern's show this morning in NYC ... and when we asked about his arrest for public drunkeness in a Canadian casino last month he said he hasn't touched a drop since. No weed either.

Katy Perry's got an unlikely new BF -- rapper Riff Raff -- at least that's on Riff Raff's wish list ... because he's SMITTEN after the two went on a date last week ... despite his obvious addiction to other women in thong bikinis.

Raff was out in Miami Tuesday when we asked about his date with the "Dark Horse" singer -- Raff says he took Katy out for the Holy Trinity ... sushi, bowling, and drinks ... and he had a blast.

Miley Cyrus had a sweet weekend ... celebrating her Bangerz Tour stop in Miami with a sick cake that reportedly cost a cool $5,000 to make.

The cake -- which Miley and friends presumably scarfed down while partying at Cameo night club -- featured depictions of several tongues, a cat crying, a hot dog, and a teddy bear in a gold chain.

Bad for a wedding or a kid's birthday party ... but perfect for Miley.

UPDATE #1: Divine Delicacies Cakes, the folks that made the cake, tell TMZ the reason why it cost so much is that the Bangerz lettering on top was done with Swarovski crystals (which were not edible). They say the club footed the bill for the cake, which was red velvet inside and was capable of feeding 300 people (or 20 stoners).

It's Aretha Franklin's birthday, and if you wanna make the Queen of Soul happy all you gotta do is sign her son to a record deal ... and her grandson ... and her granddaughter.

The now 72-year old diva was on her way out of her private party in NYC at the Ritz ... and Aretha knew exactly what she wanted when our photog asked what would be her ideal b-day gift.

Denzel Washington attended the event to surprise the singer -- same goes for her buddies Clive Davis, Andre 3000 and Babyface.

Victorie Franklin -- Aretha's granddaughter -- performed at the BET Honors concert paying tribute to the legendary diva -- and she's pretty damn good.

12:30 PM PT -- It's getting real ... a source connected with the show tells TMZ, "It would be a shame for them to walk away from their big break. Fortunately for the viewers, there are plenty of kids in the South."

The cast of CMT's "Party Down South" is NOT giving up on its war for fatter paychecks -- despite what the network is claiming -- in fact, they've now banded together ... and are threatening to derail the entire show if their money demands aren't met.

As we reported, show reps had claimed the salary war was over -- telling us the cast had agreed to continue with Season 2 production per their original contract ... at a rate roughly equal to their Season 1 rate of $500 per episode.

The cast wanted a raise to $7,500 each per episode -- but CMT refused to budge ... and reps for the show told us the cast had given up its fight.

But now we've learned ... that's not true -- lawyers representing the cast just sent a letter to CMT and 495 Productions, claiming the contracts initially signed by the cast weren't fair.

The lawyers claim the cast signed extremely unfair contracts without lawyer help, and they want new contracts drawn up asap. Among their demands ... way more money.
