'RHOA' star Phaedra Parks put her broken marriage with Apollo Nida aside to make sure the entire family was together for their son Ayden's 'TMNT'-themed 6th birthday party, minus Apollo, of course.

Phaedra rented out Stars & Strikes bowling alley over the weekend in ATL, and the guest list was stacked -- 100 of Ayden's closest friends and family, including Apollo's mom. Phaedra's 'RHOA' co-star, Porsha Williams, also showed.

Apollo wasn't there since he's serving 8 years for bank fraud, but Ayden still looked like he had the time of his life, which isn't really hard when you're turning 6 and laser tagging.

Phaedra might've lost some cool mom points in the gift department. She followed up last year's tricked out Mercedes SUV with a $50k deposit into his college savings account.

Rihanna's dropping dough all over Texas and one Austin bartender's reaping the benefits.

RiRi turned up over the weekend at The Lodge on 6th, where she showed the staff mad love. Not that she was boozing out of control -- she had a show the next day -- and her tab was only $82.25.

Still, we're told she left a fat tip of $200 for her barkeep!

Rihanna and her crew weren't there long -- they arrived at 1:15 and stayed until last call, sipping Jameson and Cokes while high-fiving fans. We're told her bodyguards only stepped in to block the restroom when girls tried to follow her.

Rihanna hopped off her Houston concert stage and beelined it to the main stage at a strip club ... where she was just a spectator -- but a well paying one.

Justin Bieber may have bought himself the most expensive phone in the world, because a guy who claims the singer destroyed his cell has filed a lawsuit seeking as much as $100,000.

Robert Earl Morgan was at Cle nightclub in Houston last month when Bieber showed up and began clowning Post Malone, appearing to extinguish a cigarette on the rapper's arm.

Bieber was feeling his oats, and according to Morgan, Biebs grabbed a beer bong and tried his hand at chugging. Morgan says Bieber "was clearly a novice," spilling the brewski all over his clothes and face.

Morgan says he was shooting cell phone video of the mishap, when Biebs became enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces.

According to the lawsuit filed by Jason Friedman, Morgan never got his SIM card back, which contained precious memories, including pics of his grandma's 100th birthday party. He says he also lost business contacts and it's eaten into his commission. Morgan adds he minored in photography in college and had 5,000 pics and videos documenting his travels, which he'll never get back.

He's suing for up to $100k.

We're told around 50 kids showed up for the bash, which included cosmic bounce houses, cotton candy, face painting, balloon twisting, tons of pizza, and a mobile video game trailer.

Johnny Manziel drowned his NFL draft night sorrows in Fireball Thursday night ... ordering up 300 SHOTS at an Ohio bar for a few hundred of his not so closest friends ... and TMZ Sports has the video.
