Sonja Morgan was a drunken, slurry, kissy mess in NYC last night ... and best of all -- she did it all on camera.

The "Real Housewives of New York" star was leaving the VIP Room in NYC Wednesday night -- WASTED -- and desperately wanted to tell us how she was the life of the party. Problem is ... she was too wasted to get the words out cleanly.

Actually, that's not a problem -- it's awesome. Just watch.

Khloe Kardashian has called it quits with rapper French Montana ... because she still hasn't fully recovered from her disastrous breakup with Lamar Odom.

Sources close to Khloe tell us ... she ended the relationship, telling French she can't emotionally handle it.

Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar back in December after the former NBA star's long battle with cocaine ... then started dating French in April.

We're told Khloe felt she and French had gone way too far, too fast. He bought her a Jeep for her birthday.

She and French still get along and will hang out here and there ... but that's about it.

The Season 2 winner of "RuPaul's Drag Race" got busted for assault ... but he tells TMZ he's the one who got beat down by a security guard during an autograph session.

James Ross, who goes by Tyra Sanchez, tells TMZ he was signing autographs at the Rainbow-Cactus Company in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago ... when a guy in the crowd started heckling him.

Tyra claims he approached the man to try to calm the situation, but a security guard for the venue suddenly grabbed him, slammed him to the ground, and cuffed him ... though he eventually let him go. He claims he suffered a cut to his head, a sprained shoulder, and bruises.

On Monday, Tyra went to police to file charges against the venue ... only to discover there was a warrant out for HIS arrest. He says he turned himself in, posted bond, and was released.

Tyra says he still plans to take legal action against the guard and the Rainbow-Cactus Company. We haven't heard back from the venue.

Apollo Nida is not a prisoner, so now he's a wanted man ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ reported Wednesday AM ... Nida was on his way to report for his 8-year prison sentence for money laundering and check fraud.

But apparently he got cold feet ... because we're told he pulled up to the home of his wife, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks and went nuts because Phaedra refused to put money in his prison account while he was locked up. She also refused to bring their kids to prison to visit him and that caused him to lose it.

We're told Nida forced his way inside and started screaming at Phaedra, "What the f*** is the matter with you," adding, "I don't give a f*** about the police, call them, I dare you."

An eyewitness tells TMZ ... he was demanding property and went inside the master bedroom and starting putting stuff in a big bag.

Fortunately for Bravo ... we're told RHOA cameras were rolling and got the whole thing.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mercedes Javid sees nothing wrong with shamelessly washing her car for a photo op ... declaring, "F*** the drought!"

Javid was out Tuesday night at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood and she's clearly wasted. When our photog asked about the car wash pics, her reasoning was compelling, we say sarcastically.

Apollo Nida is on his way to prison right now -- at the time this story was posted -- but we've learned he went out with a nightclub bang that has royally pissed off his wife.

Phaedra Parks is telling friends Apollo has essentially abandoned his family for the last 2 months ... choosing drinking and strip clubs over his wife and 2 kids.

She says over the last week things got so bad and so tense she feared physical abuse ... although nothing happened. The 2 haven't even spoken in a week.

Apollo now begins his 8 year prison sentence for cashing stolen checks and laundering more than 2 million dollars.

We spoke to Apollo ... who had no comment ... but we're told he's pissed off at her for various reasons, including the fact that she didn't show up for his court hearings and she's been on a book tour during the last few months ... rather than comforting him.

Brunch turned into a crazy chick fight -- busted up by cops -- during the launch party for a reality show called, "Rica, Famosa, Latina" ... and TMZ got the wild video.

Bev Hills PD responded to the Luxe Hotel when cast members started throwing punches, pulling hair and tearing off each other's clothes last Saturday. Several people suffered minor injuries, and one went to a hospital.

The show -- set to premiere Sept. 16th -- is sort of a Latin version of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and is produced by ex-'Housewife' Joyce Giraud ... which means, even though she may not condone it, she knows the game: a good catfight before a premiere is good for business.

'RFL' follows late singer Jenni Rivera's sister and several other wealthy Latinas ... who have awesomely adopted a Three Stooges style of fighting.

This is the woman who was targeted by the FBI ... for allegedly making death threats against Kris Jenner and her family.

The woman -- Christina Bankston -- was at the Four Seasons hotel in Bev Hills Friday when FBI agents armed with a search warrant broke into her room and confiscated her computer, an iPad and other electronics.

Our sources say Bankston -- who lives in the San Francisco area -- is the woman who was calling Kris up to 300 times a day. She would also call the media, including TMZ, posing as Kris.

The video was taken on a roller coaster at Disneyland last week. You hear Bankston say repeatedly how much she loves Kris.

Momma Dee's a true multi-tasker ... busting out both a song and her tooth at the same time.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star has a "flipper tooth" -- a removable fake tooth -- which made a hasty exit smack in the middle of her single release party at Club Sutra in ATL.

Lilly Ghalichi was 86'd from the show and now we've learned she's been replaced by Asifa Mirza -- a 32-year-old graduate school student living a pampered life courtesy of her retired ex-hubby, Bobby. As for the sex and drama -- Asifa and Bobby divorced after 14 months of marriage .... yet they're currently banging again. Who says you can't go back?

We're also told GG's gonna have a major storyline, too -- accusing Mike of trying to have sex with her in Turkey last year -- and even submitting to a lie detector test.

The FBI descended on the Four Seasons Hotel in Bev Hills ... on the hunt for a woman they believed was making death threats and harassing phone calls to Kris Jenner and her family.

FBI sources confirm ... agents obtained a search warrant targeting a suspect -- a black female who drives a 2004 silver Toyota Corolla -- the woman they believe is behind the threats.

The agents seized a cell phone, laptop, iPad and iPod Touch when they rooted through the woman's hotel room Friday ... but she was not arrested.

TMZ broke several stories in the past ... about a woman who was incessantly calling Kris Jenner and making various threats. She sometimes called as many as 300 times a day, threatening to release a sex tape starring Kris and Bruce Jenner. She wanted money in exchange for the phantom tape.

Reality star Brady Williams' life just got a lot simpler -- even though he's still got 5 wives -- 'cause he just unloaded more than $300K worth of debt in his bankruptcy case.

And more good news ... he gets to keep his wedding ring.

We broke the story ... Williams -- who heads the polygamous clan on "My Five Wives" -- was deep in the hole because of loans and credit card debt. Among the handful of assets he listed -- a $50 wedding ring and $3.61 in the bank.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... $318K in debts were wiped clean.

Besides the ring, Williams will keep the things that made him go belly up in the first place -- his 5 wives and 24 children.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are trying to unload their massive Greenwich Village townhouse and they are enlisting the services of a Bravo reality star to help them score a massive pay day.

Parker and Broderick are listing the multi-million dollar home with Fredrik Eklund, who stars on the Bravo series, "Million Dollar Listing New York."

The townhouse is 6,800 square feet with 7 fireplaces, and is so massive ... it has a "guest floor" with three bedrooms!

The couple bought the place in 2011 for $18.995 million and is asking $22 million for it now.

Will Hayden's skeletons are running out of the closet ... because another person is coming forward claiming she was forcibly raped 22 years ago at 12-years-old.

The victim -- who is now 34-years-old -- claims she was living with Will at the time because a fire destroyed her home.

According to the law enforcement release ... she claims she and Will smoked marijuana together one night -- and then he allegedly placed his hand over her mouth, laid his entire body on top of her, and raped her.

The woman claims Will told her not to tell anyone ... and she didn't come forward earlier because she didn't know if her family would believe her.

Officials in Baton Rouge have now charged Will with another count of forcible rape ... as he still sits behind bars.
