Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's gonna need a new place to GTL -- fast ... he's hightailing it out of his NJ house ... ending his war with the landlord.

As we first reported ... Sorrentino's landlord, Pat Giganti, took Sitch to court ... to try and force him out of a $700K rental home in Manchester, NJ. Giganti claims Situation is a lousy tenant who's trashed 2 different homes.

Both sides were in court Monday, but the case was dismissed because Sitch was up to date on his rent. Rather than continuing to fight Giganti though ... Situation's decided to get the hell outta Dodge. We're told he'll be moving out within 2 days, and moving trucks are already at the house.

As for any alleged damages -- Giganti tells us he will have to file separate lawsuits to collect any $$$.
Situation is also threatening a lawsuit ... if Giganti doesn't give him back his security deposit.

Kyle Richards and her daughter Alexia Umansky were out and about Monday ... the first time the 18-year-old has been seen in public since she was viciously attacked by her aunt's pit bull.

Kyle and Alexia went inside the James Kendall Salon in Bev Hills and had little to say about the dog bite that required 2 surgeries.

Our photog mistakenly asked Alexia if she was mad at "your friend" ... obviously Kim Richards is her aunt, but close enough ... sorta.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban won't be spending Monday afternoon blogging or ripping NBA officials ... instead he'll be deciding someone's legal fate on a jury.

Cuban showed up to Dallas County Civil Court today and flaunted his jury summons on Instagram. As luck would have it -- bad luck -- Cubes got picked for a case!

According to court records ... the "Shark Tank" star and 5 other citizens are hearing a case involving a two-car accident from 2012 -- one driver is suing another for negligence. The trial is expected to wrap up today.

As long as neither party cops to being a Spurs fan, Cuban should be able to remain impartial. And you just know one of his fellow jurors is gonna pitch him a business idea.

Kim Kardashian does NOT approve of Kylie's relationship with Tyga.

Sources directly connected to Kim tell TMZ ... her issue has nothing to do with her 17-year-old sister dating a 24-year-old. In fact ... we're told Kim says she's in the dark as to whether the relationship is even physical.

But for Kim ... it boils down to allegiance. One of her good friends is Blac Chyna, Tyga's baby mama. We're told Kim feels like both Kylie and Tyga should have been more respectful and realized they were putting her in the middle of an impossible situation.

Kim made her feelings clear with the photo at French Montana's birthday party Sunday ... where she cropped Tyga out of the pic.

Kim is saying her sister in a way is violating "the code" -- you don't date the ex of someone who's close to you or a family member. That said ... Kim makes it clear she loves Kylie and has her back, but she thinks Kylie is making a bad choice.

Brody Jenner just went nuclear on a photog for asking a polite question about his stepsister.

It all went down at Sydney Airport after Brody arrived to a surprising amount of fanfare -- but when the photog asked him what Kim Kardashian thought of Australia ... Brody WENT OFF!

Brody rushed toward the paparazzo, but stopped short of taking him down. The outburst makes it seem like he's got a serious grudge against someone. On the surface, it might appear that he and Kim don't get along, especially cause he didn't go to her wedding -- but did attend the wedding of her ex-BF Reggie Bush.

But the more likely scenario is that Brody feels like he has his own life and is not living in the shadow of anyone else. He's also pissed off at paparazzi who ask questions about other members of his family ... namely Bruce Jenner.

"Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star Morgan Hardman says she'll never forgive Princess Love for getting violent with her -- or her boyfriend Ray J for instigating -- but their dogs get a cute pass.

Hardman was dashing out of LAX when she told our photog her friendship with P.L. and Ray J is over and out, following their fight this week during a taping of the show's reunion special -- but she'll always love their dogs.

Hardman also claims she wasn't knocked out from the punch Princess Love gave her -- but she did get injured. Only problem, it was self inflicted.

The Situation has both the civil and criminal courts covered in New Jersey ... because his landlord will ask a judge on Monday to boot Sitch from his home.

Pat Giganti is a tolerant if foolish man ... he rented to The Situation once before and got burned -- the "Jersey Shore" star trashed his $750,000 home 2 years ago.

But Giganti -- clearly a glutton for punishment -- rented Sitch another home worth around $700K in Manchester, NJ ... and apparently history has repeated itself.

The landlord claims there are bottles at the bottom of the pool, rips in the pool liner, holes in the wall and a ton of other problems that go with big, drunken parties.

And there's this ... the landlord says Sitch is a deadbeat who's behind on rent.

In the greater scheme of things it's small potatoes ... the reality star faces hard time if he's convicted of tax fraud.

Fame ... sometimes it really is a bitch.

Yung Berg has been 86'ed from "Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" ... after he allegedly left his girlfriend cut and bruised from a violent hotel room fight.

VH1 made the quick decision based on the severity of the allegations.

As we previously reported ... Berg and his girlfriend Masika Tucker got into it after he filmed the L.A.H.H.H. reunion special. We're told the fight was over Berg's credit card being declined during a night out on the town.

His girlfriend told cops the rapper hit her and dragged her around by the hair and grabbed her by the neck -- and on Wednesday he was arrested for obstruction of breathing.

Kris Jenner celebrated her birthday in Las Vegas with Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob -- well, sort of.

Mama Jenner partied her face off at 1 OAK in Sin City for her 59th b-day with new man-squeeze Corey Gamble ... as well as Scott Disick, Alec Monopoloy and Jonathan Cheban -- but her famous kids were nowhere in sight.

So Kris took a pic with their giant heads.

Quad Webb-Lunceford tells TMZ her Bravo co-star ... Lisa Nicole Cloud went berserk this week during a meeting where both women brought up background checks they'd run on each other. Lisa called Quad a "hood rat bitch" and threw 2 water glasses at her ... according to QW-L.

Quad claims the second glass shattered on her face ... causing bloody gashes. As we first reported ... she went to the hospital to get treated for cuts.

Quad filed a report with Atlanta PD, and says she plans to press criminal charges because ... "This is real life, not just a reality show."

Kyle Richards is an animal lover and a very forgiving woman ... which is why she does NOT want the pit bull put down that viciously attacked her daughter.

As TMZ first reported, Kyle's 18-year-old daughter suffered a slew of injuries -- requiring 2 surgeries -- courtesy of Kim's pit bull, Kingsley.

Kyle has made it CLEAR to friends and family ... destroying Kingsley is not an option. She knows the dog is extremely important to Kim, who is struggling with ongoing addiction problems and really has no one else.

That said ... we're told Kyle thinks it would be a good idea if Kim realized she can't really control the dog and it would be best to give it to someone who has better control over the animal.

Kingsley has been a problem -- he's bitten 4 people ... 3 at Kim's home. He's also aggressive toward other animals.

Bruce Jenner clearly has a strange emotional attachment to his wedding ring.

A ponytailed Bruce stepped out for coffee Thursday afternoon in Calabasas ... and we couldn't help but notice he was wearing a wedding band.

His marriage to Kris is over and out -- they've already agreed on the money split. He has some sort of new relationship/friendship with Kris' best friend, and she's clearly moved on because she's full-on dating Corey Gamble.

Bruce is a complicated guy.

A business meeting gone bad between 2 stars of "Married To Medicine" turned bloody ... after details exposed by dual background checks sparked an amazing catfight.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Quad Webb-Lunceford and Lisa Nicole Cloud were having a 1-on-1 about possibly going into business together ... when all hell broke loose.

We're told both ladies found out unsavory things about each other's past ... which caused 1 of them to hurl a glass of water in the other's direction. After that, it was go time -- with punches thrown and nails exposed ... resulting in Lisa scratching Quad in the face.

Quad had some facial injuries and went to the hospital to be examined. Both she and Lisa filed police reports.

Kim Richards says her niece is to blame for the pit bull attack that left her hospitalized ... and she's not saying definitively she's getting rid of her dog that has attacked 4 people.

Kim claims she told Alexia to leave Kingsley alone in the bedroom ... but her niece Alexia entered anyway -- and that's when the pit bull went on the attack.

Richards says the dog has gotten very protective recently because very few people visit ... she's alone in the house most of the time. She says she gives everyone fair warning, "the dog should not be bothered."

Now get this ... Kim says, "The second I realized Alexia had been bitten on the finger leaving a puncture mark on her thumb, I immediately called my sister Kyle and took her to the nearest emergency room."

We're told the "puncture" is actually a bite right down to the bone, requiring 2 surgeries.

As for the fate of the dog -- who has now bitten 3 people in Kim's house and another on the set of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Kim says, "At this point I am looking at options to what the next step is for Kingsley. As many of you can relate, he is my best friend. This is a very difficult decision and time for all of us, but the safety of my family always comes first."

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Yung Berg allegedly did a real number on his girlfriend -- leaving her with nasty injuries over much of her body when they had a hotel room brawl in NYC.

Masika Tucker told police ... "He hit me and dragged me by my hair. He pinned me to the wall and grabbed me by my throat" -- this according to the criminal complaint obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Tucker says she suffered a laceration to her right forearm, a laceration above her left eyebrow, bruising to the left side of her neck, and a laceration to her chest.

In all, Berg was hit with four charges -- three assaults and one harassment -- but managed to avoid the "obstruction of breathing" misdemeanor ... which he was initially booked for when he got arrested.

As TMZ first reported, the fight was triggered after Yung Berg's credit card was declined during a night on the town.

Kyle Richard's sister Kim is an unfit dog owner and her pit bull should be taken away from her immediately ... so says the guy who tried to train the dog and almost got a piece taken out of him.

David Utter says Kim ignored both his warnings and the warnings of Bravo producers from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... warnings that the pit bull should be muzzled at all times.

David says Kim played with fire ... allowing Kingsley to run free around the house without any restraint ... putting guests in great peril.

The trainer is indignant that 3 people were bite victims ... all inside Kim's house. And David says the 3 strikes law should apply here.

He's not advocating that Kingsley be destroyed, but he thinks the dog should be immediately taken away from Kim. Thing is ... the Dept. of Animal Services will only get involved if Kyle's family complains about the most recent attack against her daughter ... and that's unlikely.
