Big Tigger won't be charged after his wife made serious allegations of domestic violence ... prosecutors have decided not to pursue criminal charges against him ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Fulton County District Attorney's Office declined to prosecute the former "Rap City" host on charges arising from the case.

You'll recall … Tigger's wife, Alicia Brown, accused him of slamming her head into a door during a May altercation ... claiming the incident left her needing stitches.

Brown also alleged Tigger pressured her to deny the incident and warned he would make sure she "loses everything" if she spoke out. She claimed he later cut off her access to the home's Ring cameras and remote gate controls.

Brown was granted a temporary protective order in June ... requiring Tigger to stay 200 yards away from her and their children and have no contact with them. She was also granted temporary custody of the minor children and exclusive use of the family home.

As TMZ first reported ... Tigger was arrested June 20 on aggravated assault and child cruelty charges. He was released on $10K bond.

Sarah Jane Nader flashed her rock-hard abs in a tiny tank top ... and yet it's her hand-holding with her "Dancing With the Stars" partner, Hailey Bills, that captured eyes this time.

The reality TV star left rehearsal hand in hand with Hailey later Thursday night ... big grins on their faces while they posed for the camera.

"Pawn Stars" star Rick Harrison is recovering in the hospital ... after undergoing major surgery.

A spokesperson for the Harrison family tells TMZ ... Rick went in for what was expected to be a routine stent procedure, but doctors discovered a much more serious issue that required bypass surgery.

Fortunately, we're told the reality star is resting comfortably and looking forward to a full recovery.

Amber Eggers -- who starred on the show "Love After Lockup" -- has died after being hospitalized in Georgia, TMZ has learned.

Her mom, Monica Eggers, tells TMZ ... Amber died Thursday night at a hospital in Atlanta after she was admitted several days earlier because she wasn't feeling well. Monica said doctors couldn't keep Amber's heart beating any longer, and her daughter ultimately died from acute liver failure.

You may recall ... Amber appeared on Season 2 of We TV's popular reality series, "Love After Lockup," which aired in 2019. Amber was dating Vincent Gonzalez while she was behind bars, and they even got engaged ... but their relationship ended after she got out.

Jax Taylor is calling out his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, claiming she told him he should move away and leave her and their son alone ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs, Jax told the judge in his pending restraining order case that he has been sober for close to 2 years. He said Brittany “continues to say many insulting things and offensive things to humiliate, intimidate, and scare me, as if she wants to shake me to my core and make me relapse.”

Jax said Brittany previously told him, “You’re never ever going to work again, nobody wants a disgusting abuser drug addict like you, you need to literally go away and never return,” adding, “Move away.”

Bethenny Frankel is bringing the Burning Man spirit to the desert ... showing off her festive outfit before giving fans a tour of the area as a massive dust storm rolled through.

The reality star and entrepreneur appeared to be fully embracing the Burning Man experience ... debuting her colorful, festival-ready getup as she prepared for the annual gathering.

Kroy Biermann Jr. has officially been indicted in Georgia on multiple charges, including aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy.

The eldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was indicted by a grand jury Thursday on 7 charges ... aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.

According to the docs ... the charges stem from the alleged incident we've previously reported -- where a classmate of Kroy Jr.'s alleges he assaulted her in a gym changing room. He is accused of forcing her mouth on his penis and digitally penetrating her vagina.

Jax Taylor claims his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, has been trying to mess with his business deals for years … even claiming she reached out to Smartwater to try to cancel a deal that the company said didn't exist in the first place ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Jax as part of his effort to obtain a restraining order against Brittany. Jax said he received what he believed to be a legitimate invitation from a third-party influencer platform to sponsor Smartwater on his social media platforms and says he accepted the deal and posted some content about the company.

He said he later learned the deal was a hoax but says Brittany clowned him on her podcast over the incident, even though Jax says he promptly removed his posts about Smartwater when he learned the offer wasn't legit.

Before he deleted the posts, Jax claims Brittany reached out to Smartwater via DM, writing, “Hello. I just saw that you are partnering with Jax Taylor. Please know that this looks awful for your company, as he has a long history of abuse and disgusting behavior. This partnership does not reflect well on you."

JWoww is sending her kids back to school from the hospital, saying she's been struggling with some pretty major health issues for the past week.

The "Jersey Shore" star posted a pic with her kids from her hospital room -- gown and all -- explaining she's been dealing with a kidney infection and appendicitis.

She wrote in the caption ... "This past week has probably been one of the hardest weeks of my life. I’ve spent every day fighting to get healthy enough to get home to my family while dealing with a horrible kidney infection and appendicitis."

JWoww continued ... "I want to say it came out of nowhere, but the truth is, I haven’t felt like myself for months. Weight loss, exhaustion, constantly feeling off… and then last Friday, my body finally said, 'We aren’t making it like this anymore.'"

"Survivor Greece" star Stavros Floros is suing producers of the reality show over an accident during the production that resulted in his left leg being severed above the knee ... and he's seeking 9 figures in damages ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Stavros, who appeared on the Greek version of the popular series, was filming when a tour boat propeller struck him while he was spearfishing for food on May 11, 2026.

He claims the producers built the show’s entire format around requiring the contestants to spearfish in open water -- waters he says were heavily trafficked by tourist boats near the area they filmed.

Vanderpump Rules alum Jax Taylor berated his ex Brittany Cartwright during a 2022 argument where he repeatedly dropped the R-word slur, TMZ has learned. 

TMZ obtained a transcript of an August 28, 2022, video recording submitted by Brittany in court as she tries to get a permanent restraining order against Jax. 

The two are fighting in their home when Jax tells his kid, “I’m sorry, buddy.” He then tells Brittany she is a, “F***ing r*****.” 

Kroy Biermann Jr. is asking a judge to release him from jail on bond as his criminal case proceeds ... arguing he's no flight risk and his stellar academic and athletic record is evidence of his good character.

Lawyers for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's son filed documents requesting his release in a Georgia court Wednesday afternoon ... insisting he is a good kid and there's no danger of him fleeing.

The attorney points out Kroy Jr. is "a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic achievement" and is also receiving scholarships for his athletic prowess.

Taylor Frankie Paul's season of "The Bachelorette" may permanently be on ice ... especially now because she's throwing caution to the wind and spoiling the show's ending!

The shocking news about her time on the show came out during an appearance on Amanda Hirsch's "Get Real" podcast, which also featured Tyler Cameron and Connor Wood ... when they shared a clip from "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" in which she reveals that she accepted a proposal.

She says she didn't realize this dude's initials matched her ex Dakota Mortensen's ... or that he was from Utah -- somehow those things didn't come up before agreeing to spend the rest of their lives together.

Jax Taylor's lawyer claims Brittany Cartwright is trying to "beat him down" through their custody and restraining order battles ... and believes Brittany hopes the pressure will cause him to stray from his sobriety.

Jax's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells TMZ ... Brittany attempted to limit Jax's custody as part of her restraining order request, but the court denied all her requests. He says it's notable Brittany did not seek to limit Jax's custody at any point during the past year, and claims her current concerns are based on fabricated emergencies rather than facts.

The lawyer says Brittany knew the two sides were going to court based on communications between their attorneys ... and claims that's why she rushed to file what he calls a fabricated emergency.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims he's been in an increasingly dire financial situation since their bitter split.

Aaron filed a declaration in court claiming Denise still owes him more than $23K in unpaid support payments. Denise was ordered to pay him $5K a month in temporary support earlier this year.

In his filing, Aaron claims Denise has only been paying a portion of the support, which put him in a bad spot. He said he was evicted from the home he was living in and claims he had no power, water, gas, or cell phone access.
