Justin Bieber and his crew swerved into oncoming traffic in England Tuesday night, and cops are now on the case.

We're told Bieber was part of a 3-car convoy in the Frodsham area of Cheshire when the incident went down. The video doesn't tell the full story, but it shows what appears to be Bieber's SUV pulling to the right side ... which in England is the wrong side.

The SUVs were racing through the streets and swerving in and out of traffic to pass up slower drivers.

The car dealer who sold Blac Chyna her new luxury whip just doubled the commission ... thanks to Amber Rose catching a case of Rolls envy.

We got Amber test driving her own Rolls-Royce Wraith Tuesday at the same Bev Hills dealership where Chyna scored hers a week ago.

Looks like Amber could've used some more test runs, but in the end we're told she made off with a white one, identical to BC's -- minus the purple trim inside.

That explains her far more reasonable price tag of $371k.

More trouble for ex-NFL superstar Greg Hardy -- who allegedly blew off car payments for his Ferrari and his Bentley ... and now he's being sued for more than $200,000!

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, Hardy leased a white 2013 Bentley GT Speed (reportedly valued around $240k) back in 2014 from Second City Leasing.

A year later, he leased a white 2012 Ferrari California (reportedly valued around $200k) from the same company.

Problem is, Second City Leasing says Hardy stopped paying both leases in June 2016 -- violating the terms of the leases. The company now wants Hardy to pay for the remaining amounts owed for each car.

In total, Second City is demanding $200,736.82 -- plus interest.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King has allegedly ducked car payments and the repo man for so long she's now wanted by cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... King bought a Maserati in 2014, but it's approaching 5 months since she's made a payment on it. We're told the repo man's been after her and the whip for months, but couldn't track her down ... so heading to court was the last option.

The judge signed a warrant for Karen's arrest late last week, but she's still MIA.

Anton Yelchin's death was his own fault because he misused the Jeep that ended up rolling back and killing him ... at least according to his local dealership.

The Valencia, CA Chrysler dealership filed its response to the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Anton's parents ... listing a slew of reasons why it should not be on the hook for anything related to Anton's fatal accident.

Most damningly in the docs -- the dealer says Anton's death was the result of his own "misuse, misapplication, or damage" of the Jeep Grand Cherokee that rolled and crushed him. It's not spelled out, but the dealer seems to be hinting Anton made aftermarket changes that damaged the SUV.

The company also believes his parents didn't preserve the vehicle as it was at the time of the accident ... which would compromise critical evidence in the case.

The dealership is asking the judge to cut them loose from the lawsuit.

Tommy Lee's hog is down -- but not for the count -- because it's in good hands with the boys from the TV show, "Counting Cars."

Count's Kustoms owner, Danny Koker, got Tommy's totaled bike back after it was in an accident a couple weeks ago. Tommy originally bought it from the famous Vegas shop, and the guys plan to get his baby good as new.

We're told they'll present Tommy with the fully restored machine in an upcoming episode of the show.

We broke the story ... a friend was riding Tommy's chopper when he got rear-ended. The 911 call is pretty scary, but luckily everyone was okay.

Former Playmate Ashley Mattingly was arrested for suspicion of DUI after allegedly plowing her golf cart into 4 parked cars, but she's not willing to accept blame.

According to a witness, Mattingly wrecked last weekend while tooling around her Laguna Beach neighborhood. Cops tell us the witness snapped pics, which they used to trace the vehicle back to Ashley. When they got to her house, we're told she appeared to be under the influence, and arrested her.

Ashley has a different story though -- she tells us someone stole her golf cart and went on a joyride. She adds she wouldn't have answered the door if she had anything to hide from cops.

As for the DUI -- Ashley admits she does mix extra strong drinks at home sometimes ... which doesn't seem like the greatest defense. That giant gash on her face might also be tough to explain away.

Tyga's about to have a new battle with an old foe -- the repo man -- and this time his poor mother could end up suffering.

A woman in Orange County has filed docs against the rapper claiming she acted as a middleman on a Range Rover lease for Tyga's mom. The woman says Tyga started missing payments on the whip ... and she's ready to report it stolen if he doesn't buck up.

We know ... you and Kylie Jenner have heard this story before.

The Range is far from standard -- it's a loaded Evoque, with a sticker price around $60k. We're told Tyga's payments come in at about $1k a month ... when he makes 'em, that is.

Tyga's lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells us the rapper's put together a totally new team of top accountants, business managers and attorneys to help clear up some issues that came up when he didn't have legit representation. We're told they're working around the clock to pay his debts and make sure he won't ever be taken advantage of again.
