Seattle Seahawks fullback Derrick Coleman was arrested for hit and run in Washington early Thursday morning ... after cops say he was involved in a crash that may have injured another driver.

According to the police report, Coleman was driving his truck -- which collided with a Honda Civic around 6PM.

In a photo of the crash scene obtained by Q13Fox.com, you can see Coleman's car was knocked on its side and the Honda was flipped completely upside down. It's a miracle no one was killed.

Coleman reportedly walked away from the crash scene -- despite the fact the other driver appeared to be suffering from injuries ... possibly a broken collarbone.

Cops found the 24-year-old near the crash scene and arrested him without incident. A DUI test was administered ... so far, the results haven't been made public.

He was booked into King County Jail where he's being held without bail until he appears in court for a bail hearing.

BTW -- Coleman is famous for being the first legally deaf offensive player in the NFL -- and has said he uses hearing aids and reads Russell Wilson's lips to understand the plays.

Russell Wilson showed another Seattle team some love while showing off his girlfriend, Ciara, and his family having a great time together at a WNBA game.

Wilson was one of the lowest paid starting QBs in the NFL last year -- despite the fact he won a Super Bowl and 2 NFC championships in the past 2 seasons.

They're some of the best athletes in the world -- but when it comes to throwing a football, the guys from Manchester United proved worse than Tim Tebow.

A bunch of Man U guys -- including Memphis Depay, Phil Jones, Daley Blind, Luke Shaw and Jonny Evans -- hit up the Seahawks training facility while they were in town to play Club America in Seattle.

The guys got a tour from Seahawks stars Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse -- who tried to teach them how to throw around a football ... but it was awkward.

Look, can't blame 'em ... it's not really their area of expertise -- but when they decided to juggle the pigskin with their feet, things got very entertaining.

Future is NOT happy with that photo of Russell Wilson pushing his son in a stroller -- saying if he was the kid, he would've jumped out and SLAPPED Russell in the face.

The rapper appeared on "The Breakfast Club" and told Charlamagne tha God he's upset with his baby mama Ciara for allowing her new BF to get so involved in the parenting their 1-year-old.

Future blames Ciara for setting him up -- but still blames Russell for trying to insert himself into his kid's life after only dating Ciara for a few short months.

"At the end of the day, I'm not for the publicity stunts. Leave my son out of the publicity stunts. Just leave him out of your relationship."

Cool move by Russell Wilson and his GF Ciara ... who made a surprise visit to Seattle Children's Hospital last night -- and kids LOVED IT!!!

We're told the NFL's new hot couple spent time talking to several patients, taking pics and signing autographs. One patient even sketched out a pic for Russell ... complete with his trademark eye black.

After the visit, the hospital tweeted at the stars ... saying, "Thank you @DangeRussWilson & @Ciara for a surprise, star-studded evening for our patients. Feeling starstruck."

BTW -- Seattle Children's Hospital has been a celebrity hot spot this year ... with Chris Pratt and Chris Evans visiting the kids right after the Super Bowl.

Girls night out isn't for BF's ... unless you're Russell Wilson ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned the Seahawks QB surprised Ciara at a fancy steakhouse ... and she could not have been happier.

Ciara and two girlfriends were having dinner Saturday night at The Palm -- one of D.C.'s best restaurants -- drinking wine and eating crab ... when Wilson unexpectedly arrived during dinner.

The restaurant G.M. Mike Melore tells us ... "Ciara was shocked to see him. She said she didn't know he was coming, but she was super happy he was there."

And, when you're rich and famous ... you can stay as late as you want.

"We normally close around 10:30, but we stayed open late for them, until 1:30 AM," Melore says.

"They were extremely nice and humble. They took pictures with every staff member that asked before they left."

Russell Wilson is having one hell of an off-season ... he just walked in to the White House State dinner with Ciara on his arm .... and she's looking DAMN FINE!!!!!

Rumors had been swirling about the Seattle Seahawks QB secretly dating the R&B singer ... but now, it appears to be official -- with Wilson bringing her as his date for dinner with President Obama and the Prime Minister of Japan.

Before Ciara came into the picture, Wilson -- who divorced his wife last year -- was spotted out with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition model Samantha Hoopes ... but clearly, she's out -- Ciara's in.

The Seattle Seahawks stormed the beach in Hawaii this week ... for a full, hardcore workout session on the sand ... in front of a bunch of normies trying to relax on the sand.

It's pretty cool -- imagine you're on a lounge chair with your pina colada ... when all of the sudden Russell Wilson, Richard Sherman and the rest of the squad roll up and start wind-sprinting!

BTW -- Richard was wearing those 5-toed shoe thingies ... and the whole gang brought it together for a group huddle at the end of the training sesh.

Richard Sherman never backs down from a challenge ... and never hesitates to tell you about it (see Erin Andrews) -- and dirty diapers are no different for the Seahawks superstar.

Sherman was flying into LAX last night when he did something he never does -- help out an opposing QB ... in this case, the Redskins' RG III. Sherman had a baby boy back in February, and Griffin's got one on the way.

Griffin told TMZ Sports yesterday everyone says his sleeping days are over -- and Sherm co-signed on that, and added another tip ... saying, "Get ready for a wild ride."

Seems Richard Sherman's elbow's all better -- 'cause the guy was healthy enough to get on the 1s and 2s at a crazy pool party in Vegas this weekend ... with his pal Brody Jenner!

The two -- along with Richard's teammate Kam Chancellor -- took over the DJ booth at Tao Beach at the Venetian ... providing the beats as a bunch of young, hot, barely-dressed (mostly drunk) people partied their faces off.

Later that night, the gang took the party to Tao Nightclub ... where Jenner has a DJ residency.

We're told the guys were cool, took pics with tons of fans -- and gambled a little bit later that night.

Beast Mode went into Nightclub Mode in Hollywood Thursday night ... with Marshawn Lynch hitting up 1Oak on the Sunset Strip with a ton of huge stars ... and then lighting up a cigarillo right on the street.

Lynch partied until the club shut down ... after spending some time in the same building where Amber Rose, Kenyon Martin and Baron Davis were also partying that night.

Afterward, Lynch got into a sick black Ferrari ... but then moved into a Range Rover, where he started smoking while parked on Sunset.

We know what you're thinking ... but our in-house weed experts (lots of glaucoma over here) examined the video and say the item in Lynch's hand does not have the properties of a traditional blunt.

One expert says, "It's not burning the way a blunt would burn."

He might have a strain of weed named after him ... and he's always craving Skittles ... but Marshawn Lynch is no stoner ... so says Snoop Dogg.

In fact, when our guy brought up the Beastmode strain that started hitting pot shops around Super Bowl time, Snoop made it clear that Marshawn had NOTHING to do with it.

"My homeboy got a career to play," Snoop says ... "He's still in the NFL. He's got a commissioner to deal with."

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is truly ingrained in his city ... because now, like most Seattleites, he's taken up cycling.

The shoulda-been two-time Super Bowl winner stopped into a Trek store in San Diego this week and picked up a couple of high-end road bikes. We're told he also grabbed a Garmin computer, helmet, pedals and gloves ... all the bells and whistles.

Wilson picked up the bike on Tuesday and when he did ... he just happened to spot former Miami Hurricanes star Kellen Winslow Jr. (a big-time cyclist in his own right) who posed for a pic with Russell.

Russell tweeted about his new ride, writing, "New hobbie & new training method after workouts! #Cycling There goes Kellen Winslow in @treksuperstore too!"
