As you know, Ashley spilled some serious tea last week when a piece she wrote about a falling out with her mom group landed in The Cut on New Year's Day ... which led online sleuths to speculate she was referring to Meghan Trainor, Hilary Duff, and Mandy Moore.

1/10 -- 4:41 AM PT -- Nev issued an apology to Ronnie Radke Friday night ... saying in a TikTok that this catfishing scandal "wasn't something I knew anything about" and "I just wanted to say I am sorry."

1:44 PM PT -- Ronnie Radke has responded to Nev's take on the debacle ... and as you can imagine, Ronnie went scorched earth on Nev.

Nev Schulman says he hasn't launched into any kind of formal investigation ... but he's inclined to believe Brittany Furlan over Ronnie Radke when it comes to all this catfishing drama.

The former "Catfish" host sat down for a conversation on "The TMZ Podcast" with Charlie Neff and Charlie Cotton ... and they asked him what his take on all the drama is.

Remember ... Brittany claims she and her husband, Tommy Lee, nearly split because she was talking to Ronnie online -- but Ronnie insists Brittany was being catfished. He's since filed a restraining order against her.

We caught up with the former child star while he was leaving Alan Cumming's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony Thursday afternoon ... and, we had to ask about Tisdale's recent essay that called out toxic members of a mom group she once belonged to.

Online sleuths have alleged Trainor, Hilary Duff and Mandy Moore were all part of this group ... though Tisdale's rep denied it to us -- and, Daryl's comments seem to back up the claim.

Mickey Rourke may be down on his luck after nearly being evicted from his home ... but the Hollywood star isn’t rushing back to work -- unless the opportunity is right.

Rourke's manager, Kimberly Hines, tells TMZ ... over the past week, he has been getting a flurry of job offers -- ranging from indie films and photoshoots to live appearances and signings. In fact, Hines says she's received six offers for Mickey in just the past two days ... but he's not interested.

Despite his financial instability, Hines says Mickey has a lot of pride and wants to be paid like an A-lister if he takes a job ... in the range of $200,000 per day. He's also focused on working with the types of top-tier actors and directors he's collaborated with before.

While the offers haven’t hit the number he’s looking for, Hines says they’re still good opportunities alongside talented people. She believes if Mickey focuses on doing quality work, the money will eventually follow.

Vice President J.D. Vance appeared to blame Renee Nicole Good -- who was shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis Wednesday morning -- for her own death in a message shared on X on Thursday ... and later at a White House press conference.

Good was driving her Honda Pilot on a residential street in Minneapolis Wednesday when ICE agents got out of a pickup truck and approached her SUV in traffic, and ordered her out. Good backed up the vehicle, then moved forward ... and an agent fired into her vehicle at point-blank range.

She was struck in the head and crashed the vehicle on the street, and was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Vance claimed Good was "violating the law" by obstructing ICE agents as they carried out what he described as a "lawful enforcement operation." He and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said the officer was acting in self-defense, accusing Good of trying to hit the officer with her vehicle.

Vance accused Good of trying to stop the ICE agent from completing his work. He said the situation was a "tragedy," but said the shooting "falls on this woman" and political "radicals."

The Trump Administration has cited self-defense as justification for the shooting, although their claims have been disputed by the Minnesota governor and the Minneapolis mayor, along with many who've seen the videos of the shooting.

Rich Paul is arguing that Michael Jordan's multi-billion-dollar Air Jordan empire was built on consumers enamored with the lifestyle, not the man on the court ... forcing veteran rapper Cormega to break character and call him out!!!

As you know, his side-eye comes after Ashley penned a personal essay for The Cut in which she spoke about leaving an allegedly unsupportive mom circle that made her feel like they were back in high school because they left her "feeling hurt, drained or left out." Fans were quick to speculate she was speaking about the group that included Hilary, Mandy, Meghan and others who she was pictured with a handful of times after she became a mom in 2021.

Notably, Ashley's rep told TMZ the speculation is completely false, as well as the theory she was turned on because she's Republican -- which we were informed she is not.

Tommy broke his silence on the situation when a fan brought up the events in his comments.

Replying under a New Year's post Tommy shared of himself and Brittany, the user wrote, "I hear the wife is stirring up sh*t with Ronnie again. Maybe it time to let it go?"

Hilton has officially pulled the keycard on the Minnesota hotel caught in the middle of an ICE firestorm -- after reservations for federal agents were allegedly axed for political reasons -- insisting the company has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination.

In a statement posted to X Tuesday, Hilton said the independently owned and operated hotel -- believed to be the Hampton Inn Lakeville -- had assured the parent company it had resolved the issue ... even pointing to the hotel’s own apology as proof the matter had been addressed.

The statement addressed a recent video posted by an independent journalist showing front-desk staff at the same hotel allegedly confirming it was still operating under an anti-DHS policy despite its apology and promise to fix things ... adding bluntly that the hotel's actions didn't meet Hilton’s standards.
