Justin Bieber has cut his final ties with the city of Los Angeles ... because TMZ has learned he's sold the last piece of property he owns in the area ... leaving him wide open for a permanent move to the ATL.

As TMZ first reported, Bieber sold his Calabasas home to Khloe Kardashian for a cool $7.2 million ... making a little over a million on the sale.

But according to our sources, Bieber also owned the 1.7-acre plot of land next door ... until now. We're told Bieber just sold that for $2.775 million (he bought it for $2.35 mil in 2012) and the deal closes in 30 days.

As for the buyer, our sources say it's nobody famous, but he's about to inherit a slew of famous neighbors.

We're told Bieber had been looking for another home in the Los Angeles, but he's since called off the search.

The Kardashians have a Benedict Arnold on their TV show ... a thief ... a jewelry thief ... at least that's what law enforcement sources believe.

TMZ broke the stories ... $250,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's former Tarzana home, and $50,000 cash was pilfered from Kourtney's Calabasas mansion.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... whoever stole Khloe and Lamar's jewelry knew exactly what they were looking for. The thief or thieves took only the very expensive items, leaving the rest behind. They knew exactly where to look and what to take.

What makes it look like even more of an inside job ... there was NO sign of forced entry at either home.

Our law enforcement sources believe someone from the crew of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is the culprit.

We're told crew members are being questioned, but so far no one has copped to the crimes.

Kim Kardashian was a big hit in Beverly Hills today ... she got into a car crash near the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Kim was tooling around in her Mercedes G Wagon on Sunset Blvd. We're told she was turning left at an intersection and the other driver was going in the opposite direction with his right turn signal on. An eyewitness tells TMZ ... the driver did not make the turn, continued going straight and they collided.

Both cars were damaged, but it was not a huge deal. No one was ticketed.

And how's this for Hollywood ... both Kim and the other driver drove their whips to the Beverly Hills Hotel, exchanged info and then hugged goodbye.

Khloe Kardashian showed Lamar Odom what he was really missing out on Friday in L.A. -- rocking an ass-high pair of denim cutoffs on her way to a Rick Ross concert ... as well as the tallest hooker boots known to mankind.

Kendall Jenner and Scott Disick were there too -- but Khloe's voluptuous assets obviously stole the show ... even her boobs made an impressive appearance.

No wonder OJ Simpson hit it (allegedly).

Finally, a Kardashian sister we can really get behind.

Bruce Jenner was out and about this weekend ... looking like his old self.

Bruce was leaving Starbucks in Westlake, near the family homestead in Calabasas. Even though Bruce and Kris have separated and he's planted his roots in Malibu, he's still spending lots of time with the fam.

He had just finished a round of golf ... part of his daily routine. And he's decked out in his standard golf issue.

BTW ... he's one of the best golfers at the Sherwood Country Club.

Justin Bieber's Calabasas neighbors can finally breathe a sigh of relief ... because the Biebs is moving out -- after scoring a million dollar profit from the new buyer ... Khloe Kardashian.

We broke the story ... Bieber decided to move out of Calabasas in January after numerous run-ins with neighbors and law enforcement -- where he felt trapped in his own home -- and now he dumped it off on Khloe.

Bieber bought the house in 2012 for just over $6 mil. Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe bought the home for $7.2 million.

As for Khloe ... she sold her Tarzana estate to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco for $5.49 mil.

The move makes sense for K.K. -- her sister Kourtney recently purchased the nearby home of Keyshawn Johnson ... who had his fair share of beef with J.B.

We're told Khloe will do some remodeling, because Justin's 19-year-old taste doesn't suit her.

Khloe Kardashian got juiced by OJ ... or so she says ... unless she was kidding.

Khloe guest hosted "Chelsea Lately" Wednesday when she dropped an apocryphal bombshell, telling the audience she "f*****" OJ Simpson.

It seemed like a joke, because she said it on the heels of grousing about false tabloid rumors. But then she said, "because I did f*** him once."

Khloe was 10 during the trial. She was 24 when OJ finally got a dose of justice and landed in prison for kidnapping.

Lamar Odom's drug dealers could be linked to the $250,000 jewelry heist at Lamar and Khloe's house ... because we're told the dealers threatened to break in to get the money Lamar never paid.

Multiple sources involved in Lamar's drug deals last year tell TMZ ... Lamar wasn't paying his tab. In fact, our sources say he was in the hole $15K to just one dealer back in Sept. and he owed another more than $40K.

Lamar would fend them off by saying he was loaded and therefore good for it. He would also justify not paying from time to time because the quality of the drugs was "wack."

We're told Lamar owed 10s of thousands of dollars to drug dealers when he left for Spain last month.

Now the plot thickens. We're told Lamar was getting text messages threatening his safety and also warning him they would break into his home to get even.

The Kardashians might have to pretend they live in a different L.A. mansion -- very soon -- TMZ has learned, the one they currently use for exterior shots on their reality show is for sale ... listed at $6.25 million ... and whoever buys it has the right to pull the plug on the show.

Sorry to burst your bubble -- but the outside view of the "Jenner House" from KUWTK isn't the house the family actually lives in -- we're told Kris and co. didn't want to show the outside of their real house (located 20 miles away) for security reasons.

It's a pretty common trick in Hollywood -- except it's usually used for TV shows that shoot in studios or on sound stages. Not really in "reality."

On KUWTK, the Jenner House interior is sleek and modern -- but the interior of this 7-bedroom home is way more 19th century Italy. Check the photos.

KUWTK isn't the only show to use this house either -- it's also appeared on "NCIS: Los Angeles," "Chuck," "True Blood," and "Entourage."

Khloe wasn't the only theft victim in the Kardashian family -- TMZ has learned, $50,000 in CASH was stolen from Kourtney's house last month ... and cops believe the two heists are related.

Sources tell TMZ, the money was stolen from inside Kourtney's Calabasas home -- following an appearance gig that paid in cash -- hmmmm -- and Kourtney believes it was an inside job.

We're told Kourtney left the money in a safe place in the house for a couple days -- and when she finally went to deposit the loot ... it was gone.

As we reported ... Khloe recently discovered $250,000 worth of jewelry missing from her Tarzana home.

Given the timing and the fact that Kourtney and Khloe work with so many of the same people, we're told police believe the two thefts are connected.

Cops plan to question people who had access to Kourtney's house around the time of the theft -- and they'll give special attention to people who ALSO had access to Khloe's house.

Khloe Kardashian's a regular private dick ... when it comes to tracking down the punks who stole $250k worth of jewelry from her house -- but Lamar Odom can relax.

His alibi's pretty solid. For now.

Call it CSI: Tarzana ... Khloe Kardashian is demanding lie detector tests for EVERYONE who had access to the jewelry stolen from her home ... and she want fingerprints too.

We're told Khloe suspects the jewelry thief or thieves who pilfered $250K worth of items is someone with direct access ... house staff, assistants, filming crews, inspectors and movers.

As we reported ... the thief or thieves made off with watches, diamonds and gold chains that were left in the house, which was recently sold.

It's likely an inside job because there's no sign of a break-in and the house sits inside a gated estate and the house itself is also gated.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... someone pilfered watches and gold chains inside the former couple's Tarzana home ... which has sat empty for more than a month.

Cops tell us they think it's an inside job because there are no signs of forced entry.

As you know ... Khloe filed for divorce and has moved on. The house was sold to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco.

The jewelry theft was discovered Monday night ... when Khloe and Kris were there cleaning out the house for the new owner.

The Game didn't outright say he boinked Kim Kardashian back in the day ... but he did rap about it on a song with Ray J called, "I HIT IT FIRST"

TMZ obtained an early demo of Ray J's infamous song ... turns out Game was originally featured on the track -- and it sounds like he's rapping about hooking up with Kim.

Game is cryptic with his XXX lyrics -- but makes reference to her store "Dash" ... and says he'll show people how to really "drive that ghost" (seemingly talking about Kim's Rolls Royce Ghost.)

He also raps about getting oral sex from someone in a private jet.

Kim Kardashian's plan to make a quick, easy $500,000 blew up in her face when a fancy event took a seriously racist turn -- if you consider a white guy in Blackface mocking your fiance, racist.

And the whole thing went down right in the heart of -- well, some of us aren't really sure.

Wow.  Kim Kardashian wasn't BSing when she said some dude at the Vienna Opera Ball said he wanted to dance to "N****rs in Vienna."

TMZ broke the story ... Kim went insane when the dude dropped the N bomb -- with an "R."  She stormed out of the ball ... a function for which she was paid $500K by some rich Austrian guy.

The guy apparently thought he was being funny, but you clearly see Kim is not amused.
