Grammer appeared on "The Late Show with David Letterman" last night, where he told Dave he and Kayte would be "getting married soon, sometime in February."

The news comes just days after Kelsey's soon-to-be-ex-wife Camille Grammer told Howard Stern that Kelsey wasn't gay, but suggested he signed on to the cross-dressing "La Cage aux Folles" because he liked women's clothes.

Romo reportedly popped the question while celebrating Candice's 24th birthday on Thursday.

Candice is Chace Crawford's younger sister and she's a sports reporter for KDAF ... the CW station in Dallas which, appropriately, first reported the engagement.

Romo is the second Jessica Simpson ex to put a ring on it recently.

TMZ obtained the menu from the big affair, which gave partygoers an option of filet mignon or seared ahi tuna as the main course -- which came after a salad for the first course and a butternut squash-centric second course.

The President of the International Star Registry tells TMZ, someone bought the star in honor of the royal couple's recent engagement -- pretty badass ... because according to the certificate, the star will officially carry the couple's names for as long as it exists ... i.e. billions of years.

Here's the deal -- we're not insinuating the marriage is doomed ... but if things go awry, money could be a HUGE issue ... due to the fact that Will's grandma is reportedly worth around $450 million.

We've spoken with multiple legal experts who specialize in U.K. family law -- who tell us prenups have been considered virtually worthless, due to the fact that English law was based upon the idea that a married couple should be together for life and their property should be shared.

Translation -- from the second a couple is married, they're each entitled to half of the couple's wealth ... unless a judge decides the traditional 50/50 arrangement is unfair.

Now there is a catch -- The Supreme Court of the U.K. recently made a landmark decision honoring a multi-million dollar prenup ... and the ruling could change the laws regarding divorce agreements forever.

Diana famously picked out the £30,000 ring -- which consisted of 14 diamonds surrounding a sapphire -- back in 1981. They divorced in 1996.

The royal family announced the engagement this morning and the buzz in England is that the wedding will be at least as big as Princess Diana's. Middleton is described as upper-middle class but not top drawer in social circles.

William popped the question in October in Kenya after asking Kate's father for permission and the royal wedding is scheduled for spring or summer 2011 in London.

Three years after the tragedy, Jackie Garcia -- Andy Garcia's niece -- married Shay (top photo) in a private ceremony in Miami on Saturday night.

Shay's bandmate Pharrell Williams (bottom pic) was on hand for the event -- and even had a dance with the blushing bride.

It's been a long road for Jackie -- who was with Taylor on the night home invaders shot the former Washington Redskins player in their Florida mansion while their 18-month-old daughter was in the room.

UPDATE: TMZ has learned Pharrell wasn't just an ordinary guest ... he was the best man.

A rep for the couple released a statement saying: "The very private and spiritual ceremony, attended by the couples' closest family and friends was performed by a Christian minister and longtime friend of the Hudson Family. The backdrop was the inspirational and majestic countryside of Northern India."

Designer Karen Mathews filed papers recently in L.A. Small Claims Court -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Stewart ordered $7,500 worth of custom threads for several events in 2007, including his wedding to model Penny Lancaster ... but never fully covered the damage.

Karen's rep tells TMZ, “The clothes were never payed for in full and [Rod] kept the rest of the clothes without ever returning what hadn’t been payed for" -- adding, Karen hasn't had a problem like this in 30 years ... which "speaks for itself.”

But Stewart's rep claims the singer is a victim of unintelligent design -- telling TMZ, "[Stewart's wedding suit] wasn't produced on time and was ill-fitting and totally unusable. He had to buy a proper suit at the last minute."

The portable latrines have actual porcelain toilets that flush, stereo music and hot running water -- oh yeah, and they're HUGE.

We're told Chelsea's getting between 4-6 trailers for the big day -- with a total cost of about $15,000.
