Two guys who had to watch their ex-boyfriends' marriage proposal go viral ... are now crushing the dreams of Internet cupids, proving fairy tales do NOT come true, usually. Deal with it.

The guys, Matt and Jacob, became a thing on social media when they tweeted about the proposal that went down during London Pride.

If you missed it ... a London cop (Matt's ex-fiance) stopped in the middle of the parade, got down on one knee and asked his bf (Jacob's ex) to marry him. The proposal was shared more than 15 million times on Twitter, so Matt and Jacob quickly caught wind ... and couldn't resist tweeting.

Jacob and Matt tell us they were flooded with comments from people who thought it would be poetic justice if they got together -- but Matt says he has a new BF, so he's not looking.

They say they did exchange DMs, but simply to discuss their exes' engagement. Jacob says he'd be down to grab a pint with Matt, but that's it.

Mariah Carey has been coy about when she might marry James Packer ... but we're told they now want to seal the deal as soon as the ink is dry on her final divorce docs.

As we've been reporting, Mariah has been pushing Nick Cannon to sign the papers for more than a year, but he won't do it. We're told he hasn't made any money or custody demands ... that's been a done deal for a long time. Mariah's people believe Nick's lawyers are dragging it out for as long as possible.

James has already divorced his wife, so all that's left is Mimi. And one other thing ... our sources say they will have a prenup, but it's unclear if that's been signed.

That said, they want to marry ASAP. Realistically it probably won't happen until August at the earliest, when she wraps up her Vegas gig. They've planned to sail on James' yacht for a month off the coast of Capri, which would be a pretty perfect spot to tie the knot.

As for Nick, if you believe his freestyle, he'll finally sign.

The Houston Texans defensive end is tying the knot to his longtime girlfriend Asha ... and it's all going down at the NYC Public Library -- a historic landmark and one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.

We're told the guest list is around 200 and will include several of Devon's NFL friends -- including Pro Bowler Carlos Dunlap. In fact, Bengals defensive lineman Brandon Thompson is one of his groomsmen.

Of course, Leah is the flower girl!!

BTW, we're told the couple waited 2 years to get married ... until Leah was healthy enough to walk down the aisle. Amazing, right?!

"The Voice" winner Craig Wayne Boyd put a smile on his baby's face by making her an honest woman ... on the sly.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ the country star got hitched to his fiancee, Wilhelmina model Taylor Borland, on April 28, but there was no big fancy ceremony. Instead, they did the deed at the Franklin, TN courthouse. Craig's assistant and 2 of Taylor's family members were there too.

CWB's wedding ring is turquoise with diamonds, and we're told it set Taylor back about $10k. Don't worry, she's got a giant rock on her hand too.

The couple plans to throw a huge party at the end of the year for family and friends. Craig and Taylor got engaged last August, and already have a 4-month-old daughter.

Blac Chyna is not cutting the Blac out of her life anytime soon, and the only reason she's legally locking down her Kardashian name is to block squatters.

Sources close to Chyna tell us she wanted to make sure nobody else could cash in on her married name -- so she filed the docs to secure "Angela Renee Kardashian."

We're told BC is proud of the brand she's built, but realizes "Mr. and Mrs. Kardashian" might get better biz offers in the future than Blac and Rob -- and she wanted to have her ducks in a row if that becomes necessary.

She's already thinking like her in-laws ... we're told Chyna's inspiration was Kim -- who trademarked Kim Kardashian West when she married Kanye.

Good news for Chad Ochocinco -- his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada says she "totally forgives" him for headbutting her during their infamous 2012 domestic violence incident.
